The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Our room was clean but the breakfast area was not. The size of the room was good and the location of the hotel was great. We went to breakfast 2 hours before it was supposed to end and there was already nothing available, and the counters and tables were a mess and the waffle iron had food stuck and burnt to it. The beds were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on in a hotel. We did not get much sleep because we were very uncomfortable.

The fresh toast and waffle was great. The waiter was friendly and clean as he was refilling the missing items. The bed was comfortable. The toilet seat cover was broken and laid on the side my daughter sat on a cold toilet. I asked for soap around 7:30am I was told it would be brought to my room. I never received the soap until I left at 10:55am. I was in a room next to a flooded boiler room.

The only thing we liked was that we could walk right to Martin's West which is where the National Guard had their dining out event. Where to begin. When we walked into the lobby we were greeted by an intoxicated man who was hanging all over the front desk and the front desk staff did nothing to get him to stop harassing every guest that came to check-in. We were immediately uncomfortable. When we walked into our room we immediately noticed how the room is literally falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting and we don't even want to know what was in the beds. There is also a night club in the main lobby of the motel and it was insane when we returned from our event so we decided to leave in the middle of the night because it was so sketchy. Never again will we stay at a quality inn. How dare they charge us $150 for that room.

Everything about the hotel.

I liked being close to the Interstate and the Venue where my event was being held. My mattress was disgusting. There was a smell to the room that I couldn't identify until I pulled the sheets off the bed and what I found was definitely Health code violations. I spoke to the associate at the desk during checkout who was very pleasant and assured me she would forward my complaint to the property manager .It's been a week ago today and I haven't heard from anyone.

The size of the room Receptionist was rude , there was a happy hour with loud music and people hanging directly outside my door til midnight. Once the music stopped i had a male yelling and once i went to slee I was awakened with the sound of paper rattling only to open my eye to be face to face with a mouse eating my bedtime snack.

Parking was absolutely horrible. There’s a bar/lounge connected to the hotel so if you’re planning to go on weekend, plan to be waiting to park and fight through the party crowd just to get to the front desk to deal with rude employees.

I love the W Lounge they have in the building, great vibes, food and atmosphere. Morning staff she was very pleasant and nice. The staff were always hard to find, no one answered your calls, no room has a phone in it, turn over service is non existent cause they never come once you check in, The rooms were dirty, mold on walls, no iron, hair dryer is so old its falling apart, toilet didnt work and had to take the top off to flush it, maintenance never came to fix it, beds are worn, had burn holes in the bed linen, towels and cloths were filthy, hard to connect to wifi, door was messed up had to basically kick it in to get in and slam it to close, bath tubs and shower were all worn needs to be replaced, heat took forever to warm up just like the water.

This was one of the most disgusting places I stayed in and only stayed there because it was a short notice and the other areas Hotel was way more pricier than what I wanted to spend, but for what I spent for this property, it should’ve been cleaner the place was wreaking of cigarette I had to change rooms a couple of times to find one with less cigarette smell And marijuana. The outside was smelling of urine. It was very filthy the most nastiest outside I’ve ever seen in the hallway on the stairs there was garbage outside of room just hanging out people sitting outside smoking disgustingI would not recommend this no way no how the only appropriate clean area,in that building was the front desk was such a fake façade because they make it seems as if that’s how the entire premises would be until you venture out into the area of which the living quarters were i’m hoping Expedia look into these kind of reviews to make sure people are ranked from places that are saying what they are and not what they’re not in the rooms shower wasn’t working television doesn’t work I could go on and on and on I would not and if anyone is reading this, please take my word for it. Do not waste your money I was very disappointed. I could go on and on write a entire book and I’ll discussing this place was please once again do not waste your money. It was an easy and efficient check-in. Great price for the stay. The representative that checked me in didn't give any amenities information or provide directions to the room until I asked for assistance. I was advised that they offer smoking and non-smoking rooms.

For the price, it was a decent value. But there was ongoing loud drama at the property which we chose not to alert Management about though yes that was challenging to sleep through.

When we arrived, we were not greeted, no one was at the desk. The bar that’s advertised is literally behind closed doors, music bumping lol it was like a whole different world. The lobby makes it look like you’re about to go into a nice little hotel, as do the photos…I’m sure it was nice like that at one point, but we checked in to a non-smoking room with two queen beds, all of the white bedding was stained, and there was a burn hole bigger than the size of a quarter in one of the mattresses… there were also dead bugs in the room and an open bar of soap in the bathroom.

This was the worst place ever. We check-in then left out. We came back to water on the floor from a sink leak. They mive us to another room that had no working t.v or refrigerator. The person at the front desk was no help and did not care we had problems. The lady was supposed to get us a working remote but she left and never came back. We ended up getting a refund and leaving.

This is a five star hotel IF you are looking for a NO Quality Motel with loud hip hop, rap music playing at all hours of the night, lots of people smoking weed and heavy drinking and partying in the courtyard of the motel. There were no parking spots left when we arrived due to the rave party that NO Quality inn hosts. We were greeted at the check-in with loud rave music and lots of weed smoke wafting out of the entertainment venue right across from the check-in desk. There was also loud music and an outdoor bar set-up in the courtyard of the motel. Literally the whole place smelled of weed smoke. The room was gross and smelled of weed and tobacco smoke and the sheets were stained and the floor was dirty. Breakfast is a joke. One waffle iron, toast and bagel and two cereal options that’s it. No fresh fruit, no eggs of hot stuff. I find it hard to believe that corporate at Quality Inn does not close this place down. It’s a disgrace to their name. Please do not stay there unless you are going to the rave parties they host and are looking to get drunk and high.

Property needs upgrades. My sister was hurt with one of the bed rod, she reported it to the front desk, no one come over to see what happened. Police was involved, the staff shows some nasty attitude. In fact I will never go such a rest house again.

We booked a room for a family of 4. We opted for a room with a king bed and a pull out couch to accommodate all 4 of us. When we checked in, the room had 2 towels, (one of which was stained), and the pull out couch had no sheets or blankets provided. Plus the mattress of the couch was beyond disgusting (photo attached). When we asked for a new room, none were provided. When we asked for bedding, we got 1 pillow, a flat sheet, and a blanket,plus an extra towel. Now we had 3 towels for 4 of us, and 3 pillows. The room condition was pretty gross overall, to boot.

Gave one tiny shampoo for four people and ignored request on first night for more. Not enough pillows. Party on first night right outside room in courtyard until after my kids bedtime, complaints ignored. I want at least half my money back, will never return there.

Didn't like the way we were treated at the front desk

At the time I was there, parties going on until late so much noise , it was hard to sleep until late at night. Motorcycle club, lots of noise. People partying in the outside area until late, drinking and smoking marijuana. My group and I like this hotel but unfortunately we may have to find somewhere quietier.

My experience was not pleasant at all. I checked in late and there was a whole party going on. When i asked if that was a "club", i was told its the "hotel bar". None of the patrons were guests at the hotel so one could safely assume that this was the "weekend" spot. At 3am the music was still going and people were making alot of noise in the parking lot. But what really did ut for me, was the fact that the tv wasnt working and for 2 days ive been trying to get a "technician (as they call it)"to do their job and nothing. Definitely a NEVER again.

I wasn't impressed with the first persons customer service. She barely said anything. No greeting. Didn't seem friendly. She wasn't rude, just did nothing more than a robotic check in, put the key on the counter and then told me where the room was. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the country; all with different styles and customs. Because of this experience, the ones you notice are the ones that fall short, usually in customer service or attitude. This was the most noticeably poor service that I've experienced in years. Another issue was the door was not repaired when they said it was. Essentially it was unlocked and a security risk my entire stay. Overall, the room served its purpose. It was worth the money i paid, but nothing more than that. My only recommendation is that the personal customer agents try harder to look and sound more professional. I couldn't tell the staff from the hotel guests. Customer service is everything today and this could've been better.

I saw a roach in the bathroom as soon as I walked in. There was a couple fighting outside the unit I was staying at and almost caused me to call law enforcement. Very sketchy place. Will not ever book there again

no, there is no more and for breakfast they only have waffle and cereal They also didn't have cups to put the waffle mixture in and be able to make them. In the end I didn't have anything for breakfast there and I went to have breakfast outside. I only stayed one night and I had little time in the morning That's why I chose a hotel with breakfast included so I wouldn't waste time going out looking for a place to have breakfast. They should not offer breakfast on their website because they deceive people It's not like other places where at they offer egg or fruit The hotel is very old and it shows in everything I will never stay in a hotel from this franchise again. Was initially given a room that had been blocked for cleaning. Manager resolved issue quickly. Room was nice, beds comfy. My room was in front of building, right next to Highway so a bit noisy. Breakfast was basically nonexistent; waffles not available o y a few pieces of bread for toast and 2 types of cereal.

Since we checked in late, I requested a late checkout for 3 PM, and the staff member who assisted us initially assured us it was fine. However, the next day, a different staff member—who had just started his shift—called us and abruptly asked us to vacate the room immediately, without letting me explain the arrangement we had made. While I understand we were past the standard checkout time, this was due to the previous staff member’s approval. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of concern for customer service. Besides the poor service, the rooms were outdated and musty, making for an unpleasant stay. The only positive was the well-maintained outdoor space, which looked nice. The breakfast was average, with the usual basic items. Overall, for the $119 we paid, the stay was far from worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This property deserves zero stars, they gave us a room that was supposed to be non-smoking and it was like a chimney. The bed was broken so they change the room, the sheets were badly stained and the towels also stained and should be thrown out. This place is unsanitary and is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at in windsor. Extremely filthy.

The courtyard was a nice touch. The choice in pillows for the bed is great and the covers and mattress were perfect. The peaceful atmosphere lulled me right to sleep.

Booked my stay 4 months in advance for a festival going on near by. Got to the hotel at 11:30pm to find out they overbooked the hotel and had no rooms for me. The guy at the front desk didn’t care they overbooked and wouldn’t help me find a hotel that had availability.

The hotel owners allow all night parties. People running up and down halls all night. Staff was rude. Security guard in the lobby was cool. All the rooms smell like weed. Room was 89 degrees when we walked in. Do NOT stay here!

I checked an about 10:30pm the lady at the front desk was wonderful she check me wit kindness I was coming from New Jersey silly me forgot my ID but she didn’t give me a problem she let me used my finance. We requested towels daily to no avail. I called daily about towels. I left messages daily about towels. I was in meetings daily from 7:30am to 8:30am so there was no way I could make it to the office in a timely manner for towels. When I would go to the office, there were no towels available. The front desk clerk said she would leave a message but the next day NO towels. On the third day she gave US the towels that you place on the floor after you shower. I believe the clerk did that out of SHEER HATRED. It was uncalled for. I have many more business trips in your state but will NOT be staying at your hotel. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Customer Service is unacceptable. She could have given me towels from a VACANT room. The front desk clerk needs to be trained in customer service etiquette.
