No where to get evening food you had to drive or eat before returning

The staff was very helpful when we needed to reschedule our dates. Everything was great, but I especially want to highlight the heavenly breakfast! High-quality food and excellent local cheeses! The heating in the room wasn’t turned on when we arrived at the evening.

The location was good, elegant, not far from Zakopane, with a nice view of the surrounding area. .The breakfat we had was exceptional indeed , very good value for money! We got rooms ( we were two couples) at the top of the building which made it difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. We asked the receptionist to change the rooms but the hotel was fully booked and she said we should have requested rooms at a lower floor.The fact is we had no idea that the building had no elevators and still had third floor attic rooms that were not very spacious either. We suggest that in the presentation they should mention these details so they come as no surprise to visitors.
