Nothing Very filthy and they need new sheets and a whole renovation

The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better motels for lesss than half that price. Never again.

Not much If you pay your deposit with a card, the management will not release those funds back to you. Its been almost two weeks and I've called Choice Hotels, they told me to call the hotel directly. I keep having to call back repeatedly, and its just about a refusal to give me my refundable deposit back.

The room was dainty, walls chipped, bed and bathroom linen did jot seem fresh The continental breakfast was not provided at 7 AM each of the two mornings we were there.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was cool. No noise, no drama. Good spot if you just need peace and quiet. Would stay again.

There were a host of other things that I could tolerate, but ultimately, we did not feel comfortable overall. We paid to stay two days, but went to a more suitable hotel the second day for peace of mind. I did like the bathroom and staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel needs alot of work. The area was kind of spooky. They did not have all the parking lots on outside. Very dark. Breakfast was a joke. It got icy on Saturday night. I told them there was black ice at the front door. They did nothing about it. Some work had been done on the rooms, but they were in tough shape.

This was a dirty Hotel with bugs in the room and homeless sleeping in the vestibule.

There was a little girl in the hallway watching loud videos while opening and slamming doors for the majority of the evening. The TV in our room had the coax cable ripped off of it, the curtains were falling off the wall in our room, and the whole place looked like it could use a thorough deep clean. The lady who checked us in was nice and helpful. Honestly I didn’t feel like it would have done any good to report these issues and I didn’t feel safe reporting this while we were there. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

they lied about everything no breakfast a gallon of milk and stale cereal, out of coffee, no fridge, no microwave in the room, TV remote no batteries could not get our money back because we went thru a 3rd party. It was HELL.

The Quality Inn was advertised as a clean, non-smoking place within 10 miles of Johns Hopkins University. The facility was completely filthy top to bottom. The linens were stained, pillows were bumpy and uncomfortable, aged, as was the bedroom, and the towels were not tiny. The continental breakfast was a donut. The room wasn’t air conditioned when we arrived on a 95 degreed day and took hours to cool off. While I appreciate having an inexpensive place to lay our heads for the night, this place was as if no one even cared to try any more. It stains the reputation of Quality Inns.

When we checked in, the person at the desk ask if 2nd floor was ok. NO elevator, and they didn't tell us. The door to our room would not latch unless you slammed. the deadbolt did not work. the safety latch was loose. the bathroom vanity is falling apart. We were supplied with hand towels and wash cloth (no bath towels), No ironing board. the furniture was dirty. The only clean item in the room was the bed. The breakfast was scheduled for 7am-10am. They brought coffee and donuts out at 715am. we decided to go out for breakfast. we returned at 930am. the coffee was gone and maybe 3 donuts were still there. Hallways very dirty children were sitting on the floor eating ramein noodles. I will never use expedia again.

This hotel needs to be seriously upgraded... tvs dont work... ect... good toilet flush though.

Hotel was in an extremely sketchy area, druggies everywhere around it. DO NOT GO OUT AT NIGHT. Room was filthy and stunk of mold. I tried to cancel literally immediately after checking in and seeing the room but they refused. Absolutely disgusting hotel and service, they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is one of my favorite locations to come to when I travel to Baltimore, also very quick and easy checkin.

Hairs in the sink. Bathroom ceiling falling apart. You could hear and smell everything from the next room. Cigarette burns in the comforter and night stand. No smoke alarm. Cockroach pieces in the bed. Black mold. Holes in the wall. It looked like there was a bullet hole in the window. Latex gloves on ground outside the entrance door. From the police or something kinky. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

There was some serious health issues, alarming concerns with our stay within the 10-13 days, but overall not a bad experience. Very shady characters roaming around and inside the hotel. The head management/manager was very understanding and nice and helped with matters. The other employee(male) seems like he's high most of the time idk, the female employees was very nice. The room wasn't bad, but the TV could have been better, noisy violent neighbors next door to us. Walls are very thin. I recommend going on here if you can't find anywhere else at reasonable prices. just keep your doors shut and mind your business and you will be ok. I do think the prices for the hotel rooms should be way cheaper, should be no more than $60 dollars.

The hotel is just trash. Building stinks so does the rooms too. Broken ironing boards and my door kept opening even when i locked it from the inside. Completely trash and poor.

This property is in close proximity to Pimlico race course. That is a positive and the staff is friendly. Otherwise I would avoid this place. It is in complete disrepair and there was no hot water by 9am. Furniture was stained and chair was torn. Towels were threadbare. The neighborhood appears to be a hub for vice activity. Property needs a total renovation. Police did a raid on the motel next door on Saturday night.

Very dirty and smell of Marijuana

There were burns on the blankets from a smoker. The paint in the tub was peeling and there were stains on the wash rags. It was just overall a disgusting hotel.

Room looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while. After comlaining, The manager had to vacuum it . The bathroom wasn't sanatary neither.

We already paid through Hotels.com but they told us they don’t see our reservation ,how we made reservation and tried to make us pay. There were a male and female at front desk. He greeted us and showed us room but she didn’t greet. Breakfast area still has sign says 7-10am but there was nothing at 7am. Same female employee was at the front desk using her phone and I asked her about breakfast. She literally put her face up and told me “oh we don’t do breakfast anymore”. Period. They didn’t inform us at check in and Hotels.com still says free breakfast. There were bug in bathroom and roach on the wall right next to one of beds. Strong smell is everywhere!!! Now our clothes and hair smells like this hotel’s rough smell. There was used tissue between wall and bed. This is worst hotel I ever stayed. I paid over $100 for a room. It definitely a waste of money. The area is rough too. I would stay inside even it’s stink after dark. Sheets and bedding has stain. Pillow is stinky. I could not sleep at all and whole stay was nothing but uncomfortable . I will never stay this place. Stay away!

However, the second floor room smelled very pleasant and did not have the ramifications of the noise pollution. There was only one person working, so there was not anyway to get help with things like our broken television in our room or the need for more showering supplies- and there are no phones to call to the front desk in the rooms.

My vehicle was broken into and everything was stolen. The club played must until 3am shaking the windows. The hotel did nothing.

Check-in was an extremely slow process even though we were preregistered. The non-smoking room reeked of old cigarette smoke smell. The sheets were clean, but stained. The refrigerator light worked, but the refrigerator did not cool. The toilet seat was broken. The auto adjust brightness on the TV didn't work properly, so it was extremely difficult to see the picture. There was no free breakfast provided. And no one was at the checkout desk at 7 AM in the morning, so we couldn't report any of these problems. Definitely not worth the $100 (including taxes and fees) that we paid.

Broken cars, missing tires outside. The area is dirty unorganized, very scary, not recommended for families. The hotel needs a renovation and good clean up, the beds were dirty, everything dusty and the ceiling falling in pieces. Also a lot of people smoking around the main door, and not friendly staff, it took a long time just to complete regular check-in procedure, not information about wifi or anything, barely able to provide keys.

I liked the cleanliness of thr room.I was disappointed the moment i walked into the reception room;there was smell of cigarettes everywhere.In the room there was no telephone so everytime i had to get in touch with the receptionist i had to go out of my room .Also the fridge was not working.I spoke to the receptionist who said she was sending someone and that person never came.There was no table chair so i had to lay on my bed to be able to read.

I’m going to request a refund for one night. No room key, no hot water, no working shower, dirty floors. My second night in a different room, there was a cup of coffee on the window sill left from the previous guest that day (I hope).

Did not have my personal vehicle for this trip. As a smoker, normally I would smoke in my vehicle when staying at a hotel. Since I had a rental, I wanted a smoking room and Quality Inn is one of the few remaining chains that still have some smoking rooms. So for my convenience, I am pleased with the stay. Flip side? Burn holes all in top blanket and shower would not turn on (water was on but lifting handle would not activate the shower). This was the only smoking room available, so i tolerated it. This would not be a place I would normally stay, but I do appreciate the option when needed.

I usually look for places that are adequate, in a decent area, and good for the price. This place is hardly the bare minimum. When we first got there the woman at the desk had an attitude. Wouldnt buzz us in even though i had said twice i had a reservation. Then when she finally did she kept glaring at me and my fiancee going through like she couldnt find the reservation or like she didnt match her ID. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! As far as the room go, bed was comfy (although ruined by where people dropped their embers from cigarettes or something) and there was a flat screen tv w/ good channels, but the microwave was very old (took me 6 mins to warm up something that'd take 2 in any other microwave) as well as the fridge and both were FILTHY!!! As well as the bathroom. The shower was murky and covered in soap scum and the door was barely hanging on. We were aware of checkout time and they came banging on the door 10 mins before, then when i politely answered and told them we were on our way out, they just said "Mmhm" with an attitude and went on to the next room. Then once we get down to the lobby to check out, hand the guy our keycard, and sit down quietly and wait for our ride. After about an hour (still waiting for ride) he just kicks us out of the lobby. Says we cant wait in there for our ride anymore even though it was 30 degrees, we had about 5 bags, we had paid for our night before, had our mask on, and weren't being loud or obnoxious. We wont be back

The hotel requires a $100 deposit for "non-smoking" rooms, and requires cash. This is a local policy that I was unaware of prior to visiting. Very frustrating to have to secure money from a nearby ATM just to get into my room. This policy should be made plain ahead of scheduling a room here, so that guests are prepared (btw, the entire deposit was refunded at the end of the stay, since I am a non-smoker, and of course did not smoke in the room). The particular person at the counter was very un-accommodating, and the discussion about the deposit was not smoothly presented (sounded like a scam, due to lack of professionalism). The stay was otherwise pleasant enough, for an older property.

The whole facility smelt like cigarette smoke. Rooms were both non and smoking- this the whole facility smelt like SMOKE! The hallway at night was so powerful of weed smoke the front desk lady kept walking around trying to spray as guests checked in! Then close to 11PM- the smoke made the fire alarms go off! Guests were running down the halls with their children and others standing in hall yelling is this real? Is there a fire? We didn’t know what to do- the halls were filled with a haze- although it was WEED smoke from a room! No locks on the doors- just the card lock- and you could push the door from the out side hard and it would pop open. Ended up sleeping with all my luggage behind the door! Shower had a leak in the roof and water would drop down into the tub- it was just a horrible experience. I checked in late- and checked out as early as I could- Never would I stay here again. Facility is run down and in a bad part of town!

No wi-fi in room, but it was specified as a requirement. Got a smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and other smells. Had to do online projects in common area with other breakfast diners running around heating and eating food. Never using a room without a wifi access point again. No stopper in tub to take a long bath, use paper towels to plug drain. Little inconveniences making the stay unpleasant.Seems most tenants were homeless transients waiting for placement in new housing.

Was looking for a hotel in the city of Baltimore for less than $150.00. This place was priced right but it was so old and run down. The room looked like it was cleaned by a lazy teenager, no effort or pride. Luckily there were no bugs so that was a plus. The employees were friendly and efficient. Only issue was the cleanliness and age of of the hotel.

Very quiet during the week and staff helpful. Able to change rooms when someone had been smoking in the one I was assigned. Could use some updated hall carpet but bed super clean and comfy.

Very quiet & clean. Comfortable room, but would have been nice to have a chair other than the desk chair. Desk chair seat torn. No creamer in room for tea, coffee. No stopper for tub even after I asked for one.

The staff was kind and courteous. Check in was a breeze and there was complimentary breakfast that was pretty good. My only complaint is the place smells.

We were able to check in early which was great. However once in the room and getting ready for bed, we found dark hair in the bed, as if the sheets were not washed after the last visit. We also found a bed bug and immediately left. We were only offered 10% discount on the next visit.... will not be returning.
