It was great experience for me and my family

Parking is too full and no more space
- 5/5
Restaurant was out of half of the items on their already limited menu. We walked about a half mile to find something to eat. Convenient area for boarding our Royal Caribbean cruise the next day

Nice area, nice rooms. Free parking I have no complaints, only thing I didn’t like was that the parking garage elevator was down.

The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.

Checked in after midnight. Our flight was late. The staff was very pleasant at check in. The room was wonderful. Loved the bed. The shower was nice as well. Overall, for the one night we stayed, I'd stay again. Very close to the Maryland port. Which was why we chose to stay there. We were cruising the next morning. Next tine i cruise from Maryland, I'll stay there again.
- 4/5
Close to food and groceries and the event we went to. Didn’t feel safe and difficult to get too off the freeway. Roads were terrible.

What staff that were there were friendly, unfortunately on a Saturday night there wasnt a bar tender and the guy covering the Starbucks and food had to cover the bar also. The bed was comfortable. We paid for a king bed and sofa bed room. We were not given the sofa bed part which was a shame since there were 2 adults and a child that would have used the sofa bed. When we asked about it we were told 3 rooms didn't have the sofa bed and there was nothing they could do. The site said Breakfast included. this was a lie. there was no breakfast included. For the amount of money we paid, we are disappointed.

This was a great, relaxing stay
- 5/5
Great experience. No complaints.

Amazing
- 4/5
There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. Luckily there is a Starbucks and Dunkin’ close. The coffee they sell in the lobby isn’t open until 7am. Had to walk to get coffee both mornings of my stay. There should be coffee available in the lobby every morning and early. Never came by the room to empty trash or clean had to request fresh towels and trash taken out. The area is beautiful and far enough away from the crowded inner harbor but only 2 miles.
- 5/5
Loved our stay here / close to many stores , restaurants & the harbor
- 5/5
All was nice and comfortable
- 5/5
The check-in was quick and seamless and the free parking was easy and convenient. The room was big, clean and had a good shower. The temp control was also very good.
- 5/5
The hotel was spotless. Everyone was friendly!
- 5/5
I really appreciate how the staff were so relaxed and happy; it made my stay even more comfortable.

Great stay
- 2/5
Room refrigerator half size of typical hotel room and frozen solid on arrival. Shower with no door and shower head full of green scale. Asked housekeeping to return later to service room, never got room cleaned the entire trip. No venting in restroom either. Parking is good. Don't eat breakfast there go to neighboring restaurants instead.
- 5/5
Room was clean ! Staff was amazing
- 4/5
The stay was great, staff was super helpful but they did not offer late check out because the room was booked via Hotels.com.
- 5/5
Good place
- 4/5
The hotel has almost everything that we needed. No airport transport. There is a service to get to the cruise port, but a high price to go a very short distance.
- 2/5
The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes.
- 4/5
furniture a little worn; did not get housekeeping on Friday; HVAC blowing too hard/noisy so room temp not comfortable; parking was a plus/great; location was good… on the whole, a good experience
- 5/5
The room was clean spacious and comfortable
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, close to cruise port !!!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel would return
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
ALL of the above....we could not have asked for more...thank you!
- 5/5
Staff was great. Convenient location close to grocery and the harbor.
- 5/5
During snow storm they were still friendly among all The chaos. Recommend
- 2/5
Room was decently nice, however there was an issue with the water when we tried to shower. It came out disgustingly brown! We opted not to shower and used water bottles to brush our teeth. Spoke to a front desk attendant who informed us that there was a water main break or such and assured us that our stay would be rebated, he took my card down for a deposit, and over two months later..nada! I even went back to the hotel to speak with a manager who reassured me that she would be looking into the matter and that she'd have a response by the following Monday- it has since been over two weeks with no response. This is extremely disheartening and I am very displeased as a long time Marriott patron, will not be staying here again!
- 4/5
Great clean hotel
- 3/5
Didn’t have breakfast as showing on booking
- 1/5
I was overcharged for my room no one would help said I had to contact Expedia - now there’s no contact number and no one to help me!! I’ll never use Expedia again!!
- 4/5
Clean and quiet room. Keurig in room. Safe location and parking. 40 minute walk back from M&T Bank Stadium.
- 3/5
We were there to catch a cruise ship and the hotel was very near.
- 5/5
The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful & so helpful. There were so many checking in at one time & he got everyone checked in quickly, calmly & pleasantly. He even took the time to address a request that we had messaged the hotel previously. Awesome job!
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay even though was just for 1 night. Our room was perfect and inviting and the hotel staff very sweet.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and quick check in. The hotel is very nice and clean.
- 4/5
Room was decent especially for the price. 10 minutes or less from the inner harbor. The Shower could’ve been cleaner. It was a lot of mark on shower base and around the wall at the toilet. Would stay here again due to location.
- 4/5
Parking was easy. The property is very nice and the personel very friendly.
- 5/5
This was an excellent stay. It was our first time staying in the McHenry Row section of Baltimore. This was an excellent decision. There were several stores and restaurants in walking distance. From the hotel it was a quick 10 minute Uber drive to the Inner Harbor. I would recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were in town for a Ravens game. The staff provided helpful information to arrive and exit the stadium area.
- 5/5
Was easy and nice
- 3/5
The cleaning staff did a subpar job of cleaning and staff failed to mention during checkin that cleaning occurred every other day. The staff didn’t replenish coffee and cups in the room and only provided two cups once the issue was brought to the front desk’s attention.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Room was clean. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Staff all seemed new. Was unsure of how to check us in and when we got food.
- 5/5
Great location and felt very safe. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean.
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. When we asked for cleaning we were lied to! The 1st person said that they only cleaned every other day. So I waited a day. Still no cleaning - after many complaints they came up and did the bathroom and trash cans only No bed made! The head of housekeeping lied saying we told them to come back later which was not true. Tried to get breakfast & waited 45 minutes without anything. Again when we asked we were told it was coming and 15 minutes later still nothing!! had to go out for breakfast.
- 5/5
No Breakfast was offered and housekeeping was not offered. Clean towels were given when asked for. Laundry room clean but soad dispenser had a sige, 'see front desk' and we had to go next doors to the grocery store to buy quarters to run the washing machine and dryer. Exercise room was more then ample, will return now knowing its deficiencies and will be better prepared.
- 5/5
I didn’t eat breakfast there. I have a rating of 3 for neutral
- 5/5
Great location. Shops and food nearby. Service was excellent. Damon at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the bar spoke when I entered. Check in and check out was very simple.
- 1/5
When we got to the property to check in our room was gone… I had called courtyard Marriott the night before to let them know that we were delayed in getting there. They said they would check us in. We got there and there was no room we had to cancel our reservation with Expedia And rebook the property for the two days we ended up staying for three days. Our original reservation was Friday through Monday. We got there Saturday and checked out on Monday so this was a terrible experience. The person we spoke to which was the night shift employee guaranteed that we would be able to get our room when we got there. He said nobody called me yet. He was the only person that worked Night Shift. I know his voice I met the fella and that was him. Also, they did not apply my Marriott awards or rewards to this booking so I lost all of those points overall this was a terrible experience through Expedia and Marriott. It took four phone calls to get through to Expedia and then finally get my money back which I’m waiting for still.
- 5/5
Clean room easy access from the interstate after a long day of driving. We were able to walk to fort McHenry, to stretch the legs after a 14 hour drive. Safe parking, quiet room with a comfy bed. No complaints.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
No restaurant as advertised but only Starbucks type sandwiches for breakfast.
- 5/5
Didn’t have made to order breakfast. They’re many shops nearby. Room was clean and fresh.
- 3/5
Shower had mold on base boards..No coffee in lobby unless you paid for it although front desk guy took care of it which was nice. Cleaning staff didnt clean room on a 2 night stay
- 1/5
Ice maker on 3rd floor not working, room smelled like sweat and sheets smelled like feces Overall unprofessional staff and smells like crap everywhere you are will never be staying here again.
- 4/5
Maintenance quickly took care of clogged toilet.
- 4/5
I liked that it was conveniently next to a grocery store. I also liked that the rooms were spacious and appeared to be soundproof.
- 5/5
Absolutely a wonderful convenient location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Clean and quiet and the perfect hotel to stay if you cruise. Literally across the freeway from the cruise terminal. Depending on which side of the building your room is on you can look out of your window and see the cruise ship. Walking distance. Maybe 4/10ths of a mile straight line distance. This will be my go to hotel whenever I cruise out of Baltimore.
- 3/5
The bar was out of a lot of staple items both drinks and food options.
- 5/5
great
- 1/5
This is a very nice, clean and convenient hotel. The staff is usally nice and friendly however upon checking in the receptionist (Rya) was very rude, ignorant and unprofessional.
- 5/5
Very close to port!
- 5/5
Friendly service providers
- 5/5
McHenry Row is amazing. The hotel was within walki g distance to the cruise port which was convenient.
- 5/5
Didn’t have coffee available until 10. No drinking water in the room.
- 5/5
Loved the property and mangement. We had an extra early flight (landed at 730 am)and expected to be able to drop our luggage off. they had a room availabe and let us chexk in. Above and beyond. Made the rest of our stay ejoyable.
- 5/5
Convenient for cruise port
- 5/5
It was great but I left an item
- 2/5
In the room the TV is to the right of the bed. You cannot watch it while laying in the bed. Whoever designed the room and bath obviously had never used a bath or room designed this way.
- 3/5
The room was beautiful. Had hair in the shower. We had to wait 2 hours to get checked in because the front let every single room check out late. Check in starts at 3 we didn’t get in our room till 5. Front desk manager was rude and not clear to guests on what was going on. Gave us free water.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay that is close to the cruise port. Glad the one night parking in the garage is free since we are only here for one night.
- 1/5
Charged my card on file for incidentals even though I had already paid through Orbitz. Now not returning phone calls to rectify. Terrible customer service.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
My wife and I had an amazing time at this property. It is a nice place to get away for a weekend!
- 5/5
Great stay, room wasn’t ready at check in, but they made up for it when it came to parking.
- 3/5
The hotel is quite New and the sound proof is good. Decent size for the room. Two things we experienced during our stay: the bathroom is clean except there was a big area on the wallpaper behind the toilet having mysterious marks. Also, when we arrived at the hotel at 3, the room was not ready and we were told to come back after 30 minutes. But we loved to have a supermarket right next to the hotel.
- 4/5
The rooms need to be renovated. They're very dated.
- 5/5
Outstanding, customer service, great overall hotel experience. Enjoy the stay.
- 5/5
Great staff! Beautiful and clean room! No complaints!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast I had was unusually good. I will stay there again.
- 3/5
evening Bistro staff (only one person handled the crowd She was efficient, friendly, lovely compared to check-in Lady.
- 5/5
Very nice, will be staying again.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Thought at least coffee was supposed be available in the lobby in the morning, but no one was working there. Asked the guy at the check in desk and he went to make some for my wife. Wasn’t very good and wasn’t his job.
- 4/5
Great stay as always, but rooms and fixtures/furniture, etc. getting worn. Toilet seat was lose, toilet paper holder was not secure and kind of hanging, etc. Alao could swear that the beds were harder than I remember (have stayed here for 3 Memorial Day weekends).
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Great location. Not too far from Baltimore harbor - 10 minutes drive. The staff is great - I had actually dropped my wallet in the parking lot and had money in it. I didn’t realize until I drove far away from the hotel. Called one of the staff members at front desk and they went and found it for me and kept it safe. So the staff is trust worthy. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name who helped me but thank you 🙏
- 5/5
Great stay wonderful welcome upon arrival , large clean rooms. The breakfast is minimal but quality and Angel the lady that runs the breakfast bar is a beautiful person so caring and did a great job of our breakfast and made the best coffee we had in Baltimore. The check out process was also very pleasant. It’s with regret that I must say the overnight concierge young lady was less welcoming first thing in the morning, I had questions and she stated that she was new to the roll and had no idea was not what I wanted to be told and she certainly didn’t Instill much confidence in me . This experience was a vast contrast the rest of the staff and welcome. We thank those members.
- 5/5
Nice area and a newer hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Only thing I don’t like is they didn’t do housekeeping everyday.
- 5/5
This has been the best hotel stay I’ve been at in a while! Thank you for doing such a great job - it is truly appreciated! I’m looking forward to my work event again next year - I will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The property was in a safe location.
- 4/5
It is very close to where my daughter lives.

- 5/5
Great location. Very clean & quiet. Had a room next to elevator & it was quiet.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing and helped us take our luggage to our room. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The only complaint we have is the shower head. It feels like needles when the water hits you.
- 5/5
Convenient location for our stay in Baltimore.
- 5/5
Very friendly and efficient staff. Great neighborhood - quiet but good variety of restaurants within walking distance. Very close to downtown.
- 5/5
Easy parking, convenient, clean for the most part
- 5/5
Outstanding in every phase of hotel stay.. Everything was excellent.
- 4/5
Basics like a clean shower head and working toilet paper holder need attention. Half the shower head was clogged.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. Had a restaurant and covered parking. Very close to the cruise port
- 5/5
The girl that worked at the front desk the night we checked in help us out so much she went above and beyond what she needed and I really appreciate all that she did for us!!!
- 4/5
The wall in the bathroom was visibly dirty, the handle to the shower faucet kept falling off, pull out bed/couch was dirty.
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Nice sized room, very clean. Front desk staff personable and efficient. Close parking, nice Harris Teeter next door.
- 3/5
Fir a handicapped room it had black mold in the shower. Horrible!!
- 5/5
Ask for bath tub, room had tub with shower only
- 5/5
Great neighborhood. Harris Teeter next door. Very convenient.
- 4/5
Property is nice
- 5/5
McHenry Row is a short walk away from Fort street which is full of life.
- 3/5
We had 2 cars because we were traveling. Despite numerous open parking spots they refused to give us 2 passes and tried to charge us $50 for one night of parking. Outrageous.
- 4/5
No body wash in shower and beds are very hard
- 5/5
The only things we didn't like were the little square pillows that were like sleeping on a bag of marshmallows - no support at all. They are far too small. The open shower is something that I'm not fond of either - the cold draft during use is not comfortable. Having that big span of metal across the drain echoes every time water drips down on it.
- 5/5
Spent four days at the hotel during the holidays. Check in was smooth (got in early), self parking was a breeze in the adjacent garage, and the room was really clean. The woman who checked us in, whose name I didn't catch, was professional, friendly, and efficient.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean close to port

So I’ve stayed at this property before, but they had a skeleton crew for Thanksgiving. That was not happy to be there and it was not very customer service oriented. There wasn’t anything but coffee in the morning and our shower was not working for three days. It didn’t have medium water just super hot water and they kept saying they would fix it and they didn’t actually fix it and then they told me they couldn’t fix it cause it was there. They didn’t tell me that until the end of our day and they could’ve just moved us into another room. I’m still dealing with management to see if I can get some kind of credit for this, but they also were not happy with the fact that I booked the Pia. They said that is more difficult to provide any kind of help so that was kind of interesting too. It doesn’t seem like Marriott Likes people to use Expedia anymore
- 3/5
- 5/5
Great room with great staff. Location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of every meal from breakfast to dinner, as well as the grocery store.
- 4/5
Ok stay, did not like the shower being half glass, the coffee maker didnt work and cleaning the room was inconsistent
- 5/5
Always stay at Marriott Hotels. This one, staff was awesome! House keeping could definitely do a lot better. Loved the location.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times in recent years. I generally have had a good experience. This time, however, the room was a bit under par. While it seemed clean, the toilet didn’t flush and there were no facial tissues. The latter was not a big deal, but a flushing toilet is a necessity. Fortunately, we were only there one night.
- 2/5
I liked it was close to cruise terminal. I didnt lime that the thermos stat didnt work, the vent tin the bathroom didnt work, wasnt a lot of pmaces to go and eat at, and the condioner in the shower was about empty i didn't have enough for my hair when i took a shower in the morning
- 5/5
I just need my Stanley container shipped back to my home addresd please.
- 5/5
Nice property great location
- 5/5
We will be back!
- 5/5
This was out second stay here. We really enjoy the location which is just one exit away from our son’s school. There’s a Tesla supercharger in the complex, grocery store and dining options in the area. It’s really quiet and clean and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Short drive to several restaurants and safe.
- 3/5
Also, the day we were checking out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice, waking us up once.
- 5/5
One night stay, in late and out early, but a good quiet nights sleep.
- 5/5
Location was excellent, convenient and clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotels was beautiful and alot of food options on the grounds.
- 3/5
Front desk almost never available and some kind of rude even I'm a Bonvoy member
- 5/5
??
- 4/5
Awesome property with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Very safe area, yuppies with dogs everywhere.
- 1/5
Our check-in time was 3pm but our room was not available until 6pm, impacting our evening plans. The parking situation was inconvenient, as there were only a dozen or so parking spaces set aside for hotel guests.
- 5/5
Great.
- 3/5
The hotel room smelled once we checked in
- 5/5
Our room was clean and looked new. The food was good...one suggestion is to ensure you opt for theb$7 breakfast when you book
- 4/5
Great experience except for some guests think it is okay to smoke on premise in the courtyard despite it being a non-smoking hotel facility. Staff should be stricter.
- 5/5
Wonderful location. Walking distance to restaurants. Hotel was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 7. I had to leave for a race at 6:30. I asked for a voucher for my next trip, they said no. I asked if they had a banana or anything and she said no, they didn’t start breakfast yet. Usually hotels offer grab and go options. This would have been helpful
- 5/5
My stay at the CourtYard Marriott was beyond excellent from the front desk to checkout. Will recommend to anyone!!!
- 5/5
Rode our bikes to Reggae Rise Up 2024 and couldn’t have had a better experience. The coffee is kinda garbage though but there are plenty of options within a 30 second walk. Will return again
