We had a great stay overall! Anna did wonderful with the breakfast! The AC was not working well in our room or the hallway. When told to the front they did not seem to care and said it was due to being on a higher floor. Floor 2 guest also complained about being too hot. Yet the lobby was very comfortably air conditioned. Our room would not go below 74°, which made it difficult to sleep. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Would stay here again but would need a fan if it’s hot again.

Fantastic hotel: great location, spacious rooms with double sinks, double closets, full kitchen, great breakfast (real chobani yogurt and Driscoll strawberries!), friendly staff, nice sitting area. Only suggestions I have are could add magnifying mirrors and a few toiletries(q-tips, cotton balls, shower caps). Loved the historic details of the rooms and building (was the old chamber of commerce building). I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!

Very convenient location! Walking distance to the inner harbor and the aquarium. Milk tea places and shake shack in 3 to 5 minutes walk. The reception lady, she is super helpful
- 3/5
not much some cabinet doors were off their hinges. the "pull out" was a single bed which is ridiculous. there are no roll aways. the breakfast was terrible.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean with plenty of space. Location was in perfect walking distance to wine village, little Italy, shopping, etc. Valet was worth the extra money. Breakfast had a great selection and the weekday snack bar was a great touch. Would stay here if visiting again! (Bring your own face cloths because they charge for makeup staining and it’s pricey)

I LOVED this hotel. I was there for a 5 day festival, which was a few blocks away. The hotel is pretty, the room was incredibly comfortable. I especially liked the full kitchen which not only saved me money but also saved my diet. I was able to make good use of the gym and the laundry. The staff was very friendly. I will make every effort to book it for next year.

This place is in a sketchy location and I had a couple odd interactions with some of the staff. The hotel itself is nice but I would not recommend staying here especially if you are a woman by yourself and are going to walk around.

We stayed here during our visit to watch the Yankees play at Camden Yards. We enjoyed our stay, especially since the parking and breakfast included.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 4.5/5
The valet parking is expensive $39 per day
- 4.5/5
Good location, very close to the Inner Harbor, but like a previous review - go left out of the property and not right, unless one block down, heading right then seemed fine and safer. The breakfast options were really good with plenty to choose from and the staff in there were super friendly and efficient. All the staff we encountered were also the same. We thank them all and would stay here again, mainly because of them. We booked a Deluxe King Studio, but were not allocated this on arrival. It was rectified efficiently, but this should not have happened. However, the kitchen area was dated and the fridge freezer was noisy and annoying when trying to sleep.

Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room was clean, ac was good. They offered free breakfast but we didnt stop in, but it smelled good!

Anna was a good server. The breakfast buffet was quality. The breakfast area was comfortable. It starts a person’s day off wonderfully The heating in my room didn’t work. A sweet and kind staff gave up the personal heater which saved my sanity. It’s very cold in the room w very high celings. I’m grateful to that staff member!

Overall, our stay was good. Seems more outdated in-person than in the pictures. We appreciated the safety precautions of the hotel, as well as how quick and nice the valet service was (all staff was great!) The breakfast was not great, but there was variety each day. Overall, we would stay here again.

Beautiful! Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and great architectural features. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Parking valet worked perfectly and it had electric charger (level one, the slow). Safe to walk around during the day. Nothing
- 5/5
Everyone was kind and polite. The ambiance of this historic hotel is beautiful, high ceilings makes the rooms feel larger and everything is very clean. The cleaning staff came to our room everyday to tidy up, make the beds, give fresh towels, ect. The bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and the outside sink has hand soap and body lotion. They offer complimentary social hour evenings for 3 nights of the week and a beautiful breakfast spread every morning. There is no parking lot specific for this hotel. They do offer valet parking but it can get quite costly for each night. We used a parking garage close by, but then found out that you can park on the street for free from 6pm to 8am. Which helped save some money.
- 4/5
It was in a great location and very accommodating. The air worked but not as well as it could have. It got a little stuffy during the night.
- 5/5
Super clean.

- 5/5
convenient location and nearby parking as well as lots of character not applicable

Very convenient location and hotel room is spacious with charm. Appreciate the free laundry room and breakfast
- 4.5/5
Fantastic location in Baltimore, huge clean room and bathroom, with very comfortable beds. Having a fridge and microwave was a bonus. Walkable to the waterfront area. Beautiful decor and excellent breakfast. The breakfast staff were wonderful. 24hr coffee was such a great bonus too. Water pressure was low and staff weren't very helpful or interested when we couldn't get the wifi to work or when we asked for directions and a map of the area.
- 5/5
Great Place to Stay! Location was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Went for a business meeting and a day out with my kid. Check in was great got our room the room was super cold and we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. Called front desk he said he would send someone up to look at it an hour went pass no one came. Walked to the front desk he said yeah I can’t find anyone I’m going to get you a new room moved us to a new room which looked a lot better but nope still problems. Heat still doesn’t work it reads 72 the room is super cold I put it to 80 waiting hours still cold. Bed had a big sink in spot in the middle of the bed. The stay wasn’t pleasant at all went home with a sick kid after sleeping cold all night 0/10 I don’t stay here.
- 5/5
The location was convenient. The breakfast was lovely and the room was nice!
- 3/5
Breakfast was good but bread was hard. Would like more options during the week.
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious daily. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean.
- 5/5
Great hotel for families - our room included a small kitchen and a crib was provided on request. My only minor complaint is the lack of a smart TV.
- 4.5/5
Paying for parking...
- 5/5
Nothing.
- 1/5
Walls paper thin. All night long you hear doors slamming shut voices from guest in hallways loud elevator
- 2.5/5
Lots of variety and well maintained There was only one valet and so the parking was very complicated and difficult. Room air conditioner didn't work and had to be reset. The facilities were quite a bit older than what I expected for a $300 a night hotel. There were a number of homeless people and hoodlums running around outside the hotel. Constant sirens. It was a very uncomfortable place to stay. The signage in the hotel had misspellings and clearly indicated to its guests that they were of lower standing because it was telling them not to party or use weed or use the hotel towels to clean up the floors and how much it would cost to replace those things. I did not feel like the hotel which I considered a luxury when spending 300 plus dollars a night plus valet to be a luxury. It was more like $100 a night holiday inn so I was very disappointed
- 4.5/5
Breakfast and Breakfast staff excellent.
- 0.5/5
The staff and management are disrespectful and rude.
- 2/5
However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly when opening the dishwasher and drawers. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was great and definitely appreciated. Unfortunately, I booked two nights through a third party but only stayed one night. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made it feel grimy, so I chose to check out early and move to another hotel. I give it 2 stars, unfortunately.
- 4/5
The room was beautiful! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchenette. No need to bring soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion, they had full size bottles. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and the woman who was stocking food was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Valet Parking attendant was not the most pleasant to deal with and the hallways in the hotel could use some TLC. The front desk employee could give a little bit more information on how to use the valet Parking so that the attendant didn't get frustrated with people who didn't know how to.

Hotel music playing early morning
- 5/5
EVERYTHING!! Hot breakfast-10/10 Size of the king suite w/sofa bed 10/10 High ceilings!! Full kitchen! Stand alone shower which I love! The beauty of this place10/10! Old historical type building and they kept the parts that are in wonderful condition but also modernized! It’s peaceful! Location 10/10 inner harbor w/short walk to everything! Stay towards the harbor. Stay away from ”Baltimore st”…reminds me of Brooklyn nyc-da hood. But if you stay towards the harbor (where all tourist go) you will be just fine vibes are there I promise! Parking sucks. They have valet, But there’s a garage directly across from it that has better prices for overnight.
- 4/5
The location is very close to the harbor and the ball parks along with horseshoe casino. The homeless population is heavy as with any other large city. The rooms are clean but you’ll have to play it by ear. The front desk receptionist had a language barrier which made it difficult at times.

We loved the old nostalgia in the building. We were surprised with a full working kitchen in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I can say is I could hear people outside ourroom.

The hotel was peaceful and clean and gave off a great vibe the breakfast was good with lots of options and the location was perfect it will be my go too whenever I stay in Baltimore
- 3/5
Using the elevator felt riskier than going on helicopter tour with Stevie Wonder as the pilot. It was literally the slowest elevator I've been on, and let me tell you, for the Hippodrome cargo elevator to be dethroned as the slowest elevator I have been on, is saying something! It always felt as if it were a second away from giving up and leaving the city to live it's best life. The sign on the inside of the elevator was at least humorous. #Relationshipgoals Overall the room was nice looking and layout was good, lots of space and a kitchen in suite was a nice perk. The reality of sleeping in such a space was less exciting. The walls transmitted sound way too well. We heard a lot of other room's activities, not to mention the team of handymen that were working on something in the room nextdoor or possibly the hallway with power tools very early the next morning. Overall the hotel was OK. I would book again, but hope for better next time.

- 4/5
The room was clean and fully stocked. It was very spacious and comfortable.
- 1/5
The hotel was very nice but they force you into valet parking because it is not in a safe neighborhood. We were harassed by homeless people begging for money 3 times when we attempted to leave we asked the security to address and they said they could not
- 5/5
Excellent as always. Clean room, staff very helpful and friendly, kitchen in room is great and makes the stay very comfortable.
- 3/5
Heat was not working properly it was freezing
- 5/5
Very clean. Beautiful building. Excellent choices for breakfast and the staff was wonderful.
- 2/5
Room no heat, I end up by going to another hotel.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Great stay for a home base during the holidays. The hotel was converted from an old commerce chambers building, so fixtures and old decor were kept to add charming elements. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and had more than we needed-we didn’t cook during our visit but the fridge/freezer/microwave/dishwasher were useful. Our dog was comfortable and cozy. The included breakfast and access to a fitness center were pluses! I would definitely go back, especially for the affordability.
- 4/5
Love this renovated historic building close to the inner harbor. Rossi kept the dining area immaculate and well stocked at breakfast. The rooms were likewise impeccably clean.

- 5/5
room very roomy and clean. Great Breakfast Bar
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, convenient. Don’t leave hotel and walk away from waterfront(unless you’re looking for a gentlemen’s club).
- 3/5
There was a big group of guys hanging out in front of the hotel the next night at midnight. Smoking, yelling, talking to someone in their car who was playing music loudly. Security was sitting right there. The next day we entered the elevator. There was a guy already in there who seemed jittery. He asked us if we had a cigarette and then asked us for money. We told him no. He glared at us until the elevator stopped and then ran out of the front door. It’s a shame because the facilities are nice for the price. The housekeeping and breakfast staff are excellent. Overall, it didn’t feel safe or like there was anyone in charge.
- 5/5
The room was very clean! It was very good. The staff was touch notch and gave me immediate assistance when I needed it. Including directions to go to restaurants in the area.
- 4/5
The room was very big which was a plus! The heater took forever to kick in and to actually feel warmth in the room. It could’ve been due to the high vaulted ceiling. The shower also took about 5 minutes to get the water to a hot temperature. The area wasn’t the nicest but that’s any downtown area.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay; the room was clean.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast served a variety of options.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
totally disappointed he picked up another passenger on the way and was doing 90 miles on.the expressway. The gentleman he picked up was so.pissed he slammed the door after he got out. I do believe I was over charged also. They should not be recommending this taxi service to anyone.
- 4/5
The breakfast staff were top notch - so friendly and attentive and the selection was great!
- 4/5
My daughter and her friends had a great time for their "girls night out" to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The hotel staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, spacious and perfect for our group size. Easy check in and check out, we didn't get to use any of the amenities but I was impressed with the overall look of the hotel. I would recommend this place.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Restored historic building with charm
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Stayed with my son after picklfest. Great location to fest and parking garage. Great ptice as well
- 5/5
The room was spacious, comfortable and a perfect example of what a suite should be.
- 2/5
Our room smelled musty and like smoke and ammonia or cat pee. The neighborhood was really run down. The first day we had hookers in the front and viewed people smoking crack out our back window. At the end of the block there are strip clubs, gangs, drug dealers, sex trafficking, and convenience stores with bullet proof glass at the counters. It was wild that this hotel had 9 stars. The breakfast was amazing though. And the staff was really nice. The room was a good size. It just needed ventilation and new carpet so it wouldn’t be so smelly.
- 5/5
Nice hotel!

Absolutely massive rooms, really enjoyed having so much space and a full kitchen. Super clean, nice staff. The only downside of this hotel at all is noise in the location, people will blare music as loud as possible for a couple minutes directly outside your windows, happened probably once or twice a night between 10PM-2AM. Walkable to a lot of great places to look around and shop, I didn’t feel unsafe in the area when going out. I will be staying here again the next time I’m in Baltimore!
- 5/5
The staff are excellent and they work hard to ensure guests are comfortable. Very clean facilities and rooms. I’ve read people commenting on the zombies around the premises…it’s Baltimore, what are you expecting? There is a security guard and the zombies are mostly harmless.
- 3/5
Room was good overall but temperature control did not work properly and the room was freezing for most of my visit.
- 5/5
While this property is close to Inner Harbor, what brings me back each time is the comfort offered by the beds. The quality of sleep I get is exceptional so I will continue to be a repeat customer.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, very good location, close to many places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and complete. Excellent service overall. All the staff were very friendly and kind — from the front desk girls, valet parking attendants, the housekeeping staff, to those serving breakfast. Everyone was excellent. The hotel is very cozy, has a gym, and although I didn’t use it, there is free laundry service.
- 4/5
Room was too warm for my liking. After 2 days temp wouldn’t get below 73.
- 4/5
Very interesting renovation. Done well!!!
- 5/5
The hotel was nice the area was so so
- 1/5
Would not book there again. Non responsive.
- 5/5
The hotel suites are spacious with high ceilings. The customer service representatives were gracious and accommodating. We booked two suites and were very pleased. In addition, the hotel provided a nice tasting breakfast.
- 2/5
The breakfast was good and breakfast staff excellent. Scary part of town with drug use on the same block. Wouldn’t want to be out after dark. The air never worked in our room despite checking with front desk and text. Gave up and used my small portable fan that night. Would not stay here again
- 5/5
Excellent
- 1/5
We did not get the rooms that we booked (harbor view) and the air conditioning was not working during our stay.
- 4/5
The bed was comfy and the hotel is lovely. The only issues was the water temp was really weak unless the temp was turned all the way up.
- 5/5
The breakfast could be a little better. Sausage seemed a little undercooked. Potatoes would of been a great addition.
- 5/5
Great historical hotel
- 5/5
This hotel is my go-to when I’m attending concerts in downtown Baltimore! Most music venues are within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
This is my girls and I favorite hotel. We love the comfort of feeling like we are home, the staff are always nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good, I love the omelets. I am so glad that they finally have the nice thick syrup for the waffles as it is suppose to be. My other stays the syrup was like water, but great job on the improvement. Also the ability to wash your clothes is amazing and convenient. We just love it and the srea is very close to the harbor which is wonderful! When we stay, we don't want to go home, lol. Thanks for great service always.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the breakfast and aesthetic of the property
- 4/5
Good location, walkable distance to inner harbor. Parking was decent and you get in/out privileges. Room was spacious and comfy. The water pressure in the shower could be better and stronger.
- 1/5
The ac doesn’t work. The hotel is right in the middle of the red light district. No one willing to help with broken ac. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub. Safe was broken… just horrible all around
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay. We have been here 4 times now and find the entire place and staff to be wonderful
- 5/5
Terrific stay and accommodations within Baltimore City
- 5/5
Great value, easy walk to inner harbor. Comfortable beds and huge breakfast. Back street of hotel has some questionable people and clubs that I wouldn’t walk by but out the front I could walk to the inner harbor feeling safe.
- 5/5
Good historical place, clean, quiet, many options for breakfast. Big room, comfortable mattresses.
- 5/5
It was clean and spacious
- 5/5
Great breakfast options
- 5/5
Nice overall experience. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The beds were very comfortable. Felt like being at home, and they had Dove soap in the Bathroom instead of that cheap stuff
- 5/5
I really enjoy staying here! The rooms are large, well priced, and have a kitchen area which makes getting food to go from the busy nearby restaurants super easy. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the valet service is fast and easy.

Don’t like it
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and felt safe!

I absolutely loved the history of the building and it’s great location to the Inner Harbor
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and helpful very professional. The area is near the Historic Block where there use to be outside prostitution but now it's only in the gentlemen clubs around there. Far as the hotel breakfast was good and appreciated, housekeeping came to clean everyday it's greatly appreciated 🙏
- 5/5
We always stay here every time we come to Baltimore. It is such a nice hotel and is always clean - staff are always friendly!
- 5/5
Great time thanks
- 5/5
We can't wait to schedule our next trip back and staying in the same room. Great family friendly hotel.
- 4/5
Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The location is great for tourists who want to walk around to see the sites. The room was nice and clean; super comfy bed and pillows with extrans in the closet if needed. The bathroom was equipped with all the essentials and the double sinks were everything! My only "complaint" involves temperature control. The living room area was much colder than the sleeping area, and the water took a while to get hot. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and Rossy, being so helpful and friendly, made the experience better. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If we decide to return to Baltimore we will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was good. It’s walking distance to the harbor.
- 2/5
The hotel was a good location and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff were very new and unable to resolve problems. We booked a room for 4 people and the room we received only slept 3. Management never contacted us after many messages and we had to get an air mattress for our 4th person.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is nice. We hear the guests around us until well into the morning , my kids were scared of people yelling above us. The area around the hotel isn’t great.
- 5/5
My girls and I stayed here for the 2nd time and we love it. The staff are wondeful and so nice! The food is very good, I love the omelets. I wish the syrup was thicker (only issue). We will definitely be staying again, its our staycation spot. We didnt want to leave, lol!
- 4/5
My stay was overall was a very good experience. My bathroom sink was clogged and I was told by the front desk that it could not be addressed until morning because the maintenance engineer left at 4 PM and I called at 7 PM.
- 4/5
Valet and breakfast service were excellent!! Food was a typical hotel breakfast with reconstituted scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. Coffee was good and fresh strawberries were excellent. However it backs the red light district. Cute older elevators. It tried to keep some of the older charm.
- 5/5
Clean updated rooms, nice front office employees and convenient location.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. Excellent staff
- 5/5
My girls and I stayed here previously and it was great. This stay was wonderful and the room we stayed in was much more spacious and we loved it. This is our favorite hotel to stay in and we definitely will back! The breakfast is always good, the omelets are awesome. My girls and I didn't want to go home, lol.
- 5/5
Great property! Spacious rooms with tall ceilings and big windows. Awesome location close to harbor and museums.
- 4/5
Gorgeous architecture in this beautiful old building. If you enter through the back door, you might get the full impression of the poor neighborhood. I didn't feel comfortable outside the hotel, but security was good so I felt very safe inside.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice. Location was not ideal.
- 4/5
It was a nice spot. In walking distance to the aquarium.
- 3/5
Pros- near food/ shopping, walkable. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Cons- breakfast had watered down syrup, juice and coffee and they don’t have trash cans in the hallways near the elevators. Also, you have to pay for getting makeup stains on the towels. Literally, there’s a sign in the rooms that tells you to not get hair dye or makeup on the linens/ towels or you’ll be charged for it! In the end- a bad breakfast is forgivable but not the towel/ bedding fees. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
It was comfortable close to the harbor. Many other restaurants in site we enjoyed it.

Beautiful historic property with great details in the exterior, lobby, elevator, and hallways. Great complimentary breakfast spread (especially the fresh strawberries) with fantastic staff keeping the area clean and well-stocked. Room was very spacious with very tall ceilings, big windows, comfortable beds and pillows. The room and property were meticulously clean. A few negatives- empty bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower don't leave an inviting impression. The shower is up on a step platform and it's real easy to trip, especially with a towel on the floor. The toilet tended to run. The cooling system was flawed- it was over 100 degrees outside and while we had cool air- I couldn't control the temperature even with the fancy thermostat. The temp and air flow didnt change at all and it never got cooler than 74 at the location of the thermostat. We called down for assistance and they promptly came to our room to ensure cold air was coming out of the vent- but they couldn't get the air blowing full blast and tried to explain that the thermostat was reading the room temperature incorrectly. Valet was easy and the snacks/water at the hotel were fair priced. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful property, amazing job on keeping the original historic charm all throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, valet parking was a fast and convenient. High ceilings and the kitchen area really make the room feel even more spacious. Complimentary chicken, waffles and drinks were available when we arrived. The breakfast was also really good, especially the yogurt parfait station.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very good
- 5/5
We loved our time at Staybridge Suites. We arrived early and while the staff did have a room ready, we wanted to be on the same floor as the rest of our family arriving later, so we opted to come back for the room. However the staff kindly kept our bags for us while we headed off on an adventure. The hotel itself is super interesting with tall ceilings and interesting old rooms. I believe it used to be a government building, so lots of history there! The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and kind. We loved it and would enjoy a return visit!
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, and staff is friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
However, there are several strip clubs outside the back door. There is security. Despite that, we would stay again. Valet parking totally worth it.
- 5/5
It was interesting the floor rules and the hotels concern for nightmares. In the sign of floor rules eviction was spelt wrong. Other than that it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Extremely fast check in. Room was huge and clean. Valet was quick and very friendly. Breakfast was good and staff are very helpful.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and larger than expected. Buffet breakfast was great. Early check-in was not available which was a bummer and the neighborhood is not great. Once inside, we felt very safe and had a great stay.
- 5/5
No need for improvement, everything was top notch
- 5/5
Easy walking to pier and pick up from U er and Lyft.
- 4/5
Perfect walking location. Rooms were clean and large. Enjoyed breakfast and the common room for playing games in the evening
- 5/5
Historical landmark building, high ceiling. However, the neighbor hood is not safe. The hotel has a good security and parking system, they provided as much as they can.
- 3/5
Hotel is clean inside but outside there are a lot of people yelling, passed out, and hood life. Not family friendly environment.
- 4/5
Very quiet

Pricing issue. Hotel charged me more than amount I booked this for through 3rd party site.called hotel multiple times and manager never available.contacted hotel customer service and was assured I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one called. Contacted again at 72 hours and was told manager calked me and told me it’s not their problem and no action would be taken. I was able to get some satisfaction through the 3rd party but I can’t believe the manager wouldn’t ever talk to me and then lied on top of that. Very unprofessional and possibly illegal actions.
- 5/5
Perfect hospitality

The place was nice. I did like the old fashion decor in the halls, on the 1st floor doors and elevator. Staff was very friendly and professional. My problem was hair, on BOTH beds which is unacceptable!! They came promptly with clean linen after being notified. We had to lysol the bed and change the linen ourselves. Food was ok, your usual continental breakfast. Loved the scones! We were in town to see comedian Nate Jackson whom I absolutely love! We were in walking distance to most everything which gave us a chance to conveniently explore the area. The area around the hotel was busy, which was ok for us. Do not wonder at night, especially by ones self. There is some type of club around the corner, which made the streets stay packed at night, but wasn't noisy at all. The overall stay was good, but will NOT be returning due to the hair problem. Hair nets NEED to be worn FAITHFULLY when dealing with cleaning and preparing food. I hope this review helps. Enjoy...

The complimentary breakfast was delicious. There was lots of variety, something for everyone! Excellent location and accommodating staff, along with everything mentioned, made our 4 day stay worth the trip to Baltimore.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very close to the Baltimore Inner Harbor - truly a 2-block walk to the Harbor as advertised. The hotel building is a beautiful restoration of an old Chamber of Commerce building. Hotel rooms are spacious. I did notice that you can hear conversations of other guests through the vents in the rooms - not sure how that could be permanently fixed but closing our bathroom door seemed to help manage the issue. Overall a very nice place to stay in the Inner Harbor.
- 4/5
Gorgeous property and huge room. Good breakfast and a great staff, just had some AC issues. It was a very large room with one small vent so there wasn’t much circulation. Overall a great stay though!
- 4/5
Close and easy walk to harbor area
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Surrounding area very sketchy.
- 5/5
Overall, the stay was great! The hotel was clean and there was a good selection for the complimentary breakfast. Only complaint I have is that you can feel every spring on the pull out couch matress.
- 5/5
It was a great stay!
