    The proximity to my visit locations while in Baltimore. The staff were so helpful. I travel with my sister who is non-ambukatory. Because of this, we travel with a hoya lift. Well, the bed did not allow the hoya to go under the bed since it had the box. So for each day I had to physically lift my sister from and into the bed. This was totally a strain on me and on her. In our wheelchair travel chats, this remains a MAJOR PROBLEM for many. I get why the hotel does not want to have to have housekeepers clean under the bed, but is it not feasible for the wheelchair accessible rooms to provide the opportunity for travelers needing such to have this access in these rooms. It may be only 1 or 2 rooms in smaller hotels. Help us!

    Perhaps some of my feelings are due to the couple next door who were screaming at each other for an hour (at 10pm!). I called the front desk to complain, and the couple eventually quieted down. It just wasn't a good night.

    There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.

    It was an average hotel. It could use some updates such as a higher toilet. Also breakfast eggs were cold and there were no diabetic choices such as sugar free syrup at breakfast . Staff was nice . I’d stay there again if I can’t find another hotel with a better rating.

    As soon as I walked in everything felt fresh and clean. The room was really nice, not anything really special beyond standard but it felt fairly updated and most importantly clean! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I loved the breakfast area and the waffle maker. I wish I had a longer stay to check out more of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

    Wouldn’t know. We left hotel at 6:45 both days and they don’t start serving breakfast until 7am, which is too late in my opinion, and an hour later than other hotels like Hampton etc. Internet wasn’t working on fourth floor and possibly other. We didn’t have any internet (one bar and couldn’t connect with that on multiple devices) for two night stay. Ran over our monthly allowance on cell phone using mobile hot spot so that will cost us more than just paying a little more for a hotel that has internet. Complained to desk and they said “they saw somewhere there was a problem and they were “fixing it”. I would avoid this hotel if you need to do any work from room. When we complained, I feel that maybe a partial refund of something toward additional stay. So much for their bs Bonvoy program

    I travel often and usually start to look for a hotel when I want to end my driving. I was so happy to find this hotel.     Weight scale was broken, first time I have ever stayed Marriott and not got any water when checking in from a long day traveling. The week before we stayed at a double tree by Hilton and they gave us water and fresh baked cookies on arrival and the rate was even better

    There was a slight musty carpet smell in the room covered by cleaning products. Whenever I tried to brew coffee in the room the power shorted out. The staff was extremely quick in sending maintenance both times. They offered coffee from the lobby. The second time the short happened, the maintenance man replaced the coffee maker. I understand issues can happen and they addressed it with a quickness, so it didn't sour my stay. The freshness of the breakfast buffet was better than I expected. I paid less than other hotels in the area which mattered most to me on this trip, so overall I'm satisfied and would stay here again.

    Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.

    Our room was on the top floor, at the end of the hall as we had requested. Unfortunately, there had been a leak in the ceiling, and there was water damage along with sheet rock hanging down from the ceiling. In addition, our TV kept freezing up during any TV show that we tried to watch. When we called the front desk, they told us it was because our room was Farthest away from the router and that the TVs were outdated that they were working on updating them. Which was of no help to us. We were also shocked that they would put us in a room that needed repairs on the Hotel did not seem very full at all. When we checked out, we were told we were going to get some kind of a credit, which we still have not received. So overall, it was not a good experience.

    Checking in was quick. Didn’t have any problems with the room. They had nice Christmas decorations up. Had a grinch theme area with decorations and a hot chocolate station. Even had a Raven themed tree and stockings which was a cute touch. I would definitely stay again. Already planning our next trip back home to Baltimore area.

    For spending a littler over 400$ for a room, I wasn't expecting the small defects that stood out when I went in the room. It looked like it was water damage from a room upstairs (the ceiling was damaged); the bathroom tub & wall definitely had stains that made me a little concerned with taking a shower. Overall the services was great!

    The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The surrounding area has wonderful shopping and eateries. My complaint is that the room itself was badly in need of love. The seams of the wallpaper were raised and separating. The tile in the shower enclosure was cracked in several places and poorly repaired.

    The corner room 310 was small and very noisy as you could hear the elevator ding every 5 minutes. I am glad we were able to switch rooms. Room 329 was decent, although it had a slight strange odor to the room. Not sure if it was in the air vents, carpet etc. Overall the hotel was clean. I appreciate the cleaning of the room each day.

    Pool was closed. I think online should’ve said seasonal check in advance because we didn’t want to use the pool September. Colder weather makes sense that it’s closed but maybe I missed if it was indoor outdoor but just a double notification for people like me who miss it?     No pool and air conditioning was fine. However people were smoking marijuana and that is all you could smell on the first floor on Thursday night. We are smokers but we don’t do marijuana we smoke cigars and we went outside. The staff was fantastic and so was the service staff.

It is our first and only choice because it is literally central to the highway when we come down to visit our son, close to shopping and resturants that you can even walk. Always our choice and helps that staff is friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is actually good

    My family arrived late at night after traveling all day for a one night stay before continuing our drive. The area outside the hotel and the whole hotel lobby smelled like marijuana. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The sofa bed wasn't made and we had to make it ourselves, which was kind of annoying. Breakfast was OK, on par with other free breakfasts.

    Hotel is clean and quiet. It is in a great location, easily accessible from I-95/I-695 and close to shopping. Room showed signs of wear and could use an update. We were in town to move our daughter into college apt so it was perfect for our needs.

    I reserved a suite and K bed to share with my partner for the night. The fire alarm in the suite was goin off and noone could figure out how to stop it so they moved the room. No other suites available. No other K beds available. I had to take a cheap room with Q beds...that were small Q size beds. They initially tried to charge an EXTRA $50 for the room after assuring me the night was comped, which was obv unacceptable. Then Hotel.com had way too many people telling me different things. After spending nearly 4 hours between phone calls, emails and live chat, I finally had the fees refunded. Major headache.

    Hotel is clean… room was clean & quiet. All linens were clean, and in ample supply. Lots of nice pillows. However, the mattresses were uncomfortable and too firm. So, woke up with a back ache. Furniture needs replacing. Breakfast was not very good, But.. the lemon water at the service desk was very good and refreshing! Convenient to several nice restaurants and shopping mall.

    My childhood friend and I totally enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was my friend’s bed was squeaking and we had a good laugh about it, especially since my bed didn’t make noise. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly.

    Everything was great except for the room next to us… they came the second day we were there and kept us up all night with loud music and yelling and slamming of door over and over, a fight and loud argument broke in the morning after we came back from breakfast honestly the hotel great but why do yall even allow teeneagers party at this hotel like that? Threw me off and we checked out a few hours later.

    Please do NOT book here. Beds are 17 years old (we checked the tags) and management has no plans to replace them. Really didn’t sleep well the entire stay as a result. You just cave in and the tv barely works. :( When we spoke to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. I will not be recommending this to anyone I know.

    It took the front desk 30 mins to get us checked in. They didn’t know their credit card portal was down and kept telling us our cc declined. They finally gave us a room after speaking with our bank that it wasn’t our cc. Then the room they gave us had a horrible body odor smell, they changed our room only to smell like insect repellent which we initially ignored because we had to run out. Upon return at night we noticed that our room was infested with ants. It was too late to call someone since we only had 3 hours to sleep and before we headed for the airport. Called after leaving early in the morning and the receptionist said there were no managers on staff. Utterly disgusting and disappointed.

    I called the front desk about the television not working and was told he was busy and I should reboot the tv. I advised him I’m here for a stay not tech support.     Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott (White Marsh, MD) was a very "easy" and satisfying lodging experience (for 2 nights). The staff at the front desk were very friendly/cordial and a joy to interact with. When I requested to stay about an hour after check-out time (12 noon) to get a bite to eat before traveling back to New Jersey, hotel employee smiled and told me that "it wouldn't be a problem". (Happy and satisfied to hear that response.) The rooms were well-kept and very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room was spacious enough. TV worked well and was easy to access, on the remote, the TV's guide of programs. The King-size bed was very comfortable, along with its pillows. I enjoyed my 2-day stay, and am looking forward to re-visiting and staying at this hotel in the near future.
