This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.

The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We didn't really sleep bc of all the noise. I wouldn't stay here again bc of the area and the fact that you hear every noise around the hotel at all hours. It wasn't relaxing at all.

Overall the hotel is very nice! The restaurant is pricey, and for the quality of the food it doesn’t seem worth it however the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean! My only complaint is the beds. They are so uncomfortable and by the 2nd night it hurt to walk due to the back pain from the beds. Other than that I have no complaints.

Its ridiculous to have to pay $18.00 parking per day and you already paying to stay there. Parking should be included "free" with the purchase of them room. The elevators kept getting stuck , had to carry our luggage from the 3rd using the stairs.

Location next to the casino is the major positive. Property is terribly constructed. You can hear toilets flush in every room and any conversations in the hall or adjoining rooms. Rooms are adequate and it’s not a bad property, just loud so bring your earplugs.

It was a very brief stay but the staff was very friendly and parking was inexpensive and easy to self park. Super close to the casino, stadium, and Top Golf which was great too.

I did have a few issues 1. A broken elevator. Another guest was stuck in their elevator for 20 minutes 2. A $100 security deposit??? I've stayed in several Holiday Inns in the past 6 months, NONE required a $100 hold, only $50 3. THEY CHARGE $15 TO PARK! That is OUTRAGEOUS!!! If I'm staying on your property, as a TRAVELLER, why in the h*ll am I paying to park my means of transportation??? The clerk responded to my query with, "Well all the hotels charge to park"...that issue should have NOTHING to do with me. The Casino next door didn't charge for parking, why should the HOTEL? I fully concede that if there were a special event or sports at the stadium, you might need to charge to prevent people sneaking in there. But it's just a random weekend Ridiculous...

Our toilet was continuously clogged from the start of our trip. While they did come and snake it once, we were then told by maintenance, "to hold down the flusher when flushing." right, sir. Thank you. The four of us had to go down to the main lobby every time they needed the bathroom. When checking out, the receptionist said, "Why didn't they change your room?" Well Ma'am, you tell me?? Thank you. The breakfast was wiped out at 9:30 am when it was ending at 10:00 am. There was no water, no silverware, no food, no condiments, juice machine was broken and no sign on it. We had to complain to the front desk in order to get anything filled. The elevators were also not working consistently resulting in us needing to use the stairs for our luggage etc. We also found pubic hairs stuck to the "clean" towels in our bathroom. The only good thing I can say is that the hotel and rooms were very clean, besides the towels. Also, when we first arrived the tv remote was covered in dried food and what looked to be dried cheese.

This is one of the better Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed in recently. Clean building, clean and comfy room, big TV and a helpful staff. Such a good experience that I would probably stay here even if I was visiting Baltimore for non-football reasons. But if you're coming to the city for a game, this is easily the best affordable choice. Breakfast was a bit limited, even for a hotel continental, and the local area is still a bit industrial. But there are a handful food options around and the proximity to the stadium (and Camden Yards!) cannot be beat.

Best place to stay if you’re attending a Ravens/Orioles game. Very easy and safe walk to the stadium(s). Breweries and fun places to stop by on the way. Staff was pleasant, parking on-site was easy and fairly secure. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in a while in terms of selection. Would easily pay the price to stay there again if I was ever in the area. Well done Holiday Inn!!

This is the perfect hotel for going to the stadium. Check in and parking was easy, the staff was friendly and easy going. We stopped at the casino before the game for something to eat and drink. After the game, we easily walked to the hotel past everyone else sat in traffic. The room was comfy and quiet. This place 10x'ed our game experience! Highly recommend!

It was a longer walk to Camden Yards than it led me to believe in the description, but the room was fine and the staff was friendly.

Bunch of homeless people will harass you it’s expensive for 1 night the building needs upgrades badly I flushed the toilet once with just a tissue from my nose and it clogged also the breakfast sucks ass not even worth it

Lastly, Diamond was great with our checkout experience. She made sure I received all the information, and made sure on my way out I was greeted, paid attention to everything I had to say. Kuddos to the staff here, room was great. Free breakfast and distance to the stadium were spot on. If you're visiting a Ravens game at M&T bank, I'd highly recommened staying here. Kuddos to the whole staff for making this trip memorable.

It’s been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back that the hotel has a policy on that they must take a card for. Breakfast was good, someone next door at the convenience store was blaring music until 2am - windows give no relief to sound.

Ok one night stay. Ac unit didnt work but didnt know till late night. TV also didnt work. We were only ther for night so didnt know till morning. They apologized. But had to ask them to take off our 18$ parking fee.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. When I booked it, I was looking for a place with a continental breakfast and where parking wasn't that high. We were planning on going to 2 Orioles games, so we wanted to be close to the stadium and in a good area so we could walk over and not pay for parking. The continental breakfast was burnt both mornings we were there. The hotel had 2 elevators but one was designated for construction workers, so really they only had 1 for customers to use. There was an outdoor pool, but it was closed when it was the beginning of August. We were able to walk to the stadium, which took about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. It was right in front of a Casino, but kids are not even allowed to set foot in it even to go to the restaurants. We would stay here again if we go to another game, but I wish we had known these things before we went.

Washer dryer out of order, pool out of order, elevator out of order, parking system out of order...still charged $18 a day for parking...sheets were dirty, reserved 2 queen beds got 2 double beds...brutal.

The elevators were broken and the AC in the room was messed up and su loud you couldn't sleep.

The room was very nice and perfect for the night. The issues where having no working elevators. There were handicap people climbing the stairs, I felt awful for them. Another issues was having to ask for towels. There were no bath towels provided. I had to go and ask for towels from the front desk and had to ask for an extra because I needed one for my hair. That was an inconvenience to say the least.

The room was clean for the most part. I seen a roach right before checkout. Our room key stoped working 3 times. There were homeless people sleeping on hotel property. The elevator was soo slow we took the stairs every time. Breakfast was included with our stay but when I went to get a yogurt there was a lock on the refrigerator. The only good thing about this location was that it is close to the casino. We will not be staying at this property again.

The room and property were great ! But i didnt like that i payed for parking and the gate was wide open at night for anybody to come in. I also didnt like that despite how hot it was the pool was not open. I think transparency is key and that should be known before booking because it allows you to make the right decision based on the circumstances. To me if you stay at an hotel an the pool isn't you shouldnt be charged for an amenity thats not avaliable fir you to use

Only downfall was the pool is not open (definitely under construction)… when I booked the hotel months ago this was not mentioned and I was never informed so on a extremely HOT day, my kids were not super happy when they found out!!

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’ around the country. This is, by far, the worst one I have stayed in and would definitely not go back. The bathroom had a very noisy fan that you couldn’t turn off. Very noisy area. As soon as we walked in the room, my son said to me exactly what I was already thinking… “I’m glad we’re on my staying here one night.”

The location is on a very busy street, with traffic all night. The room was remodeled nicely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was not prepared on time, maybe prep should be supervised better. Everyone was waiting for food, coffee, creamer. The yogurt was locked and the key was misplaced, it was found 20-30 min. later. The pool was not opened. ( which was not indicated on website) They said it was under construction. Christine was very helpful and wore many hats, she went above and beyond. Overall, it served our purpose, it was clean.
