This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It felt very much like home, with everything accessible in our room; having a full kitchen was amazing. The staff were very professional, and overall, it was an excellent stay. The showerhead needs to be replaced because it doesn't have enough water pressure.

I paid for my reservation ahead of time online.When I arrived they didn't have a room for me.They put me in another hotel ,but that was an inconvenience for me.

The spacious rooms for the city were amazing! Some rooms smelled like weed, even though the hotel was considered non-smoking.

The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast food and space was nice. The bathroom felt like it needed some attention and love. For example, At the bottom of the sink cabinet, the wood was broken thru, like 1,000 guests had kicked it before me.

The staff were soooooo BOMB! They were so welcoming and professional. They provided us with good laughs and had that place moving like a well oiled machine during the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay there again. There concession area was awesome as well.

Location to arena, Valet parking, kitchen in room. Doors were hard to open. I left my charger plugged into the wall and someone from housekeeping stole my charger. Front desk was nonchalant about it. Don’t forget anything in your room, they will steal from you.

This is my second time staying there in the past couple years and it is a great pick whether there for business downtown or a ballgame or trip to Harbor area. Great location, nice and spacious rooms, nice gym, great breakfast and service is top notch too.

Close to Inner Harbor Parking was across street in parking garage. 25 for 24 hrs. Makes taking luggage across street to hotel a target for undesirables lounging in front of the 7/11 directly across from hotel.

The room was very cold, the comforter was quite small, and the heat was not functioning properly. When I requested an additional comforter due to the cold temperature, we were provided with two small blankets instead. While I understand that I am not a member, no guest should be left feeling uncomfortably cold during their stay.

From the room to the breakfast everything was great , it seems the rooms were renovated recently , spotless . The breakfast was good. It was your typical hotel options with a decent variety. The staff kept the tables clean and the food stocked. The bar on the other hand was terrible. The bar was small but the bartenders weren't very good at providing service in a timely manner. They just couldn't seem to multi-task. The amenities were nice I didn't pick the hotel. It would not have been my first choice. It was a little pricey for what I needed.

I did not have breakfast, but the hot water for tea tasted like coffee.

The room was really clean, the breakfast was good, but the pillows were way too soft. I kept sinking into them and it was kinda uncomfortable on my neck. One other problem was that the Internet was terrible. It barely works for mobile and some apps on the TV like YouTube and prime video just say check internet connection and then none of them work. Netflix doesn't even load. The screen just freezes up and then your stuck like that for the next 5 minutes.

Pros: Front desk attendant nice at check in. I was traveling for a business conference and this hotel was reasonably price and conveniently near Convention center. Ate at the restaurant downstairs and food was good and continental breakfast was decent. I will not stay here again.

My fiancé and I traveled to Baltimore for her birthday. We don’t expect to spend the night until the last minute, which means we had no toiletries. I went to take a shower and there was one little piece of soap and no body wash. When I went to the receptionist she said she’d get right on it. No one ever showed up. When I checked out I let her know and her response was a blank stare. I asked her do she hear me and she responded “Yes”. NOT ACCEPTABLE.!!!

Rude rude rude!!!! Did not tell us there is no on site parking! Monique the desk receptionist was completely rude to us checking in saying we needed a key to enter the facility however we hadn’t even checked it yet to get a key. She was just all around not customer friendly. Then they would not deal with the loud music playing until 2AM!

Always love Marriott hotels but we missed our train back to NYC and this was right there easily accessible, great location, reception was warm, friendly and quick. Room was perfect large, cozy, and clean. Breakfast in morning hit the spot and get us ready for travel again. Next trip to Baltimore the hotel is a no brainer. Thanks Residence Inn.

AC was working fine. Like any major city there will be all kinds of people. Hotel staff and employees from neighboring establishments were watchful and helpful.

The room cleanliness was not great. There was hair in the shower and tub area. Shower walls were dirty by soap dispenser. I asked for house keeping at check in but it was not provided until I called to request it. Breakfast was good. The location was great for walking and sight seeing.

The staff was very courteous and attentive. I would note the Royal Farms store nearby has a constant incredibly loud message every 30- 40 seconds. Very annoying while trying to sleep.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was clean and spacious. It had a dishwasher, stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Plus all household items you would need such as cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans even pot holders. The beds were comfy the bathroom was decent size and it was clean which is important to me. The location is great. We stayed because we were going to a football game so the location was perfect. It walking distance to the stadium and so many attractions, shopping and restaurants. I plan to go back in the summer and I will definitely be staying there again!!

I specifically booked a room w/two queen beds but was given a room w/a king bed which wasn't ideal for my needs. I was told all queen rooms were booked a d was offered no discount as a result. There was a person riding a very noisy motocross bike up and down the strret outside the hotel from 12am - 4am. We saw them when we were walking home from the Sound Stage the rider was wearing a full on face mask & very Other than that, our stay was satisfactory.

Very spacious room, staff were friendly and in most cases greeted you each time you walked in, the valet were very attentive and nice. The only gripe I have is the breakfast was disappointing. There's not enough options and I've stayed in IHG hotels that have had a better spread.

I was there because my husband was at university of Maryland Hospital. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel or any of the nearby shops or restaurants. The area was nice and the hotel was accommodating and very comfortable. The rooms were large. It was a very nice place I would go back again

The free breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. Very tasty. The rooms were solid and roomy, although very loud from the street noise. Besides that, there is little to rave about. Our room was not ready at check in and the valet attendant tried to charge us an extra $15. He told us it was $60 and we find out it was only $45. That is pretty grimy on his part.

We didnt turn the bed down until we got back in for the evening and the sheets had stains on them and the floor we stayed on was very loud. We did not sleep at all and ended up leaving at 6 am the next morning

Hotel was fine. But it was a busy baseball weekend as the Yankees were in town. And the hotel admitted to being short staffed. So after a long day of travel, our room wasn’t cleaned/available until later in the evening. At least they stored our belongings until we returned from the game.

We checked into the hotel a 3:00pm on Saturday and everything was fine until we tried watching a movie and getting some work done in the evening but there was no internet. I called the front desk and they said they were aware of the problem. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do.

I arrived early and was really tired. The check in was very smooth and the concierge helped me with my things. Our stay was relaxing. Hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was just right.

We were given a special package for our 15th anniversary. It was very nice and brought joy to me & my wife.

Stopped here on a road trip from NY to FL for a night. The valet attendant was super nice and helped us figure out the best place to park. Check in was quick and smooth, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Sleep was comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Only negative is that the vibe outside is not great. I didn’t feel safe but the staff definitely helped separate the hotel from what was happening right outside.

Additionally having the cleaning staff enter the elevators with their over sized cart, on an already full elevator, was not only rude but very inconvenient. This happened numerous times during my stay.

I have stayed at many Residence Inns and love them for our family. This one however was so bad that we considered leaving and going to another hotel. There’s no parking, so you have to find a place to park in the city and lug your stuff from the garage. The hotel was run down and not kept well: elevator was creaky, and shower doors were stuck so it was open on both sides when showering, and the bathroom faucet was broken. The breakfast was bad and nothing like the other Residence Inns. The area was a little sketchy with loud people loitering the area around the hotel and some homeless in the streets at night. Only reason this isn’t a 1 out of 5 is that the front desk staff was friendly, linens were clean, and beds were comfortable.

Light St is busy and very noisy in the morning which woke us up quite early. Breakfast did not include fresh fruits or yogurt. Valet parking was ok as it took a long time for the vehicle to come back to hotel. Restaurants in harbor front were incredible. Serving fresh fish Maryland style! We walked back from dinner to the hotel and felt safe.

The bad part: Valet Parking First it is 45.00 plus tax. When we ask for our car to be retrieved so we could go to dinner (we had reservations), we waited one hour only to find out they "lost our car and keys". We were unable to go to dinner and had to walk to a nearby restaurant. The girl handling things seemed very overwhelmed and obviously need more help. There were two other guys but no one seemed to know where our car was. They evidently found it. So if you can figure out different parking arrangements it might be best.

The property is great! The coffee is good, and the location is wonderful! Just a few things would make this place superb: the bed mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking, and the windows could be multi-paned to shield out the urban sounds. Other than that this is a nice hotel!
