It's convenient to where I was visiting. It is not run down looking When I first entered it had a faded cigarette smell. As if they had recently purified the air. The inner sink had a yellow ring. I did clean and disinfected it with bleach and it cleaned up. The mandatory housekeeping it's a pro and con. The trash is taken and beds are made. But fix having someone unknown come anytime when it isn’t fully welcomed. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. When asked for extra bedding, the front desk said it'd be until tomorrow.

Was close by and cheaper than nearby hotels. P Did have a cigarette weed smell near by.

Property is fine i will consider it in motel category No elevator working at the property and have really bad weed smell every where in building

The room we finally got was very nice and modern. Very up to date remodeled. The area outside the room was dirty, dangerous and loud.

The property was not up to par not clean the rooms were not good the rooms smell I couldn’t stay i literally checked out within 20-40 min upon checking in. The next day I notice I had bites on parts of my body that I didn’t have before l. I saw small roaches but it was not fit. I was told I would get a refund fir one if the 2 night stay but I haven’t heard anything even though I didn’t stay a night there it was also unsafe ppl standing drinking in smoking on stairs

It was a perfect location Noise all hours of the night. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. Room had a bad smell. Shower was not to my liking but it was okay.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice. I didn't eat breakfast there because I was always out early but I'm pretty sure it's good since i never heard anyone complaining about it. There were plenty of of parking spots available always.

I reported women arguing and insulting each other in the next room every night. My wife and I were supposed to stay another week because of followups to my eye surgery but when we heard one of the women saying "shut up bxxxx, I have a gun" we tried to talk to the manager but she ignored us completely and went to hide in her office. On top of that, we were charged for parking and conference office we never used nor requested. They never refunded our money even though we requested it. It was the worst experience we ever had traveling domestically and out of the country to Europe and South America.

The phone cord was cut off in the room was cit off. There was alot of nouse screaminv and running around outside at 3am

Phone in the room was cut off and no way to comunicaye with the front desk as at 3am there was alot of disturbance outside the door laughing,scteaming and running around when I comunicated to the front desk they said they did not see anything in the canara and that maintenanve qould be in at 9am to look at the phone. Just did not feel safe and definitely not how it looks on the web page.Will not be staying here again

They lie saying they have a pool and it is permanently closed, they said they include a full breakfast but it's just a granola bar and coffee they charge a $25 fee to use the room which is a ripoff

It was a good price for a night stay

0 coffee pot or bottled water in the room . Outside noise can be heard just like you were sleeping with the door open. Kept waking up due to excessive noise from outside whether it be people talking loudly or cars/ motorcycles. Rooms should be soundproofed Front desk was rude upon check in. One of the worst days inns I have ever stayed at.

My room did not get serviced even after the front desk said it will be serviced when i returned to my room no soap no shampoo towels bed undone trash in baskets

I was surprised it was a Wyndham property. I feel like they should inspect their hotels before including them under your Wyndham name. While the room was fine the minute you opened the door was another story. And the continental breakfast was a choice of two different granola bars. Not as I assumed it would be from Wyndham. Garbage and cigarettes butts everywhere!

The hotel receptionist area was surrounded by bullet proof glass! That should have been our first sign. Our room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. We also saw a lot of illegal adult activity taking place. There was a security guard, wearing a bullet proof vest, but we only observed him sitting in his car. We found a new hotel shortly after checking in.

It was a Restaurant next door.. Right before i checked in and saw the property, i wanted to stay one nite only...They up the price of the room, with no place to hang clothes. Our clothes were on the bathroom door. Service? They couldn't even spell it..

These eople gave away my room after telling me I had nothing to worry about. I called 3x letting them know I was coming from 8 hours away. I was there to say goodbye to my stepmom, she died suddenly and she was my Dad's caregiver and he has Dementia. These people maxed out my credit card without my permission!! Do not bring your family here because its very unsavory characters hanging out and smoking & drinking outside the rooms. The manager and the police don't do anything about it either! Worse experience my family and I had a a hotel, ever!! I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn hotel or affiliated again!!

There was lots of police in the parking lot so I thought I’d be really safe. That was before I drove around to my room with a view of the prostitutes doing drugs on the upper floor balconies. The room wasn’t very clean but it was fairly modern with a reasonably comfortable bed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel primarily for safety reasons. It’s also super close to a busy road with tons of noise all night.

There were prostitutes standing outside on the balconys and drungs being smoked outside on the balcony, loud people everywhere ...absolutly disgusting and unsafe and definitely not a place a child should ever stay at

The room had two carts for beds. I canceled the room!

However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, with only coffee and sugary juice available. I was expecting at least some basic options like bread or muffins. Another downside was that the hotel doesn’t allow late checkouts, even for an extra fee. We only needed a few additional hours, but they asked us to book another full day, which was frustrating. It was also noisy throughout the stay, likely due to the lack of soundproofing in the walls. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I and my husband were over the top excited and the room was neat and clean and we had so much fun we will continue to come back to this hotel !!!

I was not satisfied with the service this time. This wasn't my first time there & I was charged double. I paid Expedia on line & the agent at Days Inn charged me again by mistake. This really inconvenience me. Now I have to wait for my bank account to be credited. She also charged me a $25 security deposit & the room was not destroyed. This isn't my 1st time at Days Inn. I didn't like the service at all.

They cancelled my reservation with notice. The rooms are filthy. The breakfast is a literal joke. I wouldn’t feed my enemies that food. The overnight staff are unprofessional and rude. Don’t even drive by this hotel.

There was no tub stopper, staff told me to use one of the wash clothes. There was no breakfast only granola bars. Which flavors I didnt care for. Advertisement had said different. Expedia had giving me a $25 credit because of this.

It was a fight every night for 4 days straight. Like between 3 am to 9 am. It s no control after the guard is gone. I don t care what you say or think about the past night audit, that move on. She been in this areas for years and ran a hotel herself. And we all know her, she has a lot of clientele, i call her my adopted aunt. Guests call her mom. She would been had them put out. It use to be quiet at night.

I don t like that at a regular guest, it s no parking space. It s no control , the restaurant run the whole parking lot. beside that it was great, I seeing it s a lot of new staff at the front desk, you know you get use to the old staff, they knew all the regular. My father upset one of his closest friends is gone. And he the captain of Maryland State police. But over , the housekeeping to me , does a great job.

The manager is hard to deal with. With most of the population being American that stay here we deserve respect and dignity. Overheard him screaming at a renter due to the renter complaining of being over charged. The manager is Indian and lack communication skills. Management isn't for everyone.

Only down side, elevator was out of service but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The room looked like it’s been updated except for the bathroom. The tub wasn’t very clean and it had cracks in the bottom. The water pressure wasn’t good because the shower heads need to be replaced. Other than that the Room was a huge improvement.

Hotel was good. Didnt have a refrigerator or microwave and the area was ok considering the prostitutes had to work.

It would have been much nicer if the room had included a coffeemaker, blowdryer, closet, fridge and microwave.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the inn. There were no microwaves or refrigerators. The elevator was broken. The desk clerk claimed that it just happened that day. I wonder if elevators are required to be inspected regularly and the management didn’t have it done. It was a very poor reflection for Wyndham. Of course we were assigned to a second floor room. We told the desk clerk that we could not carry our luggage up the stairs. She said she was alone and could not carry the luggage up for us. The room was pleasant but the tub was disgusting. I only saw one set of towels and I called for more. She said she would bring them right up. She lied again; she did not bring them. In the middle of the night I saw a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. I killed it but started worrying that it could have been a bed bug. In the morning, I found a pubic hair on the sheets I had slept on!! The sheets appeared to be clean and newer, so that was another disgusting thing. The breakfast consisted of a granola bar and juice. The fruit basket was empty. I complained about that and the other things. She said that she would note my complaints and tell the manager who was not available. I told her I would never stay at a Days Inn again. The desk clerks blamed the poor condition on the remodeling and the lack of micros & fridges on Wyndham and the minimal breakfast on hotels.com. If I don’t hear from the manager in 24 hours, I will not stay at a Days Inn again.

My parents enjoyed their stayed and was very pleased. The room was exactly like the picture shown on the website.

The room I stayed in had peeling paint in the ceiling, bathroom was dirty with mold all around the toilet, and inside the tub, stains on the walls and floor, the pictures they have online of the rooms doesn't look like the rooms. This motel needs to close down and do renovations. I wanted to leave but didn't want to loose my money.

I think that this hotel is for the homeless. The room had stained sheets. The bathtub had a big crack or hole in it. Around the facility was dark and dirty.

You would think that Valentine's day will end on a high note and a smile...yeah a high note is about right. My wife hates bugs so can you imagine the reaction when she goes to put on her top and be greeted by a bedbug which had to be an adult she ended up losing her shirts literally not to mention she had to drive home so all in all my stay was just awful will not be going back there ever again.

The tv kept going out, older model. The mini fridge wouldnt stay cool. Bed was over used and sunken in, bathroom was... A mess. Smelled like smokers stayed in the room previously. There was blood on the curtains, none of the amenities were the same.

The front desk people were really friendly and very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was rude and the room weren’t very clean.

Didn't like anything. Room old and no amenities. Tv old had purple circle on screen. No remote. Carpet stained. Electric sockets were rusty. Only 2 lights worked safe rusty and old food inside. Garbage can outside running over. Someone dropped food on side walk and birds were eating it. Stayed that night visited friends then checked out with out staying second night. Didn't even have a spare roll of Toilet Paper. Felt very uncomfortable. No fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Bedding not appealing. Thin blanket between two sheetsand for what was to supposed to be a king bed two flat pillows. Need to shut down and renovate.

The bathroom towel bar was missing, so you could not hang your towels up. There was wall mounted lights at one time next to the bed, but someone did a very poor job of fixing where they where.Someone could of gone to the store and purchased some cheap pictures to cover the patch job.

There is no need to even go into how much stuff was wrong however I will say the place has it's in and out purpose if you know what I mean..so bring plenty of Lysol

My stay was miserable. The one good thing was that the office reps were really sweet. This place does not deserve them. I woke up to a roach crawling on the bed which was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy , room smells like a roach bed and the carpet was very filthy. Why would they rent a place like this to people. This place needs to be closed down and renovated before opening back. I cannot believe that hotel.com would want to carry this hotel to their name. It’s so bad. So much no words can describe.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. In the first room there was Mouse poop on the bed, exposed wires everywhere, mold in the bathroom, rack in bathroom hanging, no cover on light fixture and an old outdated tv. Manager moved us to a different room and when we walked in it looked better until 2 roaches started crawling up the wall. I left immediately!!!!

The first room was horrible, the front desk clerk changed my room and it was a bit better but still unpleasant. I think they may have bed bugs bc the first night my son scratched himself the whole night. Could definitely update the tv

Was caught in unexpected extended business trip and needed a room at around midnight for the night. Hotels.com offered me this room as the only available in the area. The room was filthy, dirty carpet, holes in the wall, mildew on the bathroom walls and tiles. I could hear the tv and conversations from the next room, and smoke from cigarettes could sip in from outside and other rooms. The entire experience was just a nightmare. Off course, the room was so stinky, I couldn't close my eyes... would have had a better night sleeping in my car!!!

Too much noise from the crownd on the weekend because of the bar connected to it.. the rooms needs major repair ..surprise there up to code. And too many strange people hanging around i wouldn't take my family there for safety reasons
