The young people program that was there. The furniture was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub had mold around it, the main bedroom wall had paint missing and the windows were dirty.

Checked into room only to find out the plumbing at the hotel was being worked on and there was no water until later in our rooms. Once the water came on, it was brown until the next morning. Out relatives had to change rooms because their toilet was not working and the room smelled like sewage. I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high bump in the center. Our bathroom looked like a highway motel bathroom. Missing lights, broken floor tiles. It was confusing because I booked this hotel thinking it was an upgrade for our Baltimore visit. The only thing nice was the lobby and pool. My niece and nephew loved the pool. When checking out, they asked "how was everything". I told them they don't want to know, they said they did... So I gave them the list, and they were shocked. It is their hotel, they know the shape it is in... I will never book this hotel again.

The lobby was lovely and the staff very pleasant and professional. The food was exceptional. The bathroom needs work. There was mildew around the edge of the tub in the caulk. The bathtub itself is falling apart on the outside by the door. Under the bathroom sink the tile and grout are falling apart and the wallpaper peeling.

Location When I arrived for check in no one was at the front desk and me and other guests behind me were waiting for 10-15 minutes before anyone arrived. The room was located on the 3rd floor. Upon entering there was a musty/old smell. The cabinet that held the microwave was broken and leaning against the wall and the couch cushions were stained to the point I didn’t want to sit there. I got the room to use indoor pool since it was 100 degrees outside that day. As you can see from the pictures, the hot tub water was brown and had a white film on the top of the water. Disgusting. The pool area didn’t look clean and there were only 3 towels for guests to use after. I had swim shoes so decided to get in the pool. Typically the water is warm but theirs was ice cold. It took me about 20 mins to fully get in and even after being in it for some time I was still freezing. I ended up leaving after an hour. I didn’t even stay there. I don’t plan on going back.

Room was in really poor condition. Ceiling in shower was falling down, closet door falling off, and window curtains were falling off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. I feel it needs to be updated and unfortunately we picked a weekend that had so many kids and they were loud. I love kids but they were loud through the night.

I normally dont give bad reviews. This location can use some upgrades. I stayed here 10 years ago when i was participating in a job training for 6 weeks. I was impressed and enjoyed ever week. But now i stayed 1 DAY and indoor swimming pool was white. I didnt let my kids get in. The room had an bad odor like an old apartment.

The gentleman working the front desk upon my check in on April 4th was extremely rude and didn’t provide clear instructions on pool use pertaining to weekends and did not give or advise I needed wrist bands to swim for my family upon check in . He also was at work with his son sitting at the front desks which I never witnessed before at a hotel

Liked the room size and location. It's a Hilton and is similar in build to other Hiltons. Wrist bands for the pool were the 1st clue somthing was wrong. The pool and hot tub had grey foamy water and while we visited the hot tub briefly the room was full of smoking and drinking adults watching their multitudes of children compete in jumping in the pool. Room was large but not clean with leaning lamps and a grimy sofa.

the rooms were decent for the price. the staff was professional and inviting. the pool however was noy desirable at all. my kids didnt want to be in it as well as the hot tub. The purpose of the trip was to get the kids out play in the pool so that was a little upsetting. other than that its a nice stay. they have a bar and food which was a plus and the food wasnt bad either.

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating even when she was bombarded with several different tasks at one time. She handled everything well and did it all with a smile on her face. Kept her composure in a few situations I would have walked away from had I been in her position! The pool and hot tub were not very desirable. I feel like it needs to be “maintained” more often.

Front desk staff was very kind and professional. Friday was ok I wasn’t able to use the swimming pool because it was crowded.Saturday was definitely not a good night it was very crowded I was unable to use the amenities because of so many events going on at the same time. It was a party over top of me the kids jumped all night and it was a party beside me. The kids was knocking on the door and running in the hallway.

The toilet in our room wouldn't flush. Maintenance came the first night and it flushed once after that. Had to go to main floor public restroom in the middle of the night. The next day they drain snaked it and left water on the floor and again only flushed once. Changed rooms and TV remote dirty, and trash under the bed.

We planned a last minute stay at this hotel and were very disappointed. Upon arrival the hotel did a very poor job of clearing the parking lot of snow. The Baltimore area had gotten snow about 4 days before we arrived so there is no reason the parking lot should have looked the way it did, especially the handicap parking. I am disabled and trying to park in the 2 handicap parking spots was horrible, I fell getting out of the car. When we went to check in the lady at the front desk laughed at me when I told her about the parking lot conditions and how I had fell getting out of my car in the handicap spot. She came up with some lousy excuse of that the plow did the best they could and we would have to deal with it. We continued onto our room, which the whole hotel reeked of the smell of weed. I’m not sure if they have a drug ring going down there or if they are growing weed or what but it was nauseating. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. In the morning we came down to check out the breakfast and it was underwhelming. There is no free breakfast, but rather a breakfast buffet you can purchase for $17 a person which included a limited menu of sausage, sausage biscuits and gravy, French toast bake that looked super dry, cereal and oatmeal. No eggs, you have to individually order them for an al la carte price. Their al la carte prices were ridiculous. The hotels lobby was freezing with the heat at 54 degrees. The room was okay the shower no hot water for 2 days unless you ran it for 15 minutes hoping eventually it would get hot. Not impressed but for the price I guess it was just that okay. The staff was fine of who I saw. The pool was disgusting dirty like it hadn’t been clean for at least a week. Won’t be going back to this one again. The first room was musty and had ceiling link above window. The second was a little better but the furniture, carpet and bathrooms were old, musty, and moldy. The hvac was glitchy and constantly required adjustment. Caulking around the sink and shower/tub was messy and moldy. We will not be returning unless renovations are done. We realize new furnishing and renovations will increase the hotel rate but comfort is important. Security guards gave the impression there were problems at that hotel.

There was so much parking available to guests, it was lighted and the security was there. The Bar was packed everynight we were there. Everyone appeared to have a good time. I would recommend The Hilton Garden to anyone wanting to stay in Baltimore area. I know you will be pleasingly satisfied.

This will be the kast time i stay here. Hotel is really in poor condition. Entered room and opened curtains and there was large blood stain in the curtain. Bed was veru hard and overall veru bad experience.

The rooms can be updated... When I called for availability and had a question about the TV,,a staff member told me that it was smart TV in the room and that's not true but that's the only reason I made the reservation...when I was checked in by the MOD I was told that there isn't any smart TVs ...it might not seem like a big deal but it is a big deal because I don't like hotel TV selection...

Very disappointing with the cleanliness of the room. Room appearance is clean, but there are things that are gross. The smell in the entire building, smells like an indoor pool, even in my room. Im sure the lock on the door won't save me from an intruder, but mentally it gives peace of mind.......it's broken, and looks like it has been for a long time. No, Do not disturb card.....ughhhhhh. very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

I believe the front end person greeting you is the key to your stay. Jessica greeted me with a cheerful smile and made me feel if there were any issues, she would be there for me, she is delightful. This was my 2nd stay, and I just booked for December. Very pleased!

Pool did not look clean so we did not use it We were traveling with kids and booked the suite with a king bed and pull out couch. They did not have the room stocked with the right amount of bedding so we had to ask multiple times for pillows and blankets in our room for the pull out couch. so we were not able to put the kids to bed until very, very late.

Service- we called downstairs to show us how the tv worked as it had no signal they said they were coming upstairs noone never came. House keeping showed us how-to work the tv as we seen her in the hallway coming out of a room.Comfort - the bed was horrible. The pool looks like it wasn't service and cleaned at all. It was dirty. The refrigerator in our room did not work. To top it all i had breakfast included when booking my room and was charged fir breakfast. I was also charged 150.00 on top of paying for the hotel room online in advance. The claim i would get it back after 3-5days.

The most important part of a hotel stay is a clean room and a good mattress. This had both. Although the hotel is close to a highway, I did not notice the noise from it. We did not try many of the amenities in the hotel. We slept very well.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I was checking in around midnight after a very long and rough day. I have high expectations for Hilton. I booked a King room but when I arrived for check in, they advised they did not have a King room and needed to put me in a double. I was OK with this but then when I got to my room, the tv remote did not work. While laying in bed, I looked down and saw a black bug crawling on the sheet on top of me. Other than that, the room wasn't great but it was OK. Just an FYI, there were no toiletries either such as toothpaste, face wipes etc. Lotion in a pump on the wall was provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall but the pump on the conditioner was broke so I was unable to use that. When leaving the next morning, I got into the elevator to get to the lobby and the button was broke in the elevator so I was unable to get to the lobby. After getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor and trying to get the other elevator, I finally just found the steps and used those to access the lobby to exit the hotel.

The lobby looks nice and welcoming other than there was minor construction going on. The hallway rugs and room were dirty. The room smelled moldy. We stayed in room 321 which is an accessible room, it was not good. The beds were uncomfortable, the window shades were broken, the phone didn’t work. The pool was cloudy, cold and dirty. The hot tub was out of service in which the clerk said they were doing maintenance. The hot tub looked like it needed more than maintenance.

Although the staff was nice, the hotel rooms are dated with rotting, dirty, and unstable furniture. The hotel is considered non-smoking; however, my family and I woke-up to the smell of weed from one of rooms next door. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, this hotel is not the place. Highly recommended spending your money to stay elsewhere.

The property is clean, the room is a good size room, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located around a shopping center and restaurants , all within walking distance. I rate property 5/5

Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. HVAC worked, though building was a little humid. The microwave in our room had a damged door that made me concerned about the safety of its use (door was partially melted on the interior). This is the hotel that Hilton has forgotten. Hotel finishes and fixtures are tired, worn, and should be updated. Hotel was suffering from a plumbing leak that shut down all icemakers but one in the lobby and created a bit of a slippery situation in the lobby for several days. Hotel hot tub was also out of commission. Location is excellent - near a variety of eating options and relatively close to Baltimore.

Amazing location but that's about it. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the main reason i chose this hotel. I also booked a suite, that to my surprise, didn't have a door for the bedroom.

Water in shower took a very long time to get hot. I think the $3 bottles of water in the room are classless. The room cost over $120. You could afford to give comoplimentary bottles to everybody, not just premium guests. That is nickle and diming which feels predatory and unfriendly. I was told if I signed up for Hilton Honors I would get free breakfast. The attendant at breakfast still charged me even though I tried to explain this. I didn't have the time or energy to argue so I just paid it. I wouldn't have normally paid $20 for that breakfast. This also felt predatory and classless.

Always stay here but honestly probably my last time. The pool and hot tub never works it’s always something with it. The soap and shampoo is never replaced before check in. This last room I had didn’t have the blackout curtain so of course was woken up extra early from the sun alone with the housekeeper kept letting the door slam and hit the latch going in and out of the room nearby.

The pool was closed and we booked this hotel a month earlier because of the pool and didn't find out until the day I checked in and had to find another hotel because it was my granddaughters's birthday and she wanted to swim however AJ at the front desk was very helpful

No soap anywhere in the bathroom. No luggage carts. Room and common areas very tired. Booked a evolution room which is usually an upgrade and a better location. And btw costs more. Our room is just above the very large air conditioning units and over looking the highway - needless to say noisey. Not worth the extra dollars.

The property needs to be updated. Everything is old . I booked here for the pool and the pool was closed for maintenance. There was no internet so the staff did the best they could. Please fix the pool

I was very disappointed and frustrated because they had no internet available and I had multiple remote meetings and documents I needed to work on using the internet. It caused serious inconvenience.
