Rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. Location was outside city centre but major metro hub was 2 minutes walk and Sants train station was 15 minutes. Metro into downtown was 15 minutes. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was remarkably affordable and very well catered. Plenty of seating at rooftop bar. Nothing

Location The shower did not have any pressure and when it does it would go from super cold to burning hot and vice versa

Close to transport links. Magic fountain show just 2 minutes up the road. Lots of food shops etc nearby. Airport bus drop off and pick up right by the hotel too. Great rooftop pool with lovely cocktails

Close to metro. Starbucks inside. Walkable, safe area. Clean and updated rooms. Great pool. Shower door too short but not a big deal.

I arrived to the hotel 05:45 am, my room was ready and they check me in, out of this world!!!! Everything else perfect The pool and bar close early at 20:00

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. I had to come back to pick up my luggage after check out to catch afternoon flight. Not only that they kept my luggage safe, they kindly allowed me to repack at the lobby. I find it very kind. But guests should not take their sensitivity for granted; it is our courtesy to kindly ask. Thanks for a lovely hospitality! None

location and has a mall and supermarket next door access to public transport has ok breakfast roof top bar closes early and pool small not replace drinking water in room(but can do refill in lobby) tub/shower ackward to use
