Location was great (we were in town to see Orioles) and team was very helpful and responsive. Room wasn’t the cleanest and looked like it could use a vacuum but it wasn’t so bad that we didn’t feel comfortable staying. Would stay here again but wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Feels like they know it’s next to the ball park and they are getting traffic regardless.

Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back.

We went down to see the Orioles game that night. Our hotel room was great it had a great view of the stadium and it was very clean and really nice. We was able to walk across the street to the stadium for the game. And breakfast the next morning was great.

HOWEVER... we arrived at 4:00 pm and were told that the garage was full and that we had to park somewhere else!! We were told that 97 people had already arrived. We found that to be ridiculously inconvenient. We had to drive to the nearby Hilton who could accommodate us but we had to schlep our luggage back. Very frustrating!!!

Just one night with family. Good and clean at 2nd floor. Parking is expensive. But you could park in nearby garages for 10 or $20 off. Or parking on side streets for free. Breakfast is not super but decent for a regular day.

My room was not ready for almost a full hour after my arrival. I did show up 30 mins before check-in time so that is not a problem and understandable. But I went back at 3:05 pm and stood on a long line and was told my room still wasn’t ready yet. Needed another 20-25 mins. However a manager showed up unprompted and asked if I was still waiting and minutes later he had a room for me and upgraded my room which wasn’t necessary but greatly appreciated. Upon checking out, the valet service i paid $60 per night for massively failed me and other guests. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my car which only was because I complained twice and they finally grabbed my keys. I understand a lot of people requested cars around the same time with a mass checkout but that seems like that should be a common occurrence. Waiting that long with no explaination for valet service is unacceptable. I could have paid less at a nearby garage and got my car on my own. Ruined what was an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is a perfect area. Close the Camden Yards, Babe Ruth’s museum, and the Raven’s stadium. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the staff and the area around it. There is 2 sports bars right there to eat at. The staff that we come in contact with very nice, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We actually loved the location and will recommend it to friends. BUT we did run into issues with our stay from a weds to Sunday and we knew that housekeeping comes every other day but not once was our room cleaned. Or trash taken out. We had to get our towels each day. Since only 2 given to begin with. The sink in the kitchen area was not working. The cable/TV didn’t work the last 3 days there. Called front desk and they stated they were aware and working on it. We visited a time that the orioles were in town so it was busy and they ran out of syrup for waffles , when I asked a higher up lady(not the regular staff lady that cleans up and stocks she was great) the higher up lady said yes we are out we have the sugar free, and Carmel and chocolate. What?! the breakfast area was packed with adults and kids in town for the games which why didn’t the hotel get prepared for this. Plus Mother’s Day weekend. Syrup should have been on hand.

Great location close to the baseball park, and the convention center. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The valet staff were welcoming and respectful. The breakfast options were excellent and did not get dull over the course of my stay. The bars next door played loud music because of the game, but I did not hear any of it once I was in my room. Very good noise cancellation. Housekeeping was every other day instead of every day, which was really convenient and prevented constant visits. The pillows for the bed were not good, in my opinion. They start fluffed up but as the night went on, I found myself laying on a flat pillow.

While we left the room for dinner our room was broken into and things were stolen. We then realized we had a broken door that didn’t lock properly. While filling a police report another guest stated his door was also not working properly and had trouble locking. One door could be an accident, 2 doors that we know of sounds like an inside job. We had to file a police report and a report with the hotel to see if anyone will cover the cost of the stolen items. As of now we still had to pay full amount for the nights stay and we have to wait to see if the hotel franchisee insurance will cover stolen items.

front desk personnel were very friendly as was the valet. the problem was unruly kids/families on our floor -- they were running up and down the hallways most of the evening banging on our doors and then fleeing to the other end of the hallway. no parental supervision. called the front desk. they came up but the activity ended briefly and then started up again with the kids hanging outside our doorway stating how they wanted to pound on our door again -- so they must have been told we complained.

No one at front desk. Girl came out of darken seating area and looked like she just woke up . Yes we got in late but I did not realize that we could work 3rd shift and sleep. I had two people staying but only had one thing of towels in room. I know we could have went down stairs but it just didn’t feel right so late. Our room was clean and we loved the size of room. And during the day there would not be anyone at the desk either. As far as parking, there was not a parking deck. It was more like in the alley, filling in the drop off near the front doors and only a few went in under the building. Just odd. The location is amazing but strange set up for parking and customer service.

a non-smoking one.  Also, there was a non-functioning item - heater.  As far as maintenance is concerned, there was peeling wallpaper, and a broken elevator.  Shedding the light on the service received from the Valet: Unhelpful & rude staff, the app was used to request my vehicle. When the app notified me that the vehicle was ready for pickup, I went to the valet desk where there was a gentleman standing there using a mobile device. I stood there patiently waiting for him to acknowledge me and when he did I presented the message that showed my vehicle was ready for pickup. He just looked past me to the outside and simply stated it's not ready yet. So I waited, after waiting for what seem like an eternity another gentleman showed up in a vehicle for someone else. The first gentleman asked if that was my vehicle and then he spoke to second one who then approached me and asked to see the message in the app. Then I had to answer a series of questions about the year, make and model of my vehicle. Then he walked off around the corner. When he returned he pulled out a bunch of keys on some sort of hook and asked which one was mine. After identifying me keys he handed them to me and told me my vehicle was around the corner.

Once in the room, the toilet doesn’t flush. We let the young man at the desk know. He will contact the staff while we go out to dinner. Upon returning from dinner, he has not heard back from them and will call again. Toilet still blocked. No call from him. We call him and he discovers that the staff to fix the toilet has home. It takes 15 minutes for him to find us another room. The elevator takes forever but we get the key to the new room and it is an upgrade. And the single elevator back up. And the room is comfortable. The only plus for the stay. Oh, and valet was pretty on time retrieving our car.

Maryland, and Baltimore in particular, are way too expensive and over priced. Valet parking for an overnight stay was over $100. And that's on top of $200 per night room. No other parking options available without walking several blocks in downtown Baltimore. Would highly recommend reduced rates for hotel guests. We're pretty much out priced for visiting Baltimore.

Perfect location for the Orioles game! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was hardy and they were on top of refilling the coffee, which is of course the most important part of breakfast. We were on the second floor and so it was a bit noisy outside at night after the game (to be expected in this area) but if you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room on a higher floor. Shout out to the valet crew who were hustling like crazy to get everyone situated before the game. They were a well-oiled machine! Overall a great experience and we’ll be back!

I advise finding a garage to park in other than using the valet they have. Everything was backed up and we waited 30+ mins to get checked in. Upon leaving we waited over an hour for them to fetch my car. Would not recommend the parking arrangements they provide. Check in itself was pretty quick. The bed wasn’t the best. Everything was clean which was great. The continental breakfast was kinda horrible. Very tight seating, only 1 waffle iron. So a long line to get probably the only edible thing there. Would suggest going out to get breakfast. Definitely not worth it. Overall I’d probably stay at another hotel.

We were in Baltimore to go to an Orioles game. We picked this property to be close to the game. Although parking fees were ridiculous we dont have anything negative to say about the property. It served its purpose for us. We arrived on property, paid the valet fees and didnt drive again until we left. We walked to the bay, which was about a 20 minute walk and walked to the game. It was the easiest professional game we have ever been to regarding parking/driving.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The parking fees were exorbitant at $75 per day, which felt unreasonable. Outside the property, there were homeless individuals sleeping and lingering around, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The dumpsters were overflowing, and the foul smell wafted into the hotel and into the rooms, creating a very unpleasant environment. Additionally, the staff was dismissive and rude, making it difficult to get any assistance or basic courtesy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its high fees, unsafe surroundings, and poor customer service.

2 night stay. King room. Were able to check in real early which was great. However, the room they gave us had a very odd smell and the auto blinds didn't have a functioning remote. Got moved to another room, no problem. No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower in the new room; also taken care of. (But shouldn't these be things that are taken care of before we get to our room?) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A bit of road noise, but not too bad. Weight room was of decent size, but not real clean and kids running around unsupervised in the gym. Also no water in the water dispenser. (All this is not the hotel's fault. Parents and gym users should take some responsibility in putting weights back, towels in the dirty towel bin, not just leaving everything on the ground, and not leaving your 5 year olds running around. Just ridiculous). Breakfast was adequate with a few hot and cold items. Walked into the dining room this morning to someone sleeping on one of the bench seats with a blanket over them. Overall a somewhat disappointing stay for a Hampton Inn. Just not what we're normally used to.

This was a mixed bag of a stay for me. On the positive, some of the staff were really amazing like Arthur in maintenance and Kion of the valet staff. The room was very clean as was the gym. On the not so sure front, they told me my room number which was assigned in the system but when I went there the key didn’t work and it said a different room number on it. Not a big deal but when I went to check out, they didn’t have me in that room so I’m not sure what is going on there. The valet fee on Expedia said $40 but it’s actually $45 and they said that they’re independent of the hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and was given a view of the factory/plant behind the building both times so if you can, try to request a different view.

My family of 3 stayed two nights at this property. The hotel appears to be very modern and well kept. Our room was super spacious and very clean. We arrived a bit after midnight and was a bit cluttered and chaotic to check in due to the lack of space in front of the hotel. The valet guys are really making miracles happen in such limited space, but it makes for a cluster... you know the rest. The young receptionist seemed to be in a bit of a Marshawn Lynch mood ("I'm just here so I don't get fined"). She gave me my keys and I went on my way. Valet is done digitally and I shelled out $100 for less than 2 nights. Tips are digital and the company adds a fee to your tip... crazy right? Back to the room, it was nice. Huge closet, mini kitchenette, nice bathroom area. The shower felt great and the space was great for a busy 5 year old. I prefer fluffier pillows and a bed a bit softer, but to each is own. We still slept well and the hotel was quiet. The tv always lost signal or froze and someone set the AC to 77. It took the entire night for the room to cool down. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Sausage, eggs and potatoes both days. The waffle machine was broken. Only one elevator was working while we were there. My suggestion is to pick your battles when deciding to stay here. If you want to be in a convenient and clean space to walk to Camden Yard or to a Ravens game, this is definitely the right place. It's clean and comfortable, just don't expect luxury.

Beautiful rooms. & hotel! But that pool was absolutely disgusting! It needs a deep clean, I celebrated my child’s 7th birthday this Saturday, you literally couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool we kept stepping on pool toys that was left in the pool, my child is autistic so he thought it was “cat fish” swimming in the water. He didn’t even want to go on a certain side of the pool because it was something at the bottom of the pool that we didn’t know what it was, I was so scared to pick it up felt squishy. Also the phones in the room did not work I kept getting the busy signal any time I tried calling front desk so I had to call them from my phone, also I’ve never stayed at a hotel and the housekeeper ride pass with a cart full of towels and toiletries and I ask for extra for my room and she tell me I have to get it from the front desk! That was very unfortunate that we had to go all the way downstairs to get towels when the housekeeper was literally right next door cleaning the room beside us.But other than the pool being dirty, and my having to go downstairs anytime I needed a towel or trash bag… Only 1 of the 2 elevators were working the 2 days I was there. Which was very annoying the first day took forever to get on and off because it was so many of us trying to use it at the same time. The breakfast was just ok..potatoes were cut different sizes so it cause them not to cook the same so some of them were undercooked. I don’t think I would come back here :(

Oh also the valet parking attendant was high out of his mind , smelled like weed and kept wiping his dripping nose all over the place. I had to tell him 3 times what our cell phone number was for the link they send out to pay for the valet and he kept getting it wrong because he was high as hell. Said we would receive the link in 10 minutes, never received the link. Went back to ask him while we were originally waiting for our room and he said give it another 10 minutes. We left for our baseball game came back after still without a link , so we told him and he never entered anything in their system! My husband finally went up and told him and then magically i got the link. Our room was average, very humid. Air seemed to not work or go under 72 degrees. Bed was hard, pillows were sticky from the humidity. Gave off cheap motel vibes. Only positives are that it was like 30 feet from Camden yards so that was cool but other than that i would say skip this place. Valet was high!!!!!

Valet was difficult to get to. It was blocked off by cones. There was no one to help us. We requested a 3 PM check-in time. That check in time was confirmed, then when we got there, the room was not ready. We were not given the room we requested and we accepted for. We moved to a smaller room. Once in the room, we told the front desk that the curtains were not working. They informed us that someone would come up and fix it. After 30 minutes, no one came up and fixed it. We went downstairs and again requested the front desk help us with a broken curtain that was not coming down, they said they would send someone. After three hours, no one came to our room to fix it. We slept with the curtains up, and the whole world to see us. No privacy.

Then we requested the car for dinner it took over half an hour and when I told my husband to go ask about the car it was sitting out front. No one even told us it was ready. Total waste of money.

We had a great stay. The room was HUGE. Was definitely not expecting that from a hotel right by Camden yards. Convenient walk for the game

I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and was satisfied with their breakfasts. Not at this Hampton. Poor quality and extremely limited selection. Phone service and housekeeping was nowhere to be found when I needed them.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Great location. Right across the street from the ball field and only blocks from Inner Harbor.

Our floor around the heating unit was soaked. They lost the key fob for our car. Difficult situation. Thank goodness we had the other key!
