Impeccable! Friendly, fun staff. Stunning location. We were so happy and grateful to be so well cared for.

Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!

My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype.

property is very beautiful. Everything perfect from the robes, to the marble in the showers to the thread count of sheets. only thing that could be better is size of rooms ,are a bit small. However, interior of room is very high-end amazing millwork location is great. It’s in charm city. If you’re looking for Luxury in Baltimore, you have this or The Four Seasons that is your only two options. This property is about 1/2 the price of The Four Seasons if you can find good price Expedia. On website, the prices are the same as four seasons 700-800 night. With Expedia, you can get an amazing price 375 a night w/ VIP benefits. However, be careful property does not want to acknowledge benefits unless you point out. They also charged me a few extra fees that are not disclosed on Expedia. Also by accident, I was charged for a few extra valet parking nights, which by the way is highly overpriced @ $65 a night. But pointed out, they were happy to correct. By mistake I used debit card instead of credit card to check in, they billed me around 4k because they include $150 nightly incidentals + the room fee for 6 nights. I ended up checking out two days earlier. My total bill was around $2700 because ordered 2 movies & room service once, &Valet park each night. They promised to refund balance, but instead the following morning charged me another 4k . Now total been billed over 8K. I called to rectify They did fix. They are helpful when you ask, place beautiful but be careful on charges.

For the price point, this property should feel premium and well maintained. Having visited a few years ago, I can clearly notice a decline in overall standards.

Great location, views and service
- 5/5
Our stay was Magnificent…
- 5/5
This may be in the top three hotels I’ve stayed at. Well located, excellent service – the couple things we needed, they very fairly accommodated - and the view of the harbor really is stunning and unusual. Well done.
- 5/5
Great hotel!

One of best hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff, the rooms, and hotel bars are top notch!

- 5/5
The pendry is the only hotel I stay at in baltimore! Love the service
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was courteous and friendly.
- 5/5
They had great customer service. From the valet service when you get there , to the help getting your bags out of your car and into your room, the staff at the Pendry Baltimore were top notch. Make sure to tip them well. Had a problem with my hotel bill and the front desk went the extra mile to resolve the problem.
- 5/5
The room and service is excellent. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Waitress in the bar area she was very rude & it was bought up to the shift manager! UNACCEPTABLE FOR HER TO COME OVER TO OUR TABLE AND TELL US WE WAS BEING TO LOUD IN A RESTAURANT/BAR WITH LOUD MUSIC AND OTHER LOUD TABLES AROUND US! MY WAITRESS TOLD US TO JUST IGNORE HER NOBODY SAID ANYTHING TO HER ABOUT US BEING LOUD $1800 DOLLARS LATER!

Clean room, valet services, front desk, restaurant bar service
- 3/5
My stay with my family was remarkable, thanks to Brittany at the front desk. She is truly a gem with a positive attitude and demonstrates wonderful customer service. When I received my final bill at check out there were additional charges on the bill that I did not apply to my bill because the room was paid for prior to arrival. Brittany got the manager involved, Nichola, and instead of seeing the error and correcting it, Nichola went back and forth with me and blamed Expedia. There was clearly an error within the billing due to Expedia and the Pendry, but as a customer that has nothing to do with me. As a manager, she should’ve saw the error, corrected the issue with me (the customer) and handled the problem with Expedia on the back end. I didn’t appreciate the lack of accountability and lack of customer service approach Nichola took. The Pendry is a lovely hotel, the overall customer service did not match to me.
- 5/5
Love it always
- 5/5
Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. No lack of bars or restaurants in Fells Point.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice but so NOISY. It is a very young area with lost of partying and limited nicer restaurants around. We got woken up at midnight 3:00am and 5:30 am by partners screaming. NO thank you The hotel breakfast was the worse salmon Florentine, it tasted like vineger. I didn't,t even eat my salad. 77$ for 7 breakfast was a waste.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! Absolutely beautiful - from the pool on the harbor, to the atrium, to the restaurant - it's truly outstanding. The staff is also incredibly accomodating. I forgot several articles of clothing and they mailed them to me immediately. I highly recommend the Sagamore Pendry!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Absolutely great stay
- 5/5
Really nice!
- 2/5
Extremely disappointing, do not waste your money. I made reservations here for my husband’s birthday and spoke with the concierge ahead of time noted that it was his birthday, and they even asked what his favorite snacks and drinks were, leading me to believe there would be some sort of birthday note or gift in the room. Throughout our entire stay, no one ever asked how our accommodations were mentioned his birthday or did anything special. I could have saved myself $650 and stayed at 3 star hotel for the same experience. When we checked in they sent us to the wrong room and then when we did get to our room, the leather sofa was missing buttons leaving sharp metal exposed. Such a shame because it really is a beautiful property but the terrible service makes it one I will never recommend.
- 5/5
Great everything. Staff, location. Need to go back when the pool is open!
- 4/5
We loved our stay here for the most part but there were a few things that made us feel we couldn’t leave 5 stars. First the pros: the room accommodations are excellent. The bedding, the water pressure, the maintenance of the room overall were all excellent. We enjoyed our time at the pool, and though we didn’t get anything from the pool bar the food looked great. We enjoyed the hotel bar one night as well. There were a few things that we felt put a damper on our stay. We asked for a refrigerator to be brought to our room and after 3 hours it never arrived and then we needed to head out to a show. In the end we never got the fridge and our food went bad. The walls are thin, really thin, when it comes to noise for such a nice place. We heard people next to us and people above us at late hours. The last thing was regarding valet car safety. Our cars cameras captured someone trying to get into cars, including our own. While not “on them” since it seemed to be a public parking garage I wouldve hoped they would have the necessary security for their hotel guests.
- 5/5
Thank you for such a great stay for my bday
- 4/5
Staying at the Sagamore Pendry had been on my bucket list for years, and I finally made it happen for a special anniversary. The hotel is undeniably elegant, with exceptional staff and a clean, well-maintained atmosphere that reflects its historic charm. However, I couldn’t help but feel underwhelmed given the premium price point. There are several other hotels in the area offering comparable quality at a significantly lower cost. While the Pendry delivers a solid experience, it felt more like paying for a name than indulging in true luxury. I’m glad I checked it off my list, but I wouldn’t return—especially when value and experience don’t quite align.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch. You don’t find this service and attention to detail anymore,
- 5/5
Lovely place in Fells point

- 5/5
A fantastic hotel. Great location, pool, services, food, and rooms. One of our best hotel stays in years.
- 5/5
Beautiful, professional establishment.
- 5/5
Friendliest people, beginning with front desk, Nichola to bartenders Rob and Essence. Rooms and property are amazing!
- 5/5
The property itself is the star of the show but the staff shine as the superstars. We decided to make this hotel the first of multiple hotels for my wife's big birthday and we will definitely be back to utilize my Amex Platinum Fine Hotels benefits for 2 cards. I want to mention names of staff who made our stay great Deja, Jayla, Zoey, Sean, Angie, Shayla, Nicollete;
- 5/5
We liked that it was in the middle of the city yet felt secluded. It was walkable/convenient to things.
- 5/5
BEST QUICK GET AWAY EVER !!!!! GREAT SERVICE, AND VERY FRIENDLY
- 5/5
Loved it ! Will be my place anytime I’m in MD
- 5/5
The room and view were great, but the highlights were the friendly service and beautiful courtyard.
- 5/5
They give you a complimentary drink at check in. Also, Tim in the Cannon room is the best!
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning hotel. Location was excellent, staff was attentive and extremely helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and right on the harbour. Can't fault the place!
- 5/5
We loved the area the waterfront and staff were excelent
- 1/5
Ritz Carlton prices for Holiday Inn service. Room not ready. No chairs at the pool. Waited 45 mins at pool bar then left. On and on and on. Cant charge luxury prices and deliver indifferent, lazy service. Never again.
- 5/5
This is a great run property. The staff is excellent and never fails to for fill our every need.
- 5/5
Great Hotel! Awesome pool and amazing customer service!
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful! The concierge was amazing!!! Such a fabulous week at the Pendry.
- 3/5
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and the best explanation I could give is that maybe they are under a ton of pressure from management and maybe also deal with a certain clientele that doesn’t treat them well, so they adapt accordingly? It’s a shame because the whole place is super cool and designed extremely well. But if your staff is going to make their guests afraid to sit at the bar and order a couple drinks, that kinda defeats the purpose of wanting to spend money at such a cool place. My fiancé and I have been all over and have drank at some of the best bars and some of the worst. Yet we always treat our bartender well and tip well. I can honestly say we’d never seen anything like it. Change the culture among the bartenders and we will gladly return. If not, we’ll take our business elsewhere.
- 4/5
The pool had next to no shade and ran out of lounges and even towels. We sat at the bar to get some shade and a seat when we got out of the pool. The concierge and desk staff knew very little about the area, attracts or ,unchanged of any thing but they were nice.

- 5/5
Great property, beautiful amenities
- 5/5
Such a beautiful place inside and out. Unique layout with the open air courtyard and pool deck that juts into the harbor. Staff is awesome.
- 5/5
Great place for staycation.
- 4/5
This property is amazing and the staff was amazing as well. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because my credit card was triple charged and I am having issues getting the charges removed. However, Matt the manager assured me he would ensure the charges would be removed.
- 5/5
Great hotel absoultely stunning qnd the people there so nice
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Best location for wedding reception.
- 5/5
Everything was outstanding!!!
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning property. Rooms are beautiful and CLEAN. The hotel itself is gorgeous and so well designed. This is our third stay and we will continue to treat ourselves to this wonderful luxurious hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for our next stay!
- 5/5
The best hotel hands down in Baltimore
- 5/5
Fantastic Hotel, and Great Staff.
- 5/5
Loved the property!! Clean and the staff was very professional. Very cozy!
- 5/5
Our favorite home away from home.
- 4/5
Great hotel , although food quality was only average , seems not terribly well managed , rooms showing their age a little
- 4/5
We stayed at the Sagamore in Baltimore, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautiful. However, we encountered a slight issue—the heat wasn’t working on Valentine’s Day, which was disappointing. The next day, Saturday, we brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they promptly upgraded us to a larger stateroom. From that point on, our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us and the great service we received.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, very caring and I appreciate that very much!
- 5/5
Overall excellent

- 4/5
Beautiful hotel in great neighborhood with very well-designed and furnished rooms. Unfortunately, the pool area was locked so we didn't get to take in the water views. I thought $70, after tax and mandatory tip, for a half bottle of poor-quality red wine from the hospitality bar was a bit much, even by hotel standards.
- 5/5
Our go-to hotel for the staff, amenities, and location!
- 1/5
Everything was expensive and it’s not even worth it
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Housekeeping went above & beyond to clean. Heated bathrooms floors were great!
- 1/5
For the price, I didn’t like anything. No coffee cups, ac unit was delayed, no Netflix or the like, and the shower didn’t hold in the water. Wet floor in the bathroom. Just too expensive for these issues.
- 5/5
Love the Pendry! It’s beautiful and classy.
- 5/5
Lovely property
- 4/5
Would have been better for my dog and me to have been on the outside of hotel rather than next to the lounge as he would bark whenever anyone went past our room. Little things in the room didn’t work- the closet light, the bottle for the shower gel. Also couldn’t figure out how to just turn on mood lights without turning on every light in the room. Otherwise, was a great trip!

AMAZING STAY
- 5/5
Property was beautiful. Terrance gave us a wonderful tour and history of the property. Wonderful stay.
- 5/5
The property was clean. The staff was great. Get the suite with the tub!!
- 5/5
I absolutely enjoyed the stay. I was upgraded to a waterfront view.
- 5/5
It is a beautiful property.
- 5/5
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was a wonderful experience! We look forward to visiting during the summer time to enjoy the outdoor pool!!!
- 4/5
Its really an industrial area.
- 4/5
The suit was clean and spacious, we loved it. But the room service was not good, we called both Friday night and Saturday night to request for soft drinks every single time we were told that they have none. One of the staff that brought ice to our room on Friday night was very rude and nasty, he was upset that my son insist and asked him to search their kitchen for soft drinks.
- 5/5
Great stay as always !!!!! Love the Hotel staff ... C Ames
- 5/5
Wonderful stay at The Pendry. Pool area was comfortable and the staff were great!
- 2/5
This was probably one of the most, if not the most, disappointing hotel stay I have ever had. We were unable to access our room until 4:30 when checkin is at 3. The pool bathroom soap dispensers were broken and falling out of the countertop, the chopped salad by the pool wasn’t chopped and the lettuce was wet and wilted, the toilet water in the room was brown the entire stay, the telephone in the room didn’t work, the room service was unable to prepare what was ordered (meatball hero) and when food was delivered for 4 people only one set of utensils was provided. I can go on. Just entirely disappointing given the representation online and price point.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel!
- 5/5
A great atmosphere, really awesome bar and restaurant, beautiful rooms. The pool was a bit cold but beautiful area.
- 5/5
The room and pool were great. The location is amazing with lots of night life and dining options. The on site bars were good and the courtyard was a beautiful place to have a night cap. The pool was not overly crowded and the wait staff were very attentive.
- 5/5
Loved everything! Staff is incredible! Major shoutout to Rob!
- 5/5
Amazing Experience, Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful views and friendly staff
- 2/5
Our TV didn't work upon arrival, the shower head was busted. Not a good birthday weekend at the Pandry for 1000.00k per night Really???
- 2/5
The pool behavior and public drunkenness was unsafe and out of control.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with great views staff great rooms are clean and nice
- 5/5
Great location. Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Quite attentive yet courteous staff. Always kind and ready to assist. Service beyond what I’ve experienced at many flag franchise brands. Well done, can’t wait to be back here soon.
- 5/5
The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facility is fantastic. We never left the premises because it's all there with best-in-class pool and outdoor environment, food (Rec Pier Chop House was great), and drink. We're already making plans to go back for our anniversary.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
We loved our stay here! The staff was so incredibly friendly and the property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. I highly recommend this property if you’re in Baltimore - 10/10.
- 1/5
I was excluded from the pool area due to a private event. I saw a guest have a medical emergency in the lounge area where she vomited and urinated on herself and the couch she was sitting on. The hotel never cleaned the setting area and within minutes another guest was sitting on the couch.
- 5/5
Beautifully designed hotel in a great location with excellent customer service. Made our anniversary stay very special!!
- 5/5
Easily one of the best hotels in Baltimore
- 3/5
There are loud party boats that come right next to the property blaring music between midnight and 3am. Went there for the spa as advertised on hotel.com and there is no spa. The property allows day passes to the pool and we experienced drunk, loud, and inappropriate conduct from people who purchased day passes for the pool. Management was not present and the new hires were not qualified to handle this. We had a king harbor view room and it was very small. It had one small chair and no desk. You couldn't really sit into the room. The food was good and the cleaning staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Fantastic amenities, helpful and courteous staff and an amazing in house restaurant/food service!
- 5/5
The property, for its quality and appeal is a little off the beaten path, but not so much that you regret anything about staying there. The area is funky/bohemian with some cooler pubs/taverns, great breakfast spots, lots of nighttime activities. It’s not the mainstream inner harbor vibe, but it’s a cool vibe. Everything about the hotel is unique, organic in an elegant way and top notch. I would definitely choose it again.
- 5/5
Super convenient and great vibe!
- 5/5
Wonderful Father's Day experience at a poolside cabana during Fleet Week kick off no less! Beautiful room, great restaurant/food and service. We will be back!
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a perfect area. The staff was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The pool was a huge highlight- thanks Oliver for being such an awesome waiter!
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at this property for a few days each summer almost every year since it opened. i live nearby in the DC area and this is my fav hotel in the DC Baltimore area. Fabulous location. Great views. Amazing waterfront pool. Excellent service. Good food. Only slight was the room I got given what I paid and my Expedia Platnium status. But, I’ll be back.
- 5/5
Had our anniversary here and it was a wonderful stay! The restaurant was fabulous and the room was very nice and spacious. Loved the big bathtub!!!!!!
- 5/5
Hotel is very pretty and pool area beautiful. Staff very courteous. Well intended but on occasion did not follow through and not knowledgeable about surrounding restaurants, however made an effort to get info needed. I would recommend
- 5/5
An amazing time!

I did not feel.like a rokm worth over $500 per night and simply NOT impressed.
- 3/5
Not worth this price
