It was clean and location was good Distance between toilet and bathroom.

Getting charged for an early check in even though the room was already ready. I was getting scam messages on WhatsApp through casa lit

Nothing I didn’t like the room as a whole. The location looks like a warehouse, with mosquitos at the “door” (outside the main building).

Staff friendly and helpful, liked roof terrace outdoor area and room clean and comfortable. Young Pablo at front desk very helpful with cases on several occasions. Had to move room as air-con not working despite having seeming been “fixed”. Cost time as already had unpacked.

Location was perfect and the facilities where perfect for a short stay

Lovely, helpful staff with modern, clean rooms. Has plenty of amenities with a nice rooftop lounge/small pool/bar. No toilet brush in the bathroom. We would have preferred two separate beds as opposed to a double bed, but this was unable to be confirmed in advance. We enquired at reception about it and were recommended to ask tomorrow morning. We were then told to try again the next day at 10am, which may well have worked (who knows), but we couldn’t be bothered by that point.

It’s like an oasis within a barren wasteland. Very good breakfast. Close to the metro station. The neighbourhood is - let’s say - a bad area.

The hotel was really well situated, not too far from.the centre but not too close to be too noisy. The air con was working but it took a long time to actually start cooling the room, it wasn't as cool as the temperature thermostat said it was.

The Wi-Fi was free and fast. The hotel was close to the cruise port, which was convenient and to a metro station. The staff were attentive and check-in was quick. The A/C was NOT working and we were not warned about it. When we asked we were told that's just how it works, but then the last evening it was repaired and it was noticeably cooler! Their solution was to place a fan in the room. The pool was cloudy and had a number of bugs in it. The last morning we went up to the roof and they had a repair crew working on it. The rooms are small and the shower and sink are PART of the room, NOT separate. The WC/toilet area is separate. The location is in a less desirable area, as well. The stay was on the return of our cruise and quite a different experience than the hotel we stayed at prior to our departure. If we could have received a refund after the 1st night, we would have relocated. We were there 4 nights and would definitely not recommend this hotel as a destination.

The property was great. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and throughout the building and the temperature was quite uncomfortable. It was hotter in the building than outside on a hot day.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The air conditioning did not work during our entire stay. We were told daily that a repair technician would arrive the next day, but that never happened. After speaking with other guests, we learned they had been given the same information for several days. While the hotel eventually offered to move us to a sister property, the offer came too late to be practical given our scheduled tours and activities. It was disappointing that guests were checked into rooms with a known AC issue without being proactively offered alternatives.
