    Waited at check in for 5+ min while the man spoke on the phone; room was filthy (smell, bed unmade, sheets dirty, dirty towels laying out, trash) and the staff did not apologize for it, rather they blamed us for arriving early; we left and did not stay the night there

    This visit was bad, my husband came from Houston to spend time with me but we had a disfunctional 5 days. There was no refridgerator which was really needed since my husband is a diabetic and tgere was a mouse eating our dry food at night.

    He said my son didn’t check in ( he was staying there for two weeks already ) He threw him out kept my money …. Had my sister rebook his room and pay again . Will not recommend anyone to stay at your place or use Expedia for bookings .

    The lobby was super cozy and welcoming and had the most calming music playing, and they have internal stairs and a very nice clean elevator that is located centrally. We felt very welcomed and like it was super easy to locate our room and move back and forth to the ice machine and other downstairs facilities. They also had multiple shared microwaves, and our room had one as well. We had a really nice large fridge in our room, and when we couldn’t find the remote the woman at the desk was very polite and gave us a new one super fast. Our room was also very fancy, we had a suite with a king and a couch and it was divided all nice into 4 diffrent little sections. Highlight also on these two awesome mirrors and they had built in with lights and dimmers and 2 or 3 diffrent colors options, ik us ladies who look good will appreciate that every time we stay here. LOVED IT, will come again lol. No coment

    It looked clean, but it had roaches, and it was blood in the elevator floor and wall, but they cleaned the floor. my whole stay. And when you mentioned to the people at the front desk and you showed it to them, they still didn't clean it up on multiple occasions.

    Staff was friendly. Room only had 2 bath towels. No washcloth, no hand towels. And the bath towels were very old and worn. 1 even ripped while using. AC was good, but leaked water over the floor and my bag overnight.

    The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.

    There was bugs in my hotel room, the bathroom had a gigantic crack in the wall that was located in the bathroom- yikes. The smoke detector was just a ripped open cage on the ceiling and the body of the detector was stuck to the AC- the part that is outside. The air was thick as if mold and cigarette smoke was in the walls.

    I had already reached out to the corporate office. First impression is the last for me. I never had a problem with Wyndham hotels in the past. But, this one never again. The first room #209 was Two Queens, I paid for a King. I always check the mattress for bedbugs. Peeled back the covers and pillows, fat gray rat pops out!!!!, then the flusher button was pushed in hard unable to flush. Went back to the desk. I told them I paid for a King. And told them the issues. Second room #105, AC unit cracked, dirty towels, housekeeping never came to my room nor knocked to empty trash bins, changed sheets nor replaced towels. I did it!!!! Saw the cart in the hallway. I woke up in the middle of the night, there were roaches on the toilet paper roll, crawling on the wall and inside the wall hair dryer. Mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The rat must have followed me from the 2nd floor. Clearly, people are living there. Every morning , they put out the same three pieces of stale bread out there. Juice machine didn't work. They changed the cereal. WiFi hardly worked

    The room had extra fridge that didn't work. No extra towels, blankets, we're available. All rollaway beds were in use and unavailable. Found a mouse and roach in the bathroom spent over 200 for the weekend. Also barely any breakfast available. Not satisfied at all. 10/10 I Don't recommend. Also OSHA needs called Cause there are multiple building violations like bags over smoke detectors wish I could get a refund not happy at all won't be booking through

    I pretty sure it's a motel not a hotel, pretty run down, no phone to even call the front desk. Only one towel in the room for a family of 4 and we asked for more they would only give us one more. The breakfast is a joke, the fight in the hallway between 3-4am didn't leave us feeling very safe. Find another place to stay

    I really didn't like anything. No king bed but a full bed. Mattress resting on a spring frame. Burned sheets like people smoking on the bed. The sink had a terrible smell. No breakfast just toast and cereal. Marijuana smell in all the hotel. I don't recommend this place.

    Hotel does not care about how loud the rooms are, I called the front desk at 1 AM to tell them.The people upstairs have been banging and screaming for the past 4 hours.And I wanted to go to bed and they basically told me that they would talk to the room in the morning but that they weren't gon to do anything about it that night. Police were also called to the hotel on several occasions during my four day stay

    Checked in and went to our room. Within 15 minutes I had booked another hotel because this one was so disgusting. My original booking was for 2 nights, but they would only refund me for one since I went to the room (I was literally up there for 15 minutes) and house keeping had already left (it was only 3:30pm). At that point I didn’t care and just took the $80 loss because there was no way I was staying there. The room reeked of cigarettes. The toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved when you sat on it. The window was wide open with no screen so there were bugs everywhere flying in. I paid double at another hotel, but I didn’t even care. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    The staff i talked with was friendly which was great, dealing with a couple of cockroaches was something i expected to deal with but a moldy towel not so much. Can't say much for the food as i didn't have any, most of the visible places were clean but upon a closer inspection not really. It does get noisy at night, I'm used to that so it didn't bother me.

    Not a bad place to stop for a nights sleep. Not many amenities. A microwave. You can tell that they are trying. Unfortunately the price is a little higher than you would expect. For a few more dollors and a little more distance you can find a higher end hotel with many more amenities. That said, it was convenient for my over night need. Friendly staff.

    To start there was a random article of clothing already in our room behind the chair. Gross! all of the buildings around this hotel were abandoned. We were on the first floor and the sliding window did not lock. The room next to it had a hole cut in the screen, so people could slide things in and out. It was absolutely horrible. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable.

    Was there a bed? Yes. Did it have water? Yes. Cleanliness, not great. The facility itself, run down and not well kept. Pictures can speak for themselves if they would've loaded. Cracks in doors and floors, no lock on the door, water leaking from ac to cover the floor, burn marks on the sheets, no lamp shades, one lamp tipped over with exposed wire, holes in walls.

    The room had a dead cocroach on the ground in the middle of the room. The room looked like it was under construction with a huge picture ripped off the drywall and leaning against wall with painets tape wrapped around it. The av unit was ripped apart. And the room smelled heavy of stail smoke. Bed and pillows were stinky and stiff and the bathtub leaked.

    One issue - and I've never complained about noise at a hotel in my life. But my room was the closet to the lobby desk. And for a long while around midnight - there was a lengthy conversation in the lobby - with one voice being a very loud male voice. I recommend a sign posted in the lobby asking people to keep conversations at a minimum volume late at night. One more thing - since I couldn't sleep during that time - I would have liked watching TV quietly. But the power cord and cable were both pulled out - and sitting on top of the heavy cabinet - with no way of plugging them in. That was strange. But I was still pleased with the room - and the price - and I do not need or want a response to this. Thanks!

The attendants i will say were very competent and pleasant. But they couldnt make up for this shipwreck of a hotel. Wyndham has embarrassed itself putting their name on this. Saving 40 bucks off the price of a room was not worth it. Go somewhere else.

    Was moved three times to three different rooms. First room the light, tv and mini fridge didn't work. Second room was dirty, one of the light didn't work. There was a hole in bathroom door. Shower know kept falling off. Third room was dirty as well. The tv did not work at all and the knob for the shower kept falling off. The guest washer and dryer was broke. There were fights inside the hotel the went on all night long. The employees did nothing about the fighting. There were people in parking lot right outside front door selling drugs. We will never stay here again!

    First the good...the staff was very nice and in fact I dropped my Kindle in the parking lot the night I arrived and they found it and returned it the next morning. And now the rest of the story..Upon arrival the clerks were outside on their phones. One was just at the door and I asked if everything was okay and she said they might have to call the cops. When I entered my room I went straight to the bathroom and found a roach and hair on the floor. I (only) saw the one roach and never saw him again. I was provided with a total of two towels. No washcloth, no hand towel, no bath mat. They are lucky I did not fall getting out of the shower. I was very careful on the slippery floor. The refrigerator did not work nor the remote for the TV. My room was close to lobby and there were loud voices until after 1 am. At 7 am doors began slamming repeatedly until I got up to turn the TV on to help drown out the noise and get some more sleep. I booked for two nights but checked out after one. No way was I staying another night.

    This does not look like pics. Had to change rooms twice within 10 mins of arriving. 1st room walked in pillows in disarray. There was a Wendy’s cup with juice half full abs a bag of chips half full. Walked out asked for 2nd room… 2nd room had flying ants of some kind. Around window and air conditioner…walked out finally got another room which was basic not but at least clean enough to sleep and shower. Towels were brown so bring ur own if ur staying here… forgot to add that when I pulled up there where people hanging their head out of the sliding windows 👀 on 2nd and 3rd floor. No there isn’t a patio the windows actually slide open although this is a non smoking hotel. I didn’t see any bed bugs in any of the rooms so that’s a plus. Good luck if you have to stay

    No closet in room. But room size and beds were very big. Property was dangerous too. I encountered an uneducated person down the lobby while asking a staff a .question . I think the price of hotel is expensive. Beware of this Property.

    Pluses: very friendly staff (they brought complimentary snacks to our room!); larger room than anticipated; very clean bathroom; refrigerator in room. It seems to me that they are in the process of upgrading things, a bit at a time. Minuses: insufficient lighting leaves the room very dark; not really any dining options within walking distance.

    Some type of bugs coming from behind pictures on the wall. The staff did all they could to help us and moved us to another room however that room had roaches as well! The bed felt a little gritty I felt like lice or some type of microscopic bug going up my nose when I tried to lay down fully clothed. However I received a refund but charged for one night although I didn’t stay for 24 hours.

    I recently stayed at Super 8 Essex and I was very impressed. The people were friendly and welcoming, and the place was beautiful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

    I was having a good time until I saw a mouse creep from under my door. When my husband mentioned it to the guy at the front desk, nothing was done about it or no compensation was offered. The decision to extend further days was not even a option at this point.

    When i went to pull.the sheets back there was gum (lots) on the wall where the sheet was up against. I did complain. They took the gum off the wall but that was the extent of cleaning it. Not impressed. Only here as i needed a place to stay so i could attend a funeral.

    Words cannot express how wonderful this place is. Not only is the price just right but the customer service is impeccable. We were greeted upon our arrival by an energetic, vibrant lady who began to draw us in with her description of the amenities. She made us feel like family immediately, introducing us to others in the room. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The attention to detail when it comes to customer service here overrides any simplicity the hotel has to offer.

    Just don’t go here. It was trashy. There was a blood stain on the bed spread. I did’t stay and tried to get my reservation canceled. I don’t know if it was but I left anyway.
