Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, with a convenient location near the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. However, there are inconsistencies in room cleanliness and maintenance, and some guests have had negative experiences with valet parking and hidden fees.

The breakfast was delicious with foods varying day to day. The breakfast staff Rosa and Gustavo ensured it was clean and well equipped. There is no self-parking. To park, you must pay valet. We had difficulty using our key card to access the pool and needed assistance. The scale in the weight room did not work. Hotel was easy to commute to from the bus station and near by to attractions like the water taxi and aquarium. The hotel offered room maintenance every other day which is understandable. However, on our cleaning day, the room attendant only replaced the towels. She did not make our beds or remove all the garbage or replace the body wash. Worse part was when we heard the room attendant complain about how people do not leave tips for the service she provides. We complained to the desk about the room and someone came to take the garbage and gave us a body wash bottle for us to replace in the shower.

Everything about the room was wonderful. The only thing was that our bathroom door didn’t close properly. Otherwise, I had no complaints

Complimentary breakfast over at 9:30 am. It should be available until10:30am.

The beds were very low and very worn. Or to comfortable. Overall the room was clean and had plenty of towels
- 5/5
Very clean, well kept. Roads of the inner harbor kind of tricky to navigate but with valet parking and a quick and courteous valet service made it that much better. It's central to all points of interest. I very much recommend.

Good value for the location. Close to Inner Harbor. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was scarce and I. The cell phone during the entire interaction. Vallet parking is the only parking option and the price is outrageous.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. There was breakfast offered in the morning with nice options. Parking was only thru the valet & staff made you feel you had to use them. Housekeeping didn't clean our room each day, so if u prefer that you may need to request it. This location was within walking distance to Camden Yards & National Aquarium. There were a few restaurants close by also as the restaurant didnt have one.
- 3/5
While the room was beautiful and clean, the service was lacking. Valet parking is the only option and will cost you an additional $45 per night. The ice machine was broken. We asked for clean towels and they weren’t delivered. They can do better.

The location was great. The workers were all very nice. The room we stayed in was pretty good as well. The entire pool room was FREEZING. We only booked this specific place for the pool and it was just not what it looked like in the pictures on top of again being frigid for an indoor pool. I also think for the price of the stay parking should have been included. Having to pay $40 for parking along with all the other fees and one night costing almost $170 is kind of crazy.

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The location was great near the Inner Harbor and all that the area has to offer. The opportunity for the daily breakfast was a plus as well as coffee in the lobby at all times. Thanks. I can not mention anything I did not like.

I was concerned about parking and how responsive the valet would be, as we were in the heart of downtown Baltimore. I had absolutely no problem with valet! I took advantage of the app that allowed me to reserve a time for them to bring the car. The room was great, maybe a little bigger than usual because I reserved an accessibility room. The bathroom was huge compared to the average hotel bathroom, and had plenty of safety bars. The staff was extremely pleasant. We were on the move early, so I did not get breakfast. But they had hot coffee in the lobby 24/7, so I got some on my way out in the morning and did not have to stop anywhere in route. There were plenty of dinner options nearby through delivery apps, but we got something in the next block and walked back to the room. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The location is downtown so there is no parking. valet parking is $45 per day but you can find cheaper parking for an extended time a short walk away down the block from the hotel. I did not use the valet cause I saw on other reviews that it would take a while. The room was clean. They did not service the room everyday just every other day, which I was okay with. The lady at the front desk was super nice Cherita, I believe her name was. During breakfast, there was no more coffee, she jumped in to help the kitchen staff while we were waiting since no one was coming to the front desk at the moment. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything was good during my stay. I would definitely come back to this location. My only complaint is they need beef or turkey during breakfast if possible. Not everyone can eat pork.
- 3/5
Parking was very confusing, homeless people everywhere including getting into the lobby. Felt unsafe at times. Complementary coffee was always cold but one staff member was nice enough to make a fresh pot once in the 3 days I stayed. I did think maybe they didn’t keep it fresh since the homeless people often harass the lobby. Room was nice but outlets didn’t work in many areas. Staff was very friendly which was the most important thing.

Breakfast included is good. Fresh cookies and iced tea were good. The a/c in the room didn't perform well. They tried to fix it but couldn't and offered to give us another room. We opted not to move since we were leaving the next day.

Nice one night stay. Large room, double closets, clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Typical hotel free breakfast. Walkable to Miss Shirley’s for excellent breakfast. Walkable to Inner Harbor and Orioles Park. Lots of nearby parking garages. Staff were all very nice.

I liked the professional & friendly servuice provided by the staff. The hotel also is conveniently located & very well maintained. The people in room near us kept slamming their doors at all hours. Also the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were way to soft, which caused me minor neck problems the next morning.

I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. It would have been nice to have a full sized ironing board like the smaller rooms others in my party had. The bed was not comfortable. It was saggy. I always looked forward to the beds at Hampton Inn. They were some of the best. That was not the case here.
- 4/5
Breakfast was very good and enjoyable. I park at parking garage across street to save money instead of valet. My sisters bed squeaked when she moved; mine was comfortable enough. Pool water was cold not to inviting. Close walk to inner harbor. Nice pizza restaurant on corner.

The valet was not there when I arrived so I had to find my own parking which was ridiculously expensive. The front desk were cordial but not friendly. Good selection for breakfast but they did not specify there was ham cooked in the eggs and my vegetarian son found out the hard way. The location was great, but I'd shop around before staying here again.

Our family loved the location. The walking distance was a short walk to the inner harbor. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Rosa and Gustavo did a great job with presentation and keeping everything fresh. Tia and Briana at the front desk were so friendly and kind. The only down side was that the pool light broke during our stay and we weren't able to enjoy the pool much during our stay.

The staff was supper friendly. I was there with my two grandsons to see the nearby National Aquarium and at least three members of the staff asked if the kids had a good time. The hotel is ideally situated if you're planning to tour the Inner Harbor. The Inner Harbor is about a 5 minute walk away and the hotel allows you to leave your car in the hotel parking garage even after you check out of the hotel.

I was there for the Baltimore food festival, and it was very close by I prefer the bathroom to be enclosed. The sink was separate from the shower and stole. And didn’t quite understand the parking I ended up parking at a different hotel across the street.

Hotel was decent, staff was not so helpful we had the ac stop working and it took them a day and a half until they finally sent someone to look at it and “fix it” I had to request to be moved to another room, which it did not look clean, there were stains on the wall and curtains looked like they had been torn

My kids really like this hotel for the indoor pool. My husband and I like the location and the fact that the room can accommodate our family of 5. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is a plus, too! The beds are way too firm for my comfort level, but that’s a minor detail I can work through during our stay.

The location was great. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff from the Valet guys to the front desk, ladies at breakfast and the maintenance guys that were walking around & at the pool were all so welcoming. The heating A/C unit was a bit noisey but nothing to keep me from coming back.

The property was clean. I like the fact that you needed your key card to enter the building after hours and to get on the elevator. The people at the front desk were very friendly.

I like the Location I come often when I’m in the city .the cleanliness and all our attractions were in walking distance. After My children went to the pool area 5 minutes after they informed that pool will be shutting down due to an electrical issue which I understand safety first. ‘Me and my family were locked out of our room due to a top lock being jammed. The breakfast was not what we expected.
- 5/5

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many different food options and attractions. The front desk staff was amazing! Ms. King at the front desk gave us great recommendations for everything we asked about. 10 out of 10! I would have loved waffles at breakfast to accompany the rest of the tasty options.
- 3.5/5
Quiet room I did not hear the street noise and it is in walking distance to the inner Harbor and convention center I booked a king suite room the only option for this room type is next to the elevator and ice vending machine. I was told that there’s only one king suite on each of the floors and they are in the same location. The lighting in the room was also very odd. There was no overhead ceiling light in the bedroom area and no floor lamp. I had to rely on a hallway light near the bathroom and two sconces near the bed. the room set up did not make any sense to watch TV from the couch. I had to move the couch in order to watch the TV and the set up was not comfortable and there was no end table, I had to use my suitcase as an end table, so the room is designed poorly. They have the couch on the same wall as the TV so if you’re sitting on the couch, you’re facing the bed not the TV. When I moved the couch, there was a lot of trash that had not been vacuumed so the housekeeping does need to take a look at making sure they’re completely clean the rooms.

Nakia who checked us in was great and very helpful. She couldn’t find my reservation from Hotels.com at first, but she was polite and friendly. However the first room was actually disappointing and had the wrong bathroom as my husband and and I both have mobility issues. The note/request I had was “lost” from the 3rd party reservation. She switched me to another room, which was better, but still not what I booked. The MOST disappointing part was we spent over a third more than another hotel less than a block away, BECAUSE the Hampton said it had an indoor pool. And it did, but the pool was SO COLD that it was USELESS. It was literally painfully cold. I will still stick with Hampton and my Hilton Honors, but NOT this one. The staff was mostly nice, but there are much better choices than this one.
- 4/5
Staff are excellent, especially the woman at the desk in the morning. I was there for a conference of poets and writers. Some of us were personal friends of Renee Good. I was embarrassed that I was stuck with this old reservation and unable to find another place to stay. I have no problem with the Baltimore Hampton at all, but this will be my last stay in a Hilton property due to the chain's obvious and public support of the regime who murdered our friend and colleague. Hilton = Krups or Benz in the 1930s and 1940s.

Hotel was great. Valet was good. Hotel was within walking distace from CFG arena. The difficulty came trying to find the hotel. I must have driven around Baltimore a dozen times before I found the place.

My stay was very nice. My room was very spacious and I will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The layout of the hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a variety of food. The location of the hotel had many places for food near by. I felt safe with having my children with me since you needed a room key for the elevator to work. There wasn’t much information when it came to parking and I ended up paying $75 for parking for overnight. The pool was small and not heated. The pool water was so cold some of us didn’t go in the pool and some could on stay in for a few minutes. This was highly disappointing since it was a large reason I chose this hotel off of the photos. My kids were looking forward to swimming and they couldn’t enjoy themselves. The room wasn’t completely clean. We found garbage and balloons under the bed. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. There were fake eyelashes all over the shower and bathroom.

- 4/5
Friendly and helpful reception staff!
- 2/5
The room above us had children running and jumping and the sound made it impossible to rest or fall asleep. We called several times to the front desk to complain. The sound proofing on a ceiling should have prevented that noise from penetrating the room below. The blanket and bed spread covering were uncomfortable and felt unsanitary-a sheet should have protected under and over and a multi used bed spread should not have touched the sleeping blanket… this hotel did not feel like it cared for the safety and sanitation of its guests. Also $79 to park was unacceptable!!!!

The room was clean, never had a chance for breakfast, close walking distance to Inner Harbor. Only drawback was, no conditioner in shower, and when staff was made aware, they did not restock, even though they say they did. The digital key idea is awesome! All in all, comfortable and will stay there again.

Clean room & friendly staff!
- 2/5
The room was okay, somewhat clean and spacious. The HVAC filter was DISGUSTING and looked like it had not been replaced years. The hotel staff from the valet parking to the front desk were rude and NOT helpful. We found out several hours AFTER we checked in that the pool was closed until the next day. We would NEVER have checked in there if we knew that. We were traveling with small children and they were looking forward to the pool being open. When we approached front desk, they told us that they could cancel our reservation - at 6 pm in the freezing cold, with 2 small children. No thank you. The next day, when the pool opened, it was FREEZING cold - not heated. Parking was a nightmare. No clear direction for valet parking. The nicest thing about the place was the breakfast staff. They were kind and gracious and took pride in their jobs. Will choose wisely next time. Never again will this family choose the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Walkable to everything however you could hear a nearby party (not in hotel) with the base blaring til 3am. Shower was not sealed and water leaked all over the floor, the ledge in shower was broken and I nearly fell when placing my foot on it. No fan in the bathroom.

I recently had surgery and was in a lot of pain when I arrived. I understood that my room wasn’t ready because they were sold out- but the front desk did absolutely nothing to put me at ease. I waited almost 90 minutes in the filthy lobby before the room was ready. I asked for ice twice for my swollen foot from the front desk before finally resorting to ask a maintenance worker, who did get me ice. They never checked on me- never updated me on how much longer it might be. They did not care. It was a terrible start. The valet people were nice- so were the breakfast attendants. But the front desk management was terrible and the lobby cushions were disgusting.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for a concert at the big arena nearby. I took amtrak to Bsltimore and then was able to use the free purple line bus to get to the hotel and do sight seeing so that was also very convenient. They had a very good breakfast included that had eggs and sausages. The room was large and looked renovated. But they maybe removed bathtubs and so there was only a shower. The bed mattress was a king, but itvwas somewhat hard & uncomfortable. I didn’t like that took a very large security deposit, but I guess this can sometimes be a party hotel so they have to protect themselves. My room was quiet, but when I went into the hall I could hear at the other end there were some loud drunks. There is security at the lobby, and at night you need to scsn your room key to be let into the hotel, so that is good.
- 4/5
Staff was curtious
- 5/5
Great friendly staff! My only recommendedation is that staff become aware of the offerings in the neighborhood and they don't rely on the easy way out to direct a guest to Google something, businesses, drug stores, convenient stores, etc.
- 5/5
Staff is really friendly. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is spot on perfect!
- 5/5
Everything in general was excellent. Friendly Staff, Cleanliness, location of the hotel. Two thumbs WAY UP!
- 5/5
Room was spotless. All the staff was amazing. The person checking us in and out was so nice. Breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were super nice
- 5/5
Nice clean
- 5/5
clean room, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Parking was a problem. No free parking should be indicated. Parking was expensive.
- 5/5
Staff is awesome!!
- 3/5
I was chatged an adional 150 for incidentals ,I understand they need to charge something but that sems a bit much . Plus when I read the website it stated free parking with valdation that was not the case ,I had to $71 follets to park
- 5/5
Staff excellent clean rooms
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggest local restaurants and events. Breakfast was oland room was very clean. Also we really enjoyed the fitness center
- 5/5
Staff was great, hotel was clean and secure, breakfast was hot and plentiful. We will definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
We didn’t get the room we reserved. The clerk was rude.
- 1/5
We couldn't even check in. Our reservation was cancelled without notice after attempting to charge a credit card on file before our arrival. A manager called, but did not leave a voice mail so I had no idea who it was. Absolutely ridiculous.
- 4/5
Clean Room.Nice hotel amenities. Good location. Fine stay!
- 5/5
Everything good.
- 3/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Quick and efficient
- 1/5
I was on a work trip this past October 11 and the front desk person made my check in experience very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed as I usually use your hotels when I do work trips since in other states the service and amenities are great.
- 5/5
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Even found a restaurant that would deliver food.
- 5/5
They should mention at check in that the cleaning service is every other day
- 5/5
It is going through revocations but overall feasible. Our TV was quite far from the bed and at one side of it instead of at the head. Perhaps it was due to the design of the room. Very clean and nice staff. Good breakfast… one of the better ones. Pool is open whereas many places, they are closed for repairs.
- 5/5
The hotel was lovely and the breakfast staff was very helpful. However, The women staffing the front desk were poorly trained in good customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting. I was simply given the room key. The same thing happened when I checked out. I was told to leave the room keys on the desk by a distracted desk person who never asked me about my stay, The Hampton Inn has always been a wonderful place to stay in the past. I was very disappointed in the front desk clerks at this location.
- 3/5
Hotel was very convenient for location . However had trouble with air conditioning in room
- 5/5
Facility was good.
- 4/5
Clean room and bed was very comfortable! Inner harbor was a close walk, but many of the dining options a were a bit too far. Uber quick and easy from the hotel. Overall a great experience!
- 3/5
Is ok
- 4/5
Downsides were there was no free WiFi and parking was def an issue. We ended up parking in the garage across the street from friday afternoon until sunday afternoon and ended up being charged $105.
- 4/5
I was only there one night. My room was clean but both sets of curtains were damaged and I wasn't able to move them. The pool was clean and quiet. I didn't have time for breakfast before I had to leave. Great location - near the harbor which was lovely although that necessarily means the restaurants are catering to tourists (rushed mediocre service, expensive for what you get, etc.) but if I had had more time there were lots of other directions to explore.
- 5/5
The staff was helpful, friend and approachable. The hotel was clean, well maintained and safe. The breakfast options were great and tasty. I would definitely return to this hotel. The only thing was the cleanliness of the streets surrounding the hotel.
- 5/5
great experience
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Close to Inner Harbor Attractions.
- 4/5
Everything was ok but room bathroom had multiple issues and hotel management doesn’t have any staff to fix those.
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Hotel is nice and very close to the inner harbor. Parking is expensive so you can valet with in and out privileges or park in a lot overnight for a little less. Area around the hotel is not great
- 3/5
Only had two towels for a two day stay for two people. It worked though. Breakfast was undesirable. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and have always had a great stay, this stay just lacked in overall comfortability.
- 5/5
Just a nice place near everything that would interest you.
- 5/5
Very hot spot downtown Baltimore
- 4/5
Good location close to the harbor, and the valet parking made life easy.
- 5/5
good place
- 5/5
Small rooms. Water main break today in the facility. Staff are very nice
- 5/5
Overall very pleased
- 5/5
Great hotel will definitely revisit and recommend
- 4/5
The location is central and not bad. Staff is excellent and they go out of their way for the guest. The property could use some updating as carpet and elevators look dirty as does the carpeting in the rooms. Bathrooms are in need of some updating as well. I’ve been coming to this property for the past 5 yrs due to staff but may need to consider another location next year that’s more updated.
- 5/5
Customer service was great. Rooms were clean. Outside can seems a little sketchy but we had no issues walking during the day but dont recommend walking at night.
- 4/5
A good place to stay. Housekeeping needs improvement.
- 5/5
was a great quick stay that convenient and area in that we will be back
- 5/5
The hotel room was clean and very comfortable! Great Hotel and very close to downtown
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Only area for improvement I would highlight was the valet parking. Based on an app that doesn't work for overseas visitors, so had to request car in person, no great hardship youwould think, except for the 45 minute wait for the car - after paying a premium for the convenience of valet parking!! Not every request was 45 minutes that was the worst and it appeared to be down to understaffing with one valet covering this hotel and the one directly across the street. The valet staff themselves were good and hardworking, their employer appeared to be overworking them and the hotel tolerating that. Suggest that needs sorting. In summary, good hotel, skip the valet parking unless and until sorted.
- 4/5
Really clean. Friendly staff. Good return for money. Ideally near to local attractions.
- 5/5
The rooms were very spacious and clean
- 5/5
This was a very nice place to stay while we were in the area for both work and pleasure
- 5/5
Lovely stay for a night to see a show at the arena. Easy walk to the arena. Great staff. Easy and efficient valet, nice large, clean room and comfy bed. Great free breakfast. Free good Coffee in lobby 24/7
- 3/5
just doesn't feel safe.
- 5/5
The staff are AMAZING!! Everyone from the front desk to the valets were friendly and super helpful
- 5/5
Overall a great location & facility
- 5/5
The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a convenient location. I highly recommend giving it a try.
- 5/5
I love staying at this hotel! It's very clean and comfortable, and it's in a great location. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and fresh with a lot of options.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, staff was friendly, nice breakfast selection and service.
- 5/5
Attentive, staff, comfortable room and quiet. No complaints.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Room was downgraded 1 hour before check in and had to ague with front desk to cooperate with Expedia in giving me my partial refund due to the price difference in room.
- 4/5
Expensive and inefficient vallet service
- 5/5
Easy to walk to Habor
- 4/5

- 5/5
Room was great and clean pool was great location was good breakfast was good as well staff very helpful.
- 5/5
It is the 2nd Hampton Inn & Suites that I stay at this summer. Both have been affordable and excellent experiences. The staff entering to register has been kind, helpful, and positive. Coffee is accessible and ready, breakfast set up is quite complete, and the rooms are neat and current spaces with perfect bathrooms. I will make this my hotel for soccer trips with my son through highschool for sure!!!
- 4/5
Liked the "Free" Breakfast, 24h Gym, Pool Closes at 9pm & has A 12pm Check out! Just Few Small things tjat can make a Stay More Enjoyable in my Own Home Town.
- 5/5
The receptionists and staff are so polite. Room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
Excellent all around
- 5/5
Nice property. Close to be able to walk to inner harbor. Parking right across the street for reasonable price found online. Staff was very friendly
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Check in and valet parking was quick and easy. Complimentary breakfast was also great, many great choices.
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
The property is clean. Street parking is difficult so you can park at valet for $50
- 4/5
My biggest complaint was prior to arrival. First time in the city and i had questions on their parking. I was passed around on the phone, hung up on, and never had my question answered. I ended up paying for parking elsewhere and walked the 3 minutes to the hotel. It was both easier and helped me know when I needed to be out. Use LAX parking.
- 5/5
Every employee we met was kind and helpful Honestly best sleep we all had in a while! Nice pool. Good breakfast. Nice spacious room. We could walk easily to the water and there is so much to do there! Will be back!
- 5/5
Staff
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, staff is amazing! walking distance from Inner harbor, aquarium, Candem yards, restaurants, great location.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and made us feel like family.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean, breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff did a good job of keeping things stocked. Front desk staff was pleasant but not overly helpful.
- 4/5
All around it was a good place to stay. Staff was nice. They had coffee all the time in the lobby which was very nice. They even had fresh popped popcorn one night. It was easy to drive to and easy to leave the city. The breakfast was "ok". The pool had groups of white bubbles all through it so my son wouldn't go in. The room was not ready at the 3pm check in. The bathroom had no hair conditioner.
- 3/5
not clean!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Check in was seamless. Gym was great! Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The guy who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. Very close to water and restaurants
- 5/5
Good location, walking distance to the waterfront area. Shopping and dining.
- 5/5
Great stay very comfortable and good location. Be ready to feed meters or park in the garage.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel, with a convenient downtown location. Friendly staff, updated rooms, well-appointed gym,
- 5/5
The location was good for pedestrian connection to all major points of Baltimore we wanted to visit. Good coffee.
- 5/5
Nice reasonably priced hotel that is great if you are looking for a simple, well run hotel. Amenities are limited, but it’s a 3minute walk to the inner harbor and anything you might need
- 3/5
Front desk seemed to be frustrated with other customers, we had to switch rooms due to door not working.
- 5/5
The property was nice. Uber was a bit of a pain to get in this area.
- 5/5
I stayed in one of the queen suites recently for a concert. The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The room I shared with 2 other friends had so much space! I could not be happier with the room itself, and the hotel was just a short walk from the arena. On top of that, the breakfast was great with many options. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Baltimore.
- 5/5
The locate was safe and very walkable for our needs. The staff, from valet to front desk to breakfast, were all professional and friendly.
- 5/5
The staff at this facility was incredible. Checkin was easy,
- 3/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The bed was rock hard and the pillows were not supportive.
- 3/5
Needs updating
- 4/5
I love that this was a safe place despite being in the city. Very close to everything but tucked away enough for a great stay. The hotel has safe guards to enter the building after 5 pm. You must use your room key to enter hotel after 5 pm. Friendly staff nice hot breakfast. Staff made sure to keep the area clean and well stocked.
- 5/5
The property is great and the staff is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was really nice witb a greaf lay out. This by far is a great place to stay. Gym and pool area is nice as well and breakfast too. Tha k and you would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
We loved our room. Plus the restaurants and also being able to have GrubHub deliveries was great.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very clean and staff is friendly. Close to shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
The stay was great. But front desk staff could not privide any local spots to go too and had no idea about the club across the street that had roads blocked.
- 4/5
Very clean and helpful staff
- 3/5
The beds where hard. had to go get a extra pillow and towel for my son they wouldn't bring one up and to pay 45 dollars for parking and then wait a half hour to get your car is uncalled for. There were better hotels for the same money.
- 1/5
The
- 5/5
All perfect, very close to convention center
- 2/5
While the property itself was located near the Inner Harbor and had a pool we could use, we ran into issues with the staff. The air conditioning in our room appeared to be on a timer and would shut off after 2 hours and needed to be "reset" to work again. We brought this to the attention of multiple staff members and were told "we'll look into." One person came to the room and told us we were using the air incorrectly, but never returned to see that the air would shut off after 2 hours. To have all this while the temperatures outside were over 100degrees F was unacceptable in our view.
- 5/5
Excelent
- 4/5
Great night stay and close to the Inner Harbor for some pictures in the morning
- 3/5
We had to either pay valet parking of $45 or park in a garage or on the street - no validation. There was no microwave in the room. There was no luggage cart when we arrived and no one could find one. There was a problem with the cereal dispenser - it was stuck. The coffee cup lids were really hard to get on - I feared I was going to burn myself trying to get it on. The nice lady at the counter helped me out. The swimming pool was drained for cleaning so we had to wait for that. It wasn’t a bad stay - just a bunch of little things went wrong for one night. The beds were very comfortable!
- 5/5
Valet was also great.
- 1/5
When I checked in, the lady was lovely; I don't remember her name, but she had a bald head. However, I then wanted to check out because I didn't feel safe. There was a door in my room that connected to another room, and it was unlocked. I left early, and when I told another lady at reception, she was rude and had an attitude. I lost a significant amount of money, and I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the U.S..
- 2/5
The best part of this stay was the staff! Very friendly from the desk attendant to the valet. I was grateful for their professionalism while I interacted with them. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible, Trash was under my bed stains were dried on the sitting chair. My children and I were afraid to sit on the chair, because as soon as we did we started itching. The shower curtain was torn. My toilet was running water the whole entire stay, the sound was so annoying thru the night. My Sister had to go to the front desk to ask for a housekeeper, but the front desk staff said they might have left for the day. So she offered us bleach wipes. At the end of our stay my family and I were ready to go home.
- 5/5
It was supurb! Great place to stay if you are coming to visit Baltimore Inner Harbor, Baltimore Aquarium and alot of restaurants to choose from on E. Pratt St.
- 5/5
Easy to get around harbor area from hotel
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
No complaints here.
- 5/5
Staff was top notch friendly, valet was super easy and not stressful at all. The room was clean and had its own thermostat which was nice because it was so hot outside and i like to be on the colder side. The breakfast was actual food, not just cereal and bagels. 100% id stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was nice and friendly. They helped with any questions we had.
- 5/5
Great stay for our family. Conveniently located.
- 5/5
I like how quiet it was and how clean it’s was and the entire staff was just pleasant and very polite I loved it I will be staying again it’s pet friendly kid friendly and it’s LGBTQ+ friendly it’s was just amazing
- 4/5
The manager in duty, Monica E. was very helpful and accommodating. Our bathroom tub was not maintained correctly and she immediately moved us to another room, all while handling multiple other situations that were of concern. She will be the reason I stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location, good breakfast. Walk to Camden Yards.
- 5/5
I. know it is in the Heart of the Inner City and the Hotel does its best to keep it safe.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing!! I love staying in this location/hotel.
- 3/5
Comfortable and quiet room. Service rough around the edges.
- 5/5
Great hotel close to the harbor waterfront and Camden Yards. Valet parking was a breeze. Overall the area is downtown urban but feels safe and relatively clean.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
It was a nice trip and the room was clean, big and comfortable. Air conditioning was working perfectly, showers were amazing. The TV was nice and big. We had a really good time we can’t wait to come back.
- 2/5
Everything was great except our room was never cleaned once over three nights
- 5/5
Valet was great, breakfast was great options. Walkable to places
- 5/5
Good location to explore area, shops, restaurants etc.
- 5/5
We stayed for 3 days, the staff was extra friendly and accommodating. The room was set very nicely . We enjoyed the stay
- 4/5
Hotel was nice since it was close to the harbor. Room was spacious but it looked like it wasn’t cleaned well. The service was good and all staff we encountered were friendly. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Nice motel in the middle of the neighborhood. The first room I checked into wasn't clean, but the front desk handled it immediately and got me into another room. The breakfast options were great. The pool was great, but honestly, for $200 a night, I expected more. Hampton Inn needs major upgrades or needs to lower the prices until they're able to do so.
- 4/5
Great staff...but I was put in an ADA room that had a bed that was too low
- 5/5
Quiet environments, nice breakfast, pleasant front desk, etc., all these attract me to choose Hampton Inn during most travels.
- 5/5
Good staff and great breakfas.
- 5/5
Pleasant front desk! Nice breakfast!
- 5/5
clean and spacious
- 5/5
The Hampton Inn Inner Harbor was close to everything I was doing in Baltimore. Kind, courteous staff and free coffee in the lobby.
- 5/5
Parking was hard valet parking was not the best we put it on the order for our car to be ready. I know it was early at 4 o’clock in the morning, but the valet did not get the order we ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for our car and almost made us late for our appointment so we were disappointed with the parking valet
- 1/5
The toilet was running nonstop. It finally overflowed. Two lovely men came to fix it, but it only worked for a little and then started running all night again. Too tired and frustrated to call for service again. Not sure the bathroom floor got cleaned properly after toilet overflowed.
- 4/5
Wonderful, helpful hotel and valet staff. Valet parking is nice but wasn't comfortable waiting in the street for a spot to open up at night. Breakfast buffet was ok and lobby area could have been cleaner. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
FYI trust truth h
- 5/5
Need better parking
- 4/5
The pool was never accessible. Would have stayed somewhere else had i known i couldn't do laps
- 5/5
My whole stay was great I would stay again
- 4/5
Staff was all friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Som
- 4/5
The people were very friendly and helpful 👍
- 5/5
The floor in our room see was very dirty, I realized it when I got in the shower and my feet were very, very dirty from walking, barefoot in the room
- 5/5
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Water temp wasn’t great. Pretty close to everything near the harbor
- 5/5
I like that everything was very clean.
- 5/5
Super clean, the hard floors in the room make for a clean room. Room was very large and useable. Breakfast is great!
- 5/5
Friendly and very clean, huge king bed room on the 3rd floor is very quiet. A biggie for me is that there no objectionable mustiness or air freshener smell. I wont forget to stay here the next time I’m in Baltimore!
- 4/5
The only thing negative thing I have to say is the room temperature. And the air conditioner. It was hot in our room.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Our stay was perfectly adequate. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The area was on the edge of a rougher part of town, as evidenced by the fact that you need your key to get into the hotel after 6pm. I would suggest only venturing south of the hotel, not north during your stay. Breakfast was pleasant and the lobby was very airy.
- 5/5
Everyone was helpful and friendly. Room and entire hotel was clean. My daughters enjoyed the indoor pool and were even given floats to enjoy by a lovely hotel employee.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was excellent!
- 5/5
Very clean and very convenient — walking distance to the aquarium, the waterfront, and lots of restaurants!
- 5/5
Check in was excellent. Valet was awesome. Hot fresh cookies with milk was offered to my grandson at check in. He got a figit toy. The room was spectacular. I felt like I was first class. I will stay here again. I am already planning my next trip and this where I will stay.
- 4/5
Pool was great. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
but the handle on toilet in the room was broken, so it ran all night which was annoying.. this hotel needs 2 or 3 more waffle maker.. cause waiting 10 mins to make one is crazy
- 4/5
The staff so was great. The valet lady was super great. Breakfast was awesome. Room was a little outdated and the rug could use a cleaning.
- 5/5
Rooms are neat and clean.
- 5/5
The front desk are amazing
- 3/5
The maintenance man busted into my room and said he was sent by the front desk and that the room was supposed to be empty. Scared me!!
- 3/5
There was a leak in the wall and the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet. They weren't concerned about it. We were because it was the wall where all the light switches and electrical sockets were could have caused the fire.
- 5/5
All the young people hanging out and smoking in front of the hotel.
- 4/5
The only problem was an elevator was not working.
- 4/5
It was clean, updated, quiet in the room. Only concern was surrounding area felt unsafe at night. Alot of activity and police presence. Otherwise good for a quick overnight stay
- 5/5
The woman who checked us in was wonderful and, unfortunately, I forget her name! My only complaint was that the pool was FREEZING and I made several attempts to swim, hoping it would be warmer. Finally on my next to last day, it was fine! Otherwise, lovely stay!
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean
- 5/5
One elevator was not working so had some slight waits. Bathroom: I liked the small shelf above the sink but there were no hooks for hand towels. Overall it was a great place for a few nights while on business.
- 3/5
I liked everything except that the pool was freezing!!!!
- 3/5

- 5/5
Staff --from the front desk up to the valet are very friendly and accommodating! Lobby is clean & they have complimentary treats/snacks for the guests at the lobby. I didnt bring my fur baby but if i did, i knew that place will welcome my dog very well. At their entrance, they have a bowl of treats for their furry guest! I love it!
- 5/5
The breakfast is amazing!
- 5/5
Very safe location, staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, very welcoming, and very helpful! We will definitely be staying at the Hampton inn and suites again!
- 4/5
I loved the morning valet, the bathroom shower could have been cleaner. The breakfast was awesome, the front desk morning staff was awesome. the young girl evening staff was self absorbed and too much into the younger crowd. I brought my own coffee but could not use it in the coffee machine :(
- 5/5
Short walk to aquarium. Super convenient
- 5/5
Hotel staff was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!
- 3/5
My main focus on staying here was the valet service. I called ahead before booking to confirm valet was available 24hr a day. I was playing in 2 poker tournaments at the Horseshoe and would be coming back home late at night. Both nights when I arrived back at the hotel there wasn't any valet there to greet me and both nights the vestibule stunk of weed. Needless to say I was extremely worried that the valets were driving my truck while being high. The 2nd night that valet was chatting it up at the front desk and when I asked for assistance it was like I was bothering him. Fortunately my truck was fine, but rest assured I will not be returning back if management allow the smoking of weed while working!
- 4/5
We went to Baltimore to visit the aquarium and go to an event at the convention center. This hotel was an easy walk to both places. Our room was pretty comfortable and the included breakfast was surprisingly pretty good!
- 3/5
The room smelled like a damp carpet. The tub was extremely slippery and I almost fell even barefoot. People are loud down the isles and you can them all day/night. Breakfast was Ok. No restaurant at the premises.
- 5/5
Beautiful clean and accommodating
- 5/5
This was a return visit for us. We love the location and the staff is awesome
- 4/5
Loved the room
- 3/5
Had to pay $35.00 dollars a night for offsite parking. The entire hotel needs updating, everything is so outdated. No mattress covers, sheets does not fit. I had to wipe room down with Clorox wipes. We had no TV remote, or any brochures in the room that would help with dinning or area events. There is no microwave in room, so we could not reheat food. It’s quiet, but there was a cigarette smoker around us, and we had to inhale that all night. The area is nice though.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Walking distance of the bars
- 4/5
The only problem I had with this place was we were in a room that was we had a room that was joined with the room next to us with a door,, they were so loud we can hear everything. They did send someone up, but it didn’t help.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
valet was exceptional!
- 4/5
The staff were amazing! From security to check in and out all dealings with staff exceeded expectations. Property was very clean! My only stay issues were not the hotel or the staffs issues. Loud room neighbors and parking prices were my only complaints. The prices were on par with the area so again not their fault at all.
- 4/5
The bed was facing a completely different wall than where the TV is. Had to lay sideways to see the TV.
- 5/5
free breakfast was fine, pool was fie, room was nice & clean, big tv, great location. parking is extra
- 4/5
I like the hotel but I have yet to receive my security deposit
- 5/5
We were going on a crusie and arrived a few days early...it was a great location!!
- 4/5
The hotel was within walking distance of the Inner Habor, nearby restaurants, and points of interest. We walked to Phillips Seafood Restaurant, and to an Italian restaurant in Little Italy for dinner. The National Aquarium was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
- 2/5
I didn't request a handicapped room when booking. I was traveling with family. I asked the front desk staff more than once if another room was available as the beds were too low. I was told that all double bed rooms had low beds. However, that was not true. I don't plan on staying at this property again. The valet service was the best part of the trip!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, the pool was clean and nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable!
- 5/5
Good service
- 3/5
It's an okay hotel at a good location. However, the swimming pool was too cold during the entire time of my stay.

We were allowed to check in early which was very much appreciated, however the outside window of our room was broken. Additionally, housekeeping is only once every other day and by the time they came it was 2:30 PM when we were in the room resting. They did not do a great job cleaning and did not vacuum or clean the toilets. The juice machine was broken one of the days at the breakfast and they only set out a few bottles of water instead. Finally, we had been looking forward to using the pool but it was ICE cold. Another guest had complained and they had started heating it but it remained very cold and unusable. In addition they did not replenish the pool towels and there was a ball of hair floating in the pool so we did not end up swimming at all during our entire 3 night stay. The hotel is conveniently located but one street away are porn shops and night clubs which felt unsafe. Their valet parking rate is also ridiculous at $55/night for oversize cars.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were cozy, pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay! There is valet parking, but be prepared to pay $45 a day. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

One of the best hotels I've been to in a long time, definitely the best bang for your buck, plus the harbor is around the corner

Had a very nice stay. Hotel staff were very helpful. Hot breakfast was great! Bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially the floor and ceilings.

We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. It was adequate for what we needed. I must say it wad nice a quiet. No street noise.

It was short so not much to tell other than the room was wonderful! Very hot when I arrived, but adjustment of the thermostat resolved that relatively quickly.

Falta de seguridad en los alrededores.

Nice for an overnight trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a nice size, the bathroom was large and both spaces were clean. Something important to me, because I have food allergies and have to travel with food, there was a fridge and a small microwave. Upon arrival, the fridge was not plugged in but the staff had it taken care of in no time. Ten minute walk to the Baltimore Convention Center. My event was over close to 11 PM so I chose to Lyft back to hotel. I was pleased with this stay but will mention a few cons that may be helpful to others. Complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the morning, but make sure to get there early because if you get there even a half an hour before it ends there may not be any food left. Breakfast was over at 10 AM and at 9:20 AM there were scaps left and no more hot food being added. In the evening, before I left for an event, there was a faint smell of marijuana in room and hallway. That smell had increased through the night. My room was tucked in a corner so not sure where it was coming from specifically. My fault I didn't complain, just tolerated it. I've traveled to Baltimore enough to know that paying for parking is typical. Valet parking is available. During this trip, it was forty five dollars plus tax.

Great breakfast, kind and helpful staff. My room not the best, clogged sink in the bathroom but overall clean so that was nice. Homeless people around the hotel made me feel unsafe at times.

The decorations of the room and dinning area

Over all we enjoyed our stay. We found it to very convenient. The inner harbour was only a short walk away. Although I was a little disappointed. I understand not changing the beds daily. I would have thought the room would have been made up and garbage collected daily.
