Free shuttle bus is great. Hotel has attractive common areas. Staff is very personable. Room is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a gym area and small indoor pool and sauna that looked nice but we didn't have time to use them. Location is in a business district so there are no restaurants or markets close by. The hotel restaurant is OK but pricey.

Very convenient to the airport. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Staff wer pleasant and very obliging. Too few towels. More water would have been nice. The TV didn’t work.

I was on the top floor but semi trucks were going by all day into evening hours and highway sounds are loud. It seemed to die down after midnight. Bring earplugs!

Shuttle didn’t run around the time we came which was a bummer Elevator was tiny. Pay to weigh things is a simple thing the hotel can fix ( make it free) huge benefit to customers and I’m sure that pay machine brings negligible revenue and leaves a sour taste for customers

Shuttle service time is limited. But I liked a morning service to the airport. Couldn't use arrival service. Taxi cost more than expected. The room was too small for 3 adults. Although I paid for 3. But the breakfast was good.

The Ladies at the front desk are amazing!! We called prior to our arrival, and they answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a rental car we needed to return to the airport. These wonderful ladies allowed to drop our luggage in our room and then return the car. The shuttle driver was also a very kind lady who picked us up right on time and back to the hotel in a timely, safe manner. my wife loved everything about the hotel and said she wants to return in the near future. THANK YOU to all of them. We would have liked teh shuttle service to operate between noon and 18:00 hours.

We just needed a place near the airport for one night stay for our next day flight. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was 21 euro. Took hotel free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

The rooms are quite noisy, you hear the planes outside but also the neighbours around you who go in and out during all night....

Swimming pool, sauna, gym open untill 23:00 Came to check in and in reception desk was only one woman and behind me maybe 15 people, before me one couple and i had to wait 20 min untill they check me in Morning we were waiting maybe 40 people for shuttle bus to airport we agreed all on 5am but bus came at 6:30 and could take just 13 people, so when i got my turn i was waiting untill 6 am to get to shuttle, said take taxi if u dont have time Dust in cups for coffee Hearing all night other people in other rooms

Location was clean and easy to access. The staff was respectful and friendly, often making sure I got what I needed. Also I got to meet the cleaning ladies who were excellent, very respectful and left my room impecable every time I returned to the room. Lastly, I liked how the bar and restaurant area was always clean and had many options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay :) I’m glad I choose this location in Spain while having my first solo trip in Europe, definitely made me love Spain the most out of the other counties I visited. I have no complaints.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary waters in the room. The airport shuttle was a huge benefit as well. There was nothing to dislike.
