Reviews
The hotel is in a great location, close to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, there are frequent issues with the air conditioning, and some guests have reported poor service from wait staff during breakfast. Additionally, the hotel is showing signs of age, with dated rooms and facilities, and some guests have experienced issues with parking and room readiness upon check-in.
- Great location
- Comfortable beds and clean rooms
- Issues with air conditioning
- Poor service from wait staff during breakfast

Shower was dirty in outside . Shower door did not close all the way . Shower head was in need of replacement . Furniture in bistro was old with paint missing . As far as food Delicious . All employees especially maids friendly and helpful . But not worth what we paid for

The staff were nice.
- 3/5
Most of our stay was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the carpet was soaked between the window and the bed, but we didn't realize it until after our children had fallen asleep. Everything else was great though.
- 2/5
The front desk staff were not friendly at all.
- 3/5
Staff was super helpful and courteous. Had internet issues and was not able to provide room keys. Inconvenient to have to have a staff member walk you to your room every time. TV in room unable to load apps or cast from phone. Rooms are outdated. Old looking furniture and fixtures. Room was also hot due to the building being glass mostly. AC worked well but unable to keep up with Baltimore heat. Room temp was at 78 most of the day.

I ORDERED HOUSE SLIPPER 3 TIMES, THEY SAID WE GET YOU ONE, BUT EACH TIME THEY DID NOT DO IT

- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient, there is a lot to do around there. Room was really clean. They have TVs that can you can connect your devices to. Breakfast was great they have an all you can eat selection or you can order and eat there or take to your room. The only thing is the elevators do take a little long mostly in the afternoon.
- 0.5/5
Location The front desk worker was extremely rude. I paid extra for a room with a view and did not receive that room or a refund for the up charge of the nicer room. Pool and restaurant was closed.
- 5/5
Property nice and clean with parking and nice staff
- 4/5
I would book again
- 2/5
Additionally, the water in the showers would not get warm enough for a comfortable shower. The elevators were extremely slow and always overly crowded, and the card reader did not work.
- 3/5
Event space and rooms are to close was woke up at 2:45am by partying young adults at an event directly under the whole 5th floor rooms

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Baltimore Hyatt. The room was great-view of the harbor was wonderful. The rooftop pool was a lot of fun. We especially enjoyed the location-across the street from the harbor and a block to the Oriole’s game. We highly recommend.
- 5/5
Went for my son’s sport tournament at the Convention Center and it was very close by and easy to walk to. Hotel is easily walkable to the aquarium and other restaurants too.
- 4.5/5
I loved the amentities, the high floor room, and so much about the property's layout, appearance, and how it's so close to Inner Harbor and many of Downtown Baltimore's attractions. The Wifi in the hotel was not very good and I was unable to activate it on my laptop and the staff didn't help me very much with that. Additionally, room rates were a bit pricey but at least the quality was great.

Nice bar and workout area. The bed was very comfortable. They stuck me in corner room which was triangular and oblong. The prices for drinks and breakfast were outrageous.

Granted it was memorial weekend but I was surprised Hyatt had trouble handling the volume of people waiting for breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. The matre D did the best he could. I was disappointed in the dress and polish of the employees working the front desk to greet people. I thought Hyatt had higher standards. Location is great and rooms are clean. I asked for a roller bed clerk said 10-15 mins delivery to my room. After an hour I called front desk.. she said yes I see your request. After another hour she says there are no more left. That was terrible service. You either have a bed for me or you don’t when I first put the request in!

Absolutely loved the staff and the hotel. The room walls were thin or it was because i was in a room connected to another room with a door in the room connecting us , that we had to call the front desk, because they were very loud laughing and cursing at 1am in the morning. Even when they lowered their tone in their room it was still loud. I would blame the noise on the fact that the rooms were adjacent to each other. For $330 a night, I expected better.
- 2/5
Location We paid for a king room and had a queen bed. The hotel also charged my credit card the gold and the stay after I already paid through Klarna.

Nicely centered in the Baltimore inner harbor that makes exploring Baltimore easy
- 2/5
Rooftop restaurant / bar was closed. Valet parking price on the website is not accurate. It says it is $39 and it is actually $49 / day. still overpriced considering there is no other place to park your car....
- 5/5
The staff were excellent!! We were there for a basketball tournament and they were very patient with all the kids in and out the hotel. The bar options are great. Only downside I would have is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves inside and the restaurant didn’t have many kid friendly items.
- 5/5
Clean room.great staff. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I'll stay here again. Breakfast was good also.
- 5/5
The breakfast restaurant is miss managed. As customers are in line to get in … The Staff is looking at us like … what are you doing here? Terrible communications with customers.
- 3/5
Breakfast was awful, food blah, waiter/manager was servicing me,and up and left. Had a horrible attitude, and frankly wasn't friendly at all. Manager was my server, left without finishing up my meal, two other ladies got my food, and tea I ordered.

- 5/5
Excellent location-across the street from the harbor and convention center. Hotel room is very nice. Great gym. Good good choices in the hotel. Starbucks and sundry store on 2nd floor. Self park is literally 20 steps from the hotel. Valet option too.Tip: if you self park, use the direct LAZ QR code option at the front desk because it allows you to park for 26 hours for $32. The hotel self park option is $34 for you to park til only 3pm the next day. Why? Who knows. It is the same parking structure…and valet is $48.
- 5/5
Our room was kept tidy and clean. We didn't choose breakfast so we chose parking. I think their should be a package for both and I know you have to make financial decision, but I really wanted both! Maybe next time! Ideal location too!

I would like to make a suggestion that when you offer the breakfast buffet or off the menu there be a sign as you enter that makes it clear the cost and that is just for the buffet or the menu. There are many hotels that the buffet is included in the price of the hotel. Understandably there can be some confusion. Our breakfast off the menu was very good and LaTonya was very accommodating!
- 2/5
Pool was down, skywalk was down, breakfast was a 45+ min wait, I was charged for daily parking and charged for enter and exit at the parking garage. Would have much rather stay elsewhere.

Rooms, staff were acceptable. The bistro left a lot to be desired. Their kitchen was very unorganized! Waited forever for a simple breakfast, and still came out wrong!!
- 1/5
The hotel is old and needs an upgrade badly. The staff is slow and the check-in was over 2 1/2 hours. The staff continued to remind guest that this is a ‘Union State”. I’m still font understand how the attitude of the staff or should I say ACCEPTANCE of poor slow attitude effects the standard of professionalism that is promoted on your website. I could never ever recommend this hotel.

The guest services line remained unavailable throughout my stay. There were lipstick stains on my sheets, that I had to request housekeeping to come change. There weren’t amenities available such as mouthwash and complimentary water. The hotel also does not include complimentary breakfast. Additionally, beware if you have the “best view” side facing the harbor, because it will be extremely noisy at night, with ongoing traffic, people partying outside, etc. Nothing was offered to us to make it right. Won’t be back.
- 2/5
The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude.
- 5/5
We didn't use the breakfast bar. Menu looked great but high priced
- 1.5/5
To start the lady at front desk was super rude checking us in. We got to room & our toilet was broke. Then our shower handle fell off. The sky bridge is no longer at facility which was the reason we stayed at hotel so super disappointed. Beds are uncomfortable room furniture needs updating. The market (gift shop) has almost nothing in it.

- 2/5
I do not recommended the bistro. Market needs more items and more help. Hotel needs to be updated.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. Fixtures are worn and could use replacing (shower heads and faucets). Bathroom sink would not turn off completely. Room doors are a hazard. They are very heavy and slam shut quickly.
- 3/5
Stayed here to watch a game at Camden Yards and the location was perfect. However, our room was uncomfortably warm and we were unable to cool it down. When we mentioned the air conditioning problem to staff, we got the impression that heating and air are reoccurring problems at this property.
- 3.5/5

Clean room and great staff
- 3.5/5
We did pay to upgrade to have a view of the Inner Harbor which was great! I appreciated the offer from the front desk. I purchased the breakfast through booking.com but was charged extra for breakfast. I would not have paid the $40 for breakfast if I knew I would have to pay additional for breakfast at that meal. I would have sourced another option for more affordable breakfast in the area.
- 5/5
I had a great stay and was well accommodated
- 3/5
The hot water faucet in the sink was not working. The shower pressure was very bad. The air conditioner was not working properly in room. It was set at 68 but the room was 77 and not getting cooler.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed at the # of people checking in ( at 4:00)- the actual check in time. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were quite plush. The property feels slightly dated but overall just fine!
- 5/5

- 2/5
For the price I paid I was not impressed with anything It’s not that I didn’t like anything about the property I was just upset about the amount of money I spent to stay there and it wasn’t worth it
- 4.5/5
Loved my stay, clean, comfortable, and the staff made everything easy. I will definitely come back. I enjoyed my stay, but I really didn’t like the glass elevator because I am afraid of heights.

Because I booked here, the hotel kept charging me full day rate to upgrade internet. I had to call to get charges removed.

Bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, called for maintenance, they had to take the sink apart to fix it. I left the room for my engagement and upon returning saw that the sink was again clogged, called them to make them aware but asked that they not come in until the morning as it was late. The sink was full when I checked out and I made the front desk aware again of the issue. I then proceeded to leave the parking garage when they tried to charge me for event parking $55 and also the $34 overnight fee. I had to park my car and go back inside to get my parking "validated" and was told I would only be charged $34. When I checked my credit card statement they had charged me a $50 fee. I contacted the property and they assured me the $50 would not be "charged" to my account but did absolutely nothing about the inconvenience of having a clogged bathroom sink.

Great room & bed sleep great staff were professional
- 3/5
Room was in good condition but the thermostat wasn't right. It had a cooling cap at 68 degrees but would come up to 74-75 even with the blinds closed making it uncomfortable in the room. Ice make and vending machines on our floor (10) were out of order or not stocked.
- 4/5
The staff was great, but the room was definitely a bit outdated/dingy. The walls were a really off-putting shade of yellow, and the bathroom definitely needed more attention, but otherwise everything was great!

- 2/5
Staff was great and personable but facility was in need of updating and had lots of unfinished projects that prevented full use of the hotel.
- 3/5
The staff is great but the bathroom wasn’t that clean.
- 3/5
The heater in the room did not raise the temp above 68. Sidewalk was un-shoveled after 1week.
- 5/5
Staff, front desk..Rose was the nicest and most polite ever!
- 1/5
When we called to inquire, we were advised there were no more roll aways bed available. The only option provided was canceling our reservation and staying at a different hotel across town. We had to put chairs and ottomans together to make something to sleep on. Staff later found a roll away for my other child that was grossly uncomfortable. We had friends check in after us at 5PM who were provided the 2 double bed room they had reserved. Staff did nothing to compensate or help make the experience any better. I would never recommend this hotel based on this experience.
- 1/5
We booked a 2 double bed room for 2 adults and a 16 year old child. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have any more of those rooms left. They gave us a queen room and brought a roll away bed instead. Our room was 64 degrees. A building engineer came to fix it, but it never went above 68 degrees even when it was set to 72. They had an online full breakfast menu, but only served a buffet Sunday morning. The buffet was no more than what is served as a free breakfast at other hotels, but their charge for the buffet was $38/person. For the price we paid, I don’t feel it was worth the stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staffs are friendly.
- 2/5
The room was clean and the front desk were friendly. The breakfast was unclear and made it difficult to get a clear answer. I talked to 4 different staff members who all told me something different with the breakfast. It is also difficult to get ahold of the front desk. I tried to call to see if my room was ready two hours early and it took me 20 minutes to get someone from the front desk on the phone who was t an automated message or AI.

- 5/5
The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was great in providing exceptional customer service particularly when it came to assisting us around the hotel.
- 5/5
The Bistro Bartenders as well!! Also the table and dresser in my room had coffee stains and felt sticky. I found it disappointing that the food options were so limited. It seemed that the hotel only cared about catering to NYE events and not the guests. The only dinner option was to purchase a NYE party ticket for the rooftop event and the only breakfast option was a NY buffet. If felt as if the offerings were money motivated vs. guest considerations.

The check in was smooth and friendly.

Develop a rash on my back!!

Outdated and expensive. 6 out of 10. Yuk and was expensive
- 3/5
Room we had needs serious bathroom upgrade .
- 5/5
We travel to Baltimore every year the past number of years and stay at a different hotel each time at the Inner Harbour. The Hyatt was excellent with every category of hospitality stays. We think we will stay here every year moving forward.
- 4/5
Great location and stay. A few issues with the room - entry light not working (needed a bulb change), toilet seat to small for base, housekeeping failed to put toilet paper on holder and make up the 2nd of two beds.
- 5/5
Parking is easy
- 2/5
Rooms too old. Old bathroom. Gave queen sized pillows for king sized bed. Flat pillows
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay, very friendly and easy walk the the stadiums
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
rooms and hotel badly in need of an update. terrible stench throughout all public areas. couldn’t check in for more than two hours after posted check-in time with no offer of a late checkout to make up for it.
- 4/5
Great staff, quiet rooms, convenient parking.
- 3/5
My biggest issue with the my stay was the cleanliness of the room. I paid for a high floor and almost upgraded to the harbor view I am soo thankful I didn't. The ice machines were also dirty. What I did like is the location and the elevators were a vibe. Breakfast was $32, mind you I got it to go I didn't sit in and eat - insanely overpriced for the quality and taste of the food!!! I will find somewhere to stay next time I visit BMORE.
- 3/5
Room was very loud from traffic outside, on second night a smoke detector outside our room kept beeping every 45 seconds through the night, bathroom was in rough shape (shower hardware loose and didn’t work).
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in beautiful location
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and convenient walking distance to the area. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing !!!!
- 2/5
It didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned in a while. The showers were nothing to be desired. The sink drained slowly. We were in the suite but to watch tv you had to be in the bed. The noise level every night was very loud. We did not sleep well here. There wasn’t much to do in the are.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service by the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my place anytime I'm in Baltimore.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Sasha is the best bartender!!!
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly/ helpful staff
- 5/5
Next time I’m in Baltimore I’ll be staying with Hyatt
- 5/5
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The valet parking was smooth and courteous. The elevator was fantastic. The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended! I will stay here again on my next trip to Baltimore. The dining staff was also quite friendly.
- 4/5
Nice hotel , friendly staff great location
- 5/5
Staff were awesome very friendly the rooms were very clean location of hotel was nice too very easy to get around
- 5/5
Perfect location and very walkable to many things
- 3/5
There was no ironing board in the room, the cost of breakfast superseded the quality of the meal. $25 for buffet, powdered eggs, even in an omelet. Before my meal ended, there was a fruit fly or gnat swimming around in my orange juice. I left still hungry.
- 4/5
The front desk attendant was very nice. The room was very noisy. We could hear people upstairs and outside our door and also other room’s toilet flushing. The furniture was dated, but the room was clean for the most part.
- 5/5
Every this was very nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, staff was very polite and helpful, great views from the room, alot of shops and restaurantswithin walking distance. Only complaint is the bed was to soft. Besides that I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in inner harbor.

😡
- 3/5
Mattresses are so cheap and soft, my wife and I both left with sore backs
- 4/5
Great location. Big rooms. Solid hotel
- 3/5
Our room wasn’t ready after 4.
- 3/5
Clean room, close to everything
- 5/5
Staff was so smazing!
- 5/5
Loved the pool. Beautiful hotel and view.
- 1/5
The hotel did not have the king room with harbor view that was reserved and paid for and tried to give me an interior double room at the same price.
- 5/5
Fabulous
- 5/5
What we didn’t like was the inability for us to get a good nights rest. Traffic noise was pretty awful all night long. But we feel it isn’t the property’s fault. The hotel is in Baltimore, a well populated city. If we should ever stay here again I would bring earplugs and a hatch machine
- 3/5
Convenient location. Property seemed a bit outdated. Front desk staff was very nice!
- 4/5
Great location! Close walk to Orioles game.
- 2/5
Check-in was set for 4 pm. Our room was not ready until after 6 pm. There was a baseball game which created a flood of guests, but rhe hotel seemed ill-prepared for the predictable event.
- 3/5
Separately, the concierge did not respond after check in and we had to go down to pick up our bags.
- 1/5
Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 our room was ready at 5:50. We were headed to a ball game and had to wait till after the game to check in. Very inconvenient
- 2/5
Our room wasn’t ready. Over 50 people waited and it was 1 1/2 hours after check-in time. We had to leave for dinner and an orioles game. We had no time to get ready.
- 2/5
I checked in my 1st room was unusually hot. A fan was in the room due to the temperature. I was moved into another room and it was cooler, but not completely comfortable. I've been in other properties and the height of the floors do not make a difference in the temperature where it's holding at 10 degrees higher than the thermostat.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service. Close to shops and restaurants
- 5/5
Very pleased, the best was so comfy I over slept
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, clean and lovely hotel! Great location, would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Didn't like the parking garage because of having to use a QR code instead of a ticket. Was very confusing!
- 3/5
The hotel elevator were awesome, and fast. Great views from suite and elevators. Access to elevators and room efficient. Valet parking attendant was respectful and attentive to your car. Assisted with the baggage- check in (Antonio). Clocks in the room displayed incorrect. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Rm 1024
- 4/5
Staff friendly - not sure I’d stay there Again tho. As there are other options in the harbor area
- 3/5
The hotel itself is very nice. However, upon checking in, the AC was set to 80°. This was at 3:30pm. I set the AC to 68°. The AC seemed to run for 10-15 seconds, turn off for 30-45 seconds and then run again for 10-15 seconds. This continued during our one night stay. We left to see an O’s game and returned to the room around 11:15pm. The room only cooled to 72° in those nearly 8 hours. One other thing, they have a typical breakfast buffet, nothing special. The servers weren’t very attentive. Then the shocker, when the bill came. This breakfast buffet for two people, with included 18% gratuity, was $74. That’s outrageous for the service and food provided.
- 5/5
The property was clean and close to Camden yards. We were in town to see a couple games. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The location was pretty close to numerous dining options. Overall would stay again had no issues.
- 3/5
I would say this was a decent hotel, with a lot of potential. It's in the perfect location in Baltimore, but the service was lacking a bit. Upon check-in, I requested a quiet room (which I do everywhere) and the front desk told me there was no way they could assess that. So we were placed in a room facing the pool where the DJ was playing for several hours. Then the room air conditioning and faucet wasn't working, and when I reported it, the front desk was not at all apologetic, just took notes and has someone fix the issues. The individual who fixed the issues was kind. The food at Grille620 was not great and I would not return. Finally, the parking is tricky as you have to keep your ticket and scan a QR code, and the front desk did not explain that clearly so I was stuck on the way out. The parking attendant was helpful, however.
- 2/5
Our room was overbooked because we booked through a third party site. We were comped with breakfast. But the double room was dirty, mainly the bathroom. The shower water heat didn’t work very well, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, it was a bit dirty. Then the water stopped draining in the bathtub. The bed mattress was very soft and uneven. I’m pretty light and kept sinking into the bed so it was uncomfortable to sleep. The walls are thin so we heard a lot of guests through the walls and a lot of plumbing sounds. The location was good, close to everything. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Mold in the shower. Extra charges on the card.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. The location was convenient and walkable to activities we were interested in.
- 3/5
BEDS are not comfortable, bathroom is very small
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Parking attendant rude - room we reserved was not available - shower caulk was missing and moldy - sink large crack - overall disappointed
- 3/5
Only reason for non perfect rating is the ac in our room was very weak and did not cool the room like it should. Staff was very respectful and comped us for the issue
- 1/5
Didn't have my room i reserved a month in advance. Only wanted the view but got no view.
- 4/5
Was told we could not have two travel cribs in the room which made things very difficult when it came time to put my little ones to bed. If I’d know that I would have brought my own pack n plays
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
The room is not clean, the charging station does not work and there is dust on furniture
- 4/5
Great location and fabulous views of the harbor and general area. We wish it had affordable eating option on site and more soundproof walls from the street noise.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 5/5
It was a very short stay but a very friendly staff from the gentleman who tagged our bags pre-check in to the concierge and the young man who brought us toothpaste and toothbrush
- 3/5
Bathroom wasn’t that clean otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
- 5/5
I had a very nice time. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was nice.
- 4/5
Property was fine, food and beverage service was understaffed and overwhelmed.
- 5/5
I loved celebrating my bday on the rooftop pool. The vibe & music was great.
- 4/5
Great location to camdon ,waterfront and m&t stadium. Staff extremely friendly
- 5/5
No issues with the hotel. It is much nicer in person than from the pictures.
- 5/5
This was a nice option close to the harbor and Mos’s Seafood. There's also a great Creole place near by. I wish the pool had cabanas and nicer pool lounges but it was still a great hotel with nice staff.
- 1/5
The water was cold in the breakfast was horrible even paying for it.valet was tooooo high the most comfortable stay was the bedding that is all never come here again
- 4/5
Great weekend
- 5/5
Near everything by the Inner Harbor
- 5/5
Not a negative, hotel was nice, but some areas could use updating. We enjoyed being there anyway. Was no problem for us.
- 3/5
Staying for business at convention center- price was low but dining not great and hotel is not in great shape- needs an update
- 5/5
Business-friendly
- 3/5
Convince access
- 3/5
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the service was fine. I guess I expected it to feel like other Hyatt Regency locations. The bathroom need an update. It was fine, clean, and functional, just not what I thought we were going to get.
- 3/5
I never been to a high end hotel that did not free coffee. I thought the lobby staff was not friendly. except Jen she was great. Price
- 5/5
This property was fantastic! Easy check-in/out process, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff really went above and beyond. From the valet drivers to the front desk staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay convenient and pleasant. We were able to leave our car with valet and our luggage with bellboy while we enjoyed the surrounding area after check out. Staff helped give us walking directions and restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Really great location with the friendliest staff!
- 3/5
The hotel was pretty standard and perhaps I was expecting more for the price. Views were great from the room. Parking fee is a bit ridiculous though.
- 4/5
The service was excellent. We stayed there for the pool, which was on the rooftop with a great view, but it was unheated and there was no Jacuzzi. Even the eager 7 year old couldn't swim and it was August!
- 4/5
Beautiful open area and nooks with good chairs and couches. Inside elevators have clear glass sides and riders enjoy the view.
- 2/5
Marijuana and cigarettes smells were coming through bathroom vent from another room. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The staff was somewhat sympathetic to our issue. The odd part to begin our stay is that our room wasn’t ready at 4pm (Check in time) so we had to wait (weird). Once we received notification that our room was ready, finally got to the room and it smelled of cigarettes. We called to the front desk and told them and had to haul our luggage cart back downstairs to get another room to be told that our second room wasn’t ready so we had to wait in the lobby. Our second room was okay, had some damage to the wall and shower needed a deep clean between grout lines. Our hotel experience was ok, underwhelming considering the price. Jose at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Penny from the breakfast buffet was so sweet and very accommodating. She was fantastic!!!!
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful!

Never got to go to the property ! Expedia cancelled my reservation without notifying me
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Everything was great !
- 3/5
It was an ok stay, my room A/C barely worked the room temperature wouldn’t get lower than 75 degrees. You do have to pay nightly parking of 32$. Room was clean and hotel is close to a lot of great dinning options.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Staff was very professional, attentive and helpful, especially at the lobby desk.
- 3/5
The pool is much smaller than it looks in pictures. It's about a 15 x 15' square pool.. the curtains in the room of cuts, so the sun came in very strong in the morning. And the bar on the third floor closed very early.
- 3/5
The hotel need to be updated. My bathroom sink had a big huge crack that rusty looking water would come out of. Hyatt use to be a 4 star hotel but it appears to be a 3 star now. The bed was clean. Got an already stained towel one day. There is a lot of food options all around the inner harbor area.
- 1/5
Harassed by security who followed me into the bathroom and watched to ask if I was a guest instead of just waiting outside and asking. Then lied and said they was a report of someone not wearing a shirt when I had a tank top on then said he was just trying to make sure everyone is safe and when I asked what made me unsafe he declined to answer and walked away when I offered for him to walk with me to check in to verify.
- 5/5
The location by the harbor is great. Nice outdoor pool area.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay around Downtown.

- 5/5
Perfect location. Right in the middle of Baltimore Harbor. Safe. VERY clean. Friendly and professional staff.
- 5/5
The only thing that I had issue was that from 9 o’clock in the evening until 2 o’clock in the morning, I had noise coming from the street that kept me up
