Easy to find food and beverages. Near the station, Malioboro, and city tour attractions. The wifi works just fine. Other than that it needs improvement. Especially the hospitality. No staff on guard at the location. Had to wait awhile to do the check in and checkout because the staff/owner isn't there. I got a small bedroom without windows and blankets. The bed sheets are also dirty. The water in the shared bathroom left empty most of the time so it took a while to fill.
