Nothing It was dirty . Right from the moment I checked in the lobby counters were dirty, the rugs in the hallway nasty, the elevators, ice machine, the bathroom, tiles in the bathroom, I can keep going. You don’t need to be fancy but be clean! I did not shower because I couldn’t bring myself to step into that shower. The neighborhood not good.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
No breakfast available as advertised, never came to change bedding or given clean towels bedding had yellow stains. When asked for new bedding, staff member told me to take some and change bedding myself. Shower was filled with mildew.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but property has definitely gone down hill, since my last stay here!
- 5/5
7 minutes walk to the Inner Harbor. Great view from the "C" floor. The staff were incredible. The room was top notch. You can open the windows in your room. No recommendations.
- 2.5/5
Location and views during breakfast Not the newest; had to change rooms due to smell; tub had no grip at the bottom and my husband slipped and gashed his arm. Hotel didn’t care. Didn’t even cover the sharp soap dish that caused the gash; virtually no on street parking;
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
We had a corner room so we could see the harbor which my husband absolutely LOVES!!! Everything was great with the hotel. Very noisy street but that's to be expected in the city
- 4/5
I notice that the towel smell bad, and tke water in the sink and bath tub drain slow or weak

We nicknamed it the Murder Hotel because we were unsure we would survive, only stayed 1 night and checked out a day early to go to a safer hotel, unsavory people all around outside, we didn’t dare walk 200 feet to get our food so we had it delivered but when we were waiting we were approached by several people who acted strangely. The elevator was in disrepair and our door to our suite had to be body slammed to open or shut, we were afraid the lock wouldn’t work either, the shower had mold, the lamp was broken, lights flickered, the fridge shelf was broken, microwave sounded possessed! Walls and floors were dirty.
- 2/5
The place was filthy, carpets in the halls not vacuumed, broken ice machine in a filthy closet, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, scary black mold in the bathroom, elevator walls peeling, and the lobby smelled like mothballs. Breakfast was not ready when they said it would be.
- 1/5
I read the other reviews after booking so was prepared for low standards but it was still shockingly bad, the worst I have stayed at. Avoid room 903 at all costs. The window in the bedroom is broken and we could hear every little noise in the street outside all night. Dirt bikes driven in this area all night are a problem, and the sirens chasing them. Lots of fights and arguments in the street below. We let reception know but they said nothing and didn’t come to check it out. We stayed 3 nights and did not have room service once’s, we had to bed at the reception for towels every day, the ones we originally had were badly stained. When we asked for fresh ones the guy on reception begrudgingly gave us two. When I asked for more he said to come back in the morning and he would give me another. The smell throughout the hotel is awful, so bad you had to hold your breath going through the lobby. The hallways stunk of weed which drifted into your room when you opened the door. Rooms were mismatched poorly functioning furniture, peeling paint and the bath didn’t drain so it was always disgusting. I had brought some cleaning supplies but didn’t expect to be cleaning baths each day of our trip and using wet towels when I had a shower. Carpets throughout the hotel had dirt sitting on them for days, the elevator was always dirty and only one works. There is for sure no effort going into cleaning and maintenance

I don't know where this picture was taken because it does not look anything like that.. Lets just say is was average. a great location from the harbor but def run down.

Room was clean including the shower. Air conditioning worked well just made a rattle sound as it would turn on. View of city/harbor was nice but windows super thin and could hear EVERYTHING. From horns to car music thumping, arguments that you could practically pick out every word. Room was great but sleeping was super hard on a Friday night until 4am.
- 2/5
Very dated, and in poor condition.

I could not even stay there I walked into the hotel room and walked right out and went back downstairs and asked for a refund. There were mothballs on the counter at the place smelled like crap. There was no lock on the door it was broken. The offer to put me in a better room, but there was no way I could stay there. It was so disgustingly dirty. They told me they would give me a full refund and Booking.com cannot get a hold of them. They just are not available. They still owe me $160 because they only gave me a partial refund after telling me they would refund me in full, I never even stayed there. I walked in and I walked out and I actually pulled my luggage a mile over cobblestone streets to find my next hotel because I was so upset that that one did not look at all like it’s pictures.

Nothing All the property
- 4.5/5
Location was great and view out the window was great. Television is on the wall right in front of the bed. Amenities in hotel were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevators nice the tiles in the shower looked like they needed cleaning.. but it may have been just build up and stains even though they were clean
- 1/5
The location was near the Inner Harbor but the area didn’t feel safe. Baltimore is a nice city but this hotel was a terrible choice.
- 3/5
We stayed here for four nights. We wanted somewhere affordable and in Downtown Baltimore, and we got what we paid for. The hotel is fine, but be aware that it's not great and the photos are a little deceptive. The staff was nice, and check-in was very smooth. However, the lobby had an odd smell that bothered me because I have a sensitive nose. We had a suite with a sofa bed. It was fairly spacious given the price. But the towels had brown stains. The mattress of the sofa bed also had stains. There was also no bed linen, so I had to ask the front desk. They only gave me a fitted sheet. Everything else was clean, except the bathtub. One of the elevators was not working most of the time, and when it was, some guests warned me that it was getting stuck. Overall, for the price, this place wasn't as bad as most reviews make it seem. But it's better suited for a short stay and for those who don't mind a bit rougher accommodation that could do with a refurbishment. Not suitable for families.

Did not match photos at all was in terrible shape cancelled our reservations it was so bad and got another hotel
- 2/5
Room was not clean dirty towel left in the bathroom, ice machine not working, bedroom tv not working, only one elevator working
- 2/5
Bring earplugs! This seems to be a party hotel; the guests in the neighboring room loudly arrived at 3:30 am and partied and smoked until I left. The room was clean, but it showed a lot of wear. Location is great, just steps from the Inner Harbor. I won't stay here again.
- 1/5
Room's AC did not work so we were given a different room, the hotel is dirty and nothing like the pictures. One day, both elevators did not work - they were working on them and only got one to work. The elevator sounded like a roller coaster every time it moved. Staff tried... but the hotel was def not what we were expecting my the pictures. We will not be back to Baltimore.
- 1/5
Hotel ruined, no good breakfast, dirty, ugly all, and no hot water
- 3/5
The bathtubs are slippery with no rails. Tv channels are not good. There was a mattress pad used as a blanket.
- 5/5
Staff was great, rooms were a bit outdated, bathroom was a bit grimy and my room had a few faulty light bulbs. Overall still had a good stay
- 1/5
Horrible experience in this hotel. They haven't done anything to the rooms in 30 years. Ugly, rusty, bathtub was full of rust and fungus. My kids didn't want to shower there. This kind of hotels shouldn't be listed on expedia.
- 3/5
Now on the rooms: the “upgrade” to a suite was not so much an upgrade. I got put on a corner right in front of a 24/7 LED billboard and on one of the noisiest corners in Baltimore. I heard everyone and everything at all hours. They didn’t have sound proof windows it’s curtains which would’ve helped. I found silver hair in my bathroom. Luckily I travel with Lysol, but that was just nasty. The floors were sticky so I wore socks the whole time. The room smelled like maple syrup which is not synonymous with cleaning products. I was there for a quick work trip and expected better.
- 1/5
Bed was at least clean, room was falling apart, found multiple bugs wandering around, hotel smelt, shower curtain was moldy and the shower wasn’t sealed so it leaked into the room. You get what you pay for i guess
- 3/5
Lobby was nice, AC was strong, and staff was friendly. Room was in shambles when checking in, no linens, sink was broken, shower was barely functional.
- 2/5
The hotel wasn’t very clean.
- 5/5
Everything good
- 2/5
Small room and bed. Mattress was terrible and old. Hotel has seen better days. Strong smell of cleaners trying to cover up smells. Location is ok.
- 1/5
Very very old. Internet never worked and when we asked the reason they said its your device problem. They didn’t even try to fix it. Breakfast is terrible . Never book this hotel again.
- 5/5
Stag was very friendly, breakfast was decent, great location and price
- 2/5
The room that was given to us was not cleaned when we entered . WE were then given another bigger room at no extra charge ,but the toilet was not working properly, and had to be fixed . On the positive side the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful .
- 2/5
The location
- 4/5
Great location. It is an older building that has the issues an older building has. Rooms had a bedroom and a living area and are big. The bed was comfortable and the furniture functional. There can be noisy traffic at night and there are several 24 hour convenience store options nearby.
- 2/5
Dirty shower, small bathroom. Bed not that comfortable. But, excellent location.
- 1/5
Parking across the street expensive at $46 daily. Rooms are old and walls thin. Bfast was very limited and juice machine was broken. Smelled like weed throughout entrance and bldg smells alternated between smelling like weed or sewer. Sheets also had a weird smell. Shower curtain would not stay put so the whole bathroom would get soaked during a shower.
- 2/5
Don't be fooled by the brightly colored lobby image. This felt like a bait and switch.
- 2/5
It was kind of gross and smell bad. Beds were not comfy and the elevator was sketchy
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable. Great location. Nothing fancy.
- 2/5
Not much to review, property is not well maintained, poor air conditioning, breakfast options are worth skipping, only one elevator works, furniture and fixtures past their life span. The only thing that was worth mentioning is the staff was helpful.
- 4/5
I'm not sure if the ac was working right or not but the hotel is close to the convention center and not horrible. There is a slightly rougher element at and around the hotel on weekends but that doesn't bother me but it may if you have young kids or not used to big cities. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Dirty, dated, elevators not working. Breakfast looked scary.
- 1/5
We checked in and immediately felt the heat and smell coming from the lobby. I thought maybe the ac was out in the lobby no big deal. We check in I go to check the room the temperature is 85 degrees in the room I go to change the thermostat and it’s barely holding on to the wall. I hit the button to 65 degrees because it’s all it would go and head down to my car to collect my bags hoping to come back to a semi temperature room. Well nope apparently he watched every last one of us going to this concert check into this hotel with no warning of the fact that the air conditioning is out in the entire hotel. Everyone was coming to the lobby with the same complaint. It was 84 degrees out and the rooms felt like 100. I go back down he tells me I will send maintenance well I find out the next morning mind you the “maintenance” man was also the cook the next morning in our breakfast area. They lied to us promising to send up fans I am asthmatic and had to sleep with windows open in the heat all night I woke up so dizzy over night and thirsty. The comforter had yellow stains from god knows what. The iron wire was taped on to hold the wire up. I was afraid of using it. I had to be dressed and ready for my concert within a hour and a half so I had no time for finding another hotel. 0/10 will never ever go back.
- 1/5
Lobby had a weird smell, sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned, toilet had trouble flushing, and worst of all is that the elevator was broken almost our ENTIRE TIME THERE!
- 1/5
Air conditioning did not work i was there two days and it was miserable sleeping ! Was told maintenance was working on it! Only one side of the elevator worked ! Wasn’t able to get extra wash clothes and towels said I had to be there for awhile and was told this not a five hotel ! Fridge was leaking ! Toilet seat was loose ! Tub would stop up while talking a shower ! Room was located next to a crack alley could barely sleep ! This was one the worst experience I had at any hotel in my life!
- 1/5
It’s just a unprofessional unsanitary hotel in all and will never come back again because of my past experience
- 1/5
No air conditioning
- 1/5
We didn't stay.
- 2/5
Did not have pets, do not drink.
- 1/5
No AC and it was very hot and uncomfortable
- 1/5
Nothing worked, the bathrooms were terrible with painted over drain and just not in a great condition, nor a great area. But nothing else was available…
- 2/5
All okay except for being charged an additional 100 dollars post turning door keys in. Of course on the road home when discovered via my bank account. Nothing was alluded to about additional charges when checking in and out. Impossible to get in touch with front desk to contest. Will never go there or use this resource ever again. Nothing but robbed ever went in Baltimore.
- 5/5
None
- 1/5
I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs! Elevator broken. What a ghetto plsace
- 1/5
There was an huge gap at the bottom of the door so a lot of the outside noise was coming into the room. The toilet seat was broken. Air vents were filthy
- 3/5
Downstairs smells like fish
- 1/5
I had a terrible experience daily with with this company. I will never use Expedia again
- 3/5
The room was spacious and had good climate control, but the sink leaked all day and night. Also, the floor is just vinyl and it wasn't swept well before my checkin.
- 1/5
This hotel is nothing like the pictures or any comfort inn I’ve ever stayed at. We had to go here after another hotel didn’t work out and it was nothing like we thought it would be. The hotel feels like an old apartment complex. We paid for a king bed but arrived to a queen and no other rooms available. The area felt dangerous and the windows are so thin that we could hear every noisey ambulance and truck that went by all night. And also the loud groups of teenagers gathering and fighting at the subway across the street for hours. The bathroom and showers were unclean. The room had one hand towel in it when we arrived and the bath towels we had to go down and get ended up having stains on them. I just wouldn’t recommend staying here.
- 1/5
Elevators made a lot of noise and, unfortunately, were just outside my room. The floor buttons didn't light up so it was hard to know if the elevator would stop at the correct floor. Water temp in shower not hot enough. One high note: a waffle maker for breakfast!
- 3/5
The room was clean but poorly furnished (barely any furniture in one room). And the ight switch’s didn’t work. Still, it was clean and well tended. Very loud street noise - both ambulances and rowdy patrons across the street. Front desk guy slow-moving and on his own when both phones and check-ins needed him.
- 3/5
They had signs up saying you had a curfew for guests and would be fined $50 if caught after curfew. We are grown and this was ridiculous. I was stuck on the elevator that had no sign it was out of order for almost half an hour before someone came.
- 2/5
The bathroom tub was not clean & no additional bedding was available. Be aware that there is no staff available after 10:30pm & no visitors are allowed after 10:30pm. Will be fined $50 per visitor. Be advised that breakfast is located on the top floor - we only found out because the elevator was broken and had to go to the top before it went to the bottom. Staff did not disclose at check in.
- 5/5
Nice and convenient!
- 5/5
They had green tea all day and night with hot water. The breakfast as a vegan was very good bagels, fresh fruit. The location of the breakfast was an amazing upper floor with a nice view of the harbor. The location is a close walk to the harbor. The staff was very good. The only thing that someone may have an issue with is the hall carpet needed cleaning.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. The towel had a cigarette burn. The bathtub was also dirty. I smelled cigarette smoke. It was loud and there was people in and out. I was so disappointed, scared and uncomfortable.
- 1/5
I didn’t have a chair in my room like the photo
- 2/5
Staff was lacking, toilet leaking in first room and room that we were switched to
- 1/5
The hotel smelled moldy. The toilet ran after every flush. I had to wait a while and jiggle the handle to get it to stop. The bath tub had a slow drain and it was almost impossible to set the water temperature. The heater rumbled. The hotel posted a sign stating guest needed to be out of the building by 10:30pm or a $50 charge would be added which wasn’t stated when I booked the room. One of the elevators repeatedly got stuck on the fourth floor on which I was staying which caused me to have to take the stairs to 3 or 5 to catch the elevator.
- 1/5
The staff wasn't friendly at all! The room was very outdated. I booked a queen suite. The first room only had this small couch a very big table. The bed in made noise everytime i moved. The water in the tub wouldn't go down when i showered, the heater and bathroom vent made noise all the time. It was horrible.
- 1/5
If I could give no stars I would. We reserved a 2 day stay. The lobby smells like urine. When we got off the elevator the hall spelled like marijuana. My room was dirty and smelled. I requested another room. The second room appeared to be better but when I pulled the sofa bed out it was all kind of trash and dirt everywhere. It was so late we couldn’t find another hotel. We could not cancel the second day. We took the list in the money for the second day and went to stay in another hotel. Do yourself a favor and not even look at this hotel. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We didn’t even take our cloths off. That’s how disgusting this hotel is.
- 4/5
Everything were good for that price
- 5/5
Nice Experience, highly met expectations
- 2/5
Seemed like they are lacking basic maintenance and the hotel in its entirety had a generally unclean feel and smell.
- 2/5
The room was freezing cold no different than outside, the heat in my room wasn’t working, maintenance was not there so they gave me a small space heater which you only felt a little if you standing directly in front of it. Also house keeping did not come to my room, seen them on my floor more than once and had to ask the front desk for towels just to be told there weren’t any. I couldn’t believe my ears. The breakfast area was not very maintained, no one was cleaning up behind the guests. Crumbs left on tables, stains on chairs. Was there for my birthday and was not pleased
- 1/5
Bed dirty
- 1/5
amenities pathetic. Don’t try to save a buck and stay here - i promise you’ll regret it
- 1/5
front desk couldn't help us where to parking our car
- 5/5
staff was very helpful and pleasant
- 2/5
Pillow top for the fold out bed was disgusting - there was a random pill and dirt of something. They had no replacements. The remote for the tv in the bedroom did not work. The coffee station downstairs never had any coffee.
- 1/5
Refused check in.
- 2/5
The staff was amazing but the hotel itself was dirty , broken remotes, broken light , no shampoo, clicking loud heater in room. The ENTIRE hotel smelled like Fabuloso … just awful
- 3/5
Room was clean, but it needs maintenance the rest of the hotel was nice. The staff was cordial. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
The toilet flooded the first room. They wanted to clean the room but we requested a different room. They gave us the room immediately underneath the room with the flooded toilet. The second room toilet flooded when 3 pieces of toilet paper were disposed of at one time. The bathtub tile needed to be re-caulked. The room smelled of mildew. The front lobby needed cleaning. The continental breakfast was barely that, with a "guard" standing watch to prohibit ANY food from leaving the breakfast room, including uneaten food or something you wanted to bring to someone who was sleeping late. My 2 year old grandson did not finish his food and they prohibited us from taking the uneaten portion. And the signage on every floor that you will be charged if your guests stay after 10:30 pm. A no class, low class operation. However, the price was cheap. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Terrible cigarette odor in the room. Very limited breakfast, specially eggs and sausages not attractive. Bathroom tub didn’t look properly clean.
- 4/5
Room were clean
- 3/5
Location was great; Breakfast was also good. But the amenities need some improvement. It will also be great if they have a bag storage room for those who arrived early or those who need to leave later instead of dragging their luggage in the city.
- 4/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Roomy room. Clean.
- 1/5
truly horrible. My room was dirty, old and just in bad shape. TV in bedroom didn't work, floor all scratched. Something in the toilet. Bath towels with yellow stains all over. Just horrible.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room in a very good location for my business trip. Seemed as safe as it could be for Baltimore. Convenient parking garage across the street. Staff was friendly, check in and departure quick and easy.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
water was in the floors, we had to walk to the 2nd floor through a dilapidated area then take the elevator, mold, shower tub is a health hazard, man at the front desk coughed right in my face and I had to ask hi to cover his damn mouth and his breath stink. poor conditions
- 2/5
Worrying this truly from all the others writings about this hotel previously showed me no one really cares. This place is like Walmart people only keep going because it's cheapand a block from the Inner Harbour. The intake person a man a little on the bigger side was great told me about the $200 holding fee for incidentals which could be card or cash as any other way may take forever to get back. Went here for a older child's birthday so rooms were next to each other, that was great. Im a Mom with 10 month old in my room a room of 16 yr olds next door. I breast feed so laid baby on pillow and fed her after done sat same pillow down and noticed something crawling on it, DAMN IF IT WASN'T A BED BUG.......SMH! Luckily my bags were on the table only me and baby had been on bed with our clothes on. Called immediately to front office they gave me a different room on another floor, I was terrified until i left next day checking everywhere. The next morning had a quick breakfast have to say it was OK an then we left. Would i ever go back and would i recommend it, I won't be going back, but going is up to your discretion.
- 5/5
Overall a nice place within walking distance to the harbor
- 3/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Staff was courteous rooms left something to be desired. Seemed to be trying to update the room we were in. Painters tape around lights in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Ver clean room. staff were hard working and friendly
- 3/5
Elevators did not work all the time. Condiments for coffee/tea few. Location is great. Needs updating
- 1/5
Breakfast was fine. Juice machine wasn’t working but service was fine.
- 1/5
Our first room had no heat. They offered to bring us portable heaters. Clearly that indicates that this is an ongoing issue. Our next room smelled like smoke in a non smoking hotel. The elevators took forever and sounded like they were going to stop working.
- 5/5
It was nice and comfortable stay
- 3/5
Staff is nice but hotel is not what I expected. Sheets for sofa bed were missing, and then stained when I received them. Toilet not really cleaned, and ceilings really low. Not worth the price I paid.
- 1/5
No toilet paper in bathroom, room was cold, the heating sucks, doesn’t get warm/hot, there was no trashcan to put trash in. Toilet didn’t even flush all the way, you have to hold the handle very long and flush multiple times to get the toilet to flush. Bathtub wasn’t clean, dingy dirt rings and stains still on floor of the tub. SMH will not be booking that hotel again. It’s like they are just lazy and just don’t care about the condition of their rooms for guests. Like how is there no toilet paper in room before guests even arrive. Not professional at all!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, very accommodating and great location regarding walking distance to to inner harbor.
- 1/5
DO NOT BOOK!! I showed up to closed doors with someone hesitant to letting me in and told me that the hotel is closed due to construction (I believe a water break) and not to worry, I wouldn’t be charged. I paid in full months before and received absolutely no communication from the hotel or Orbitz. Took four days of back and forth terrible communication from Orbitz to finally get a refund. Even if the hotel is up and running, DO NOT BOOK. The water main break happened weeks before my arrival and no communication. Shady. Lucky I was able to get there early enough in my stay to find a new hotel.
- 1/5
The hotel is closed and I told Expedia multiple times. I am claiming a case with my credit card since it was fully paid.
- 1/5
I didn’t not stay at comfort Inn because the hotel was closed! I did not find out the hotel was closed until I geor there to check-in and the hotel doors were locked with a sign stating they were under construction.
- 1/5
Do not book at this property. It is not open and the site looks like it has been gutted both inside and outside. I booked and went to the hotel and found it this way. It looks like it has been closed for a long time and Expedia is currently trying to get me a refund. Me and my boyfriend had to go to multiple other hotels to find somewhere to stay and spent an additional 300 for a room.
- 1/5
Arrived to check in and to our surprise, the hotel was closed due to a leaking water pipe that happened a week earlier. No communication was given that the hotel would not be available for stay and no concern was shown to the inconvenience that it caused. The owners are incompetent and do not care about their customers.
- 1/5
I couldn’t even get into the property. I rang the doorbell and nobody came. Eventually homeless people started asking me for money. I was stranded in Baltimore for the night. How do I get my money back? Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Comfortable room and bed, great location, breakfast, front desk helpful. Would stay there again. A little chilly in lobby, but it was cold outside.
- 1/5
Literally probably the most unsatisfying hotel stay i have ever experienced. From the quality of the hotel to the room and it's not even close to what is displayed on the hotels.com website. Truly disappointed, unfortunately most of the hotels in the area were sold out due to an event.
- 5/5
Close to the Harbor,
- 4/5
It's always cold in here. Ice machine is broken. But Great breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient and cheap. Always my go to emergency spot.
- 4/5
Didn't stay. Upgraded my stay to a hotel with better reviews, for about the same price.
- 3/5
Location is Amazing..
- 3/5
Hotel need to be 100% updated. Need new mattress. Taller toilet. New carpet in the hallway. One elevator was working. Breakfast not good.
- 1/5
The breakfast area was extremely cold every day, the staff is kind but the hotel and its services are not good at all

The breakfast needs to have a little more effort, including keeping the food warm. The elevator was janky & broken. The carpets throughout were dirty. Both ice machines were broken and very dirty. The bathrooms are very small and the toilet is unusually low to the ground, almost like a kids toilet, lol. Our bathroom shower had a hole in the ceiling. The best part of our stay was the cookies, fruit & coffee in the entrance lounge.
- 1/5
The room was very cold and noisy
- 4/5
We loved this hotel! Very big and spacious, nice size tvs as well included. The only thing we did not like was the loose toilet that wobbled when we sat down on it.
- 2/5
Facility was in bad shape for some rooms though.
- 1/5
The room was smelly and the bathroom tap was leaking .
- 2/5
Property was outdated, worn, and dirty, especially the bathroom and the carpets. The staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy.
- 1/5
The TV fell off the wall. Poorly mounted. Cracks in the bathroom floor. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the housekeeping manager said the water was off. The shower wasn’t working properly.
- 1/5
Still awaiting email confirmation of refund from manager. And refund confirmation from Orbitz.
- 1/5
Very bad experience. Will not stay here again. Security spent 30-45 mins screaming/banging on neighboring door at 2:30am. Once customer was kicked out of hotel, allowed customer to yell/scream outside for over an hour. Did not get any sleep, ended up leaving in the early am. Worst experience in recent memory.
- 1/5
HORRIBLE!!! Worst hotel ever. Freezing cold in room. Took two days to get warm!! TV service ridiculous..............TV in living area had limited viewing. TV in bedroom had no sound on MOST channels. Contacted desk multiple times with no response.
- 3/5
Well located, but building is old and shows the signs. Parking is a pain, but I guess that's a function of the location. We were unable to find a stairwell that led to the lobby. The only ones we found led to emergency exit doors
- 4/5
The rooms need a lot of TLC! The floors were were dusty and lifting, shower curtain had collapsed and the curtains resulting to water spreading all over the floor.
- 5/5
My trip was for business. I had a meeting with an important person through a Zoom call, and everything was adequate during my stay at Comfort Inn.
- 4/5
1st room bed was broken. Second room door would not stay closed or lock and water leaking under lvp from one end of bedroom to other. When you walked on the floor water came out from under the pkanks.
- 4/5
This was my first time in a while staying at a hotel. The last time I stayed at a hotel was back in 2015. Regardless, things were relatively easy to comprehend. Staff could be more jovial, but I learned not to expect too much from people anymore. Overall, not a bad stay for my first time at this establishment. I have another stay booked for next week. I need my time extended to 12:00 PM because of a meeting that's in a different time zone.
- 1/5
No hear. Room was cold. I had to get the space heater from the receptionist downstairs in the lobby. Had to change rooms because the tv wasn’t working. In either of the rooms as I found out later. Rooms and hotel look NOTHING like the pictures on their advertisement. Smelled like weed on every floor I was on. Wouldn’t spend my $100 to sleep there again. Remember the old saying - you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
They have no heat There shower water is cold There lights are conking out and old the bathroom was very small , the staff very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend did not like my stay don’t go here yall
- 5/5
Very good place to stay and super clean
- 2/5
The linens were clean, the front desk lady was nice, but the bathtub was disgusting. It needs renovating. The bathroom needs work. The floor was gross throughout the unit. I’m glad I showered before I came because I wasn’t going to shower in that tub. The bed was decent but the bedroom curtains could use better light blocking material. The walls of the bedroom need repairing; lots of dings, and missing paint. The inside of the elevator smelled like smoke and was really old with peeling paint everywhere. I checked in around 9pm and no one was at the front desk so I tried walking around because the sliding door was locked. Might want to put a sign to let people know they have to wait to get into the lobby if no one is at the front desk. I’m glad I only booked one night stay because I do not plan on staying there again.
- 4/5
The Lady at the front desk Keshia was very nice and professional, I like her personality. She did an awesome job.
- 1/5
I’m not a hotel snob by any stretch, I slept in the dirt in Afghanistan. This hotel was disgusting, the second I walked in it smelled like “a plant” in the lobby. The elevator is in shambles. The room had actual holes in the wall behind the toilet, mold in the shower, baseboards missing and the sheets smelled absolutely foul. I checked out immediately.
- 2/5
I loved the location of the property however the property itself needs renovating entirely. It is rundown. The room size was great however again it was dirty and rundown. The shower was nasty. The property reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. I would have rated the staff and service higher however we had an issue with hot water that first night and when we called down (using our cellphones as there is no in room phone) the person who answered told us to “let the water run” then hung up. We had tried that step prior to calling. I just don’t think that is how you should speak to guests. On a brighter note, the next time we called down about the hot water (we had zero) a different receptionist was more helpful and put in a ticket and maintenance fixed the issue a couple of hours later. All in all I did not enjoy my stay, I would never return, and I would warn others away from this property.
- 1/5
The pictures are deceiving, literally holes in the wall in in the elevator as soon as you come in the room is so outdated like the thermostat was hanging off the wall. There were chips and holes in the shower in the bathroom. Everything just was so old the hallways were like outdated rugs. I wanted to leave so bad but we were only there for literally a couple hours to get rest and I couldn’t wait until the sun came up to check out we left literally at the crack of dawn don’t fall for the price or the pictures. Please go somewhere else if you want a great night sleep and a clean hotel. I will say the woman receptionist was really nice and welcoming. That was the only thing I can say that was great about this hotel.
- 3/5
The up keep of the rooms are pretty old , like paint chipping in the bathrooms . Also the flies in the bathroom bothered me .
- 2/5
like they were never clean. Our bathroom’s vanity was falling to pieces, the caulking of the bath tub and sink were full of mold. Breakfast was all in paper plates, glasses, etc. We had muffins that were frozen solid. The clerk at the desk when we arrived was so unfriendly she hardly talked to us. Only good thing were the mattresses. But one of the beds was above a platform that was crushing and making a lot of noise. We thought it was going to break. The “decor” was non-existent
- 3/5
Broken items in the room, outdated, not very clean
- 4/5
Breakfast included, great options for all. Outdated rooms but did the job!
- 5/5
Bkft view on top floor was very nice.
- 1/5
Room was disgusting and in awful condition.
- 1/5
Arrived to check in at 3:45. Was told to wait a couple minutes by a gentleman. 15 minutes pass and I hear a woman working here arguing with customers because they were here at 2:30 to check in and check in isn’t until 3. It was after 4 and still no rooms available. She was telling people how they cant expect a room after being sold out last night. I never got in my room until almost 5. Will never stay again.
- 4/5
Old and outdated. Mattress rolled into the middle. Floor was dirty.
- 5/5
Would stay there again 👍

Place needs to be updated starting with the elevators
- 4/5
Good value for your money
- 3/5
it got the job done but I would say the place needs some attention to detail. there are several cosmetic opportunities for the site as a whole. the entry way, the elevators, the hallway, the room. the facility just seems like it needs a makeover and some utility updates.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Walking distance to M and T Stadium
- 1/5
This place is trash. Don’t go. Several of the pictures are not even from the hotel.
- 4/5
The elevator was scary
- 3/5
The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel in years! What's with the hard bed trend? Not here, fell asleep immediately even with the low battery smoke detector in the hall. The hotel was clean and pest free, but the bathroom needed a serious makeover. The tub was squishy, parts of the wall were missing, and there was mold on the walls. But that water pressure! Best lower back massage, and it wasn't even detachable. Rinsed my conditioner in seconds!
- 2/5
Old, loud, inconvenient parking arrangement, and indifferent staff
- 1/5
Clean enough to sleep one night but wouldn’t do more than that.
- 1/5
Our stay was for a friends wedding. With a scheduled check in time of 3pm we had a ride set up for 4:45. When we arrived the hotels system was down so we were unable to check in. We tried to wait it out. But after over 1 hour of waiting it was still not resolved. My wife and I had to get ready in the lobby and put all our stuff back in the car to make the wedding in time. Thankfully when the night was over. We were able to get into our room
- 3/5
It’s a good enough spot to get some sleep. It’s not the nicest hotel you’ll find, it’s a bit out dated. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the top floor for feee breakfast is wonderful.
- 4/5
Older property but our room seemed to be updated recently. Great for price and location
- 1/5
The rooms here are terrible, outdated, filthy and the customer service was just as terrible as the rooms. Will not be back and possible never again at the comfort inn.
- 2/5
Not what I expected and would never stay again.
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty No cart for your luggage They had no towel's and washcloths in the building according to the front desk and we had to go to Walmart to purchase so we could shower Paid $40 for parking Staff rude
- 2/5
The place needs some attention and TLC. The walls are scuffed, only 1 elevator working, premises are worn and pretty beat up. Our room was sort of clean, if you ignore the Cheeto under the desk and the mold in the shower. We choose to NOT shower. Water stains on sink. But at least the sink had been scrubbed and the beds had clean pillow cases. Reminded me of a cheap European hostel, rather than a $200/night hotel. Overall, we found most of Baltimore VERY overpriced.
- 2/5
This hotel is long overdue for a refresh. Stained carpet in the halls, outside doors that are broken, coffee machine in the lobby broken, the bathroom was nasty. Water damaged walls, mold, outdated. Extremely sorry I booked this hotel for a special weekend away with my daughters. I would never go back.
- 4/5
Pleasant experience here. Really good complimentary breakfast, great friendly staff. Bit of a stale order in the halls but a minor issue. Would stay again.
- 2/5
We had no hot water, they changed our room and we still had no hot water. They did something so we did get to shower BUT only once in a 3 day span. The front desk clerk ( morning clerk) was not very professional nor understanding about this.
- 2/5
Sink was cracked. There was a drug vial in the closet (that wasn’t an actual closet), hit my head a few times being that the interior doorway was low. Drawers in bathroom broken. Seems like they are trying to make it better, just hasn’t happened yet. Front desk staff not the most knowledgeable people, but very nice. Breakfast was not great.
- 3/5
1) parking and check-in: it was very difficult to find where we needed to pull in and we drive around for 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to ask for help. 2) Cleanliness in common areas: the lobby was beautiful. The elevator and Cloud lounge could use some TLC. The elevator had the same trash and dirt in the morning we saw the night we checked and and the floors in the cloud lounge were sticky, the serving utensils were laid on the counters instead of holders, and the refrigerator with the eggs, milk, and yogurt was leaking and the food to the front was warm. All in all, the stay was functional, well located, and the room was comfortable. We will most likley be back when have a quick ovwrnight.
- 4/5
It was fine. Not much in terms of amenities and the price was a little high.
- 3/5
The bad side is that the hotel is not in good shape. Not clean (we found a bottle under our bed), the mattress is dead, the cooling device is old and make so much noise that we had to stop it during night, bad widows, quite noisy because of the street on evenings, poor breakfast choice.
- 2/5
The hotel is dated(meaning it hasn’t upgraded in a while) the bathroom furniture is old and the wood chipping. The refrigerator was unsteady so your items tipped over. The tvs posted scrambled or no signal all week we were there. And the complimentary breakfast was unattended and felt unsafe. We booked and stayed but will never book again
- 2/5
This hotel is in desperate need of sone repairs. Toilet was loose and leaking. Shower head and faucet need to be replaced as they were very hard to adjust or operate, caulking turning black, tiles cracked, ... in general a major bathroom reno
- 1/5
The staff was very unfriendly and I couldn’t hear her and when asked what she said she got an attitude. Got into the room and it was very run down - fixtures were hanging off the wall. Bathroom had bugs.
- 5/5
Very caring people, was there if we need anything! Definitely will be going there again
- 5/5
Near the harbor very clean
- 1/5
Cons: unfortunately more than 1. The hotel is really out of shape. Paint peeling. Floorboards in room were popping up, floor in room very dirty, unloading and loading is very congested and inconvenient. Breakfast was not good, had to keep asking for things to be replenished and it was not busy. the room for breakfast was messy and extremely warm (87 degrees). I asked several questions of front desk, all very basic and they seem incredibly unknowlegeable about the area. Could not make basic suggestions or give directions. Elevator had holes and gaps and peeling paint and something gross on the wall. Very disappointed for a $300/ night property I expect more.
- 2/5
Not much actually it was a downer
- 2/5
We weren’t told in advance that the hotel gave a discounted parking rate so we’d already parked, then paid by app, then had to pull out of the lot, pay $5, and pull back in with the new rate. What should have saved us $10 only saved us $5, so if you go here, definitely go in to the lobby before parking. We also had to ask about the parking; we weren’t informed until we asked, and signs were unclear that “maximum” rates reset at 4am so if you come in at 3am and leave at 5am, for example, you’ll be charged $32 whatever extra time you stayed after 4am. (This is not the hotel’s parking deck, but the parking was not made clear by the hotel at all.). It was a clean enough hotel to stay a night, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
- 2/5
We reserved a suite and there was only 1 trash can in the suite. The elevator had \holes in it. The adjacent room guest was smoking so much weed smoking that housekeeping reported it to management. Lessoned learned, sometimes it's not worth the special rates. Parking was an additional $105 for a day and a half.
- 4/5
Breakfast was very good. Elevator need improvement.
- 2/5
The hotel lobby and breakfast was great! However, the rooms require updating. A lot.
- 1/5
There was a party going on in the room next door until the early morning. The air in my room stopped working and we had to move rooms on our second night. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave me a cot for the second bed instead. I was told that a manager would speak to me to compensate the room difference. I haven’t received a call and when I call the hotel, I’m told that the manager is not available.
- 1/5
My confirmation said cruise port shuttle with surcharge no shuttle but check in said they would call some one in morning morning clerk said no transportation to cruise port but handed me a card for a car service he was a no show, an hour later desk clerk called for Uber driver and paid. For it, we gave him the money plus a tip half way to cruise port he cancelled Uber we had to pay driver again

Horrific! Shame on anyone for recommending this place!
- 3/5
Upon my arrival, I noticed the stark difference between the online photos & the actual presentation at the hotel. The hotel lobby is poorly kept, carpeting filthy, seats dirty with holes, walls etc (something that is easily fixed with daily cleaning & updates)merely in my eyes cosmetic work that can be done to present a better hotel. I was afraid to stay, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, however i had an unforeseen situation and inquired to shorten my stay, the hotel staff on duty said it was out of there hands because of the 3rd party booking.. and said it was up to them. I spoke to them and they quickly called the hotel and they spoke briefly of my request & transferred it to manager on duty .. the manager would not allow me to reduce my stay to 1day but said I must stay on for 2 days because of the agreement with hotels.com. Which is not what hotel com told me they said it was up to the hotel. Either way, we stayed and the room was tiny, and the blankets were dirty, I was afraid to touch or even shower.. I was so disgusted , when I went to the front desk there was a line of complaining guests , one in particular had blood on her sheets. I felt bad because the guy at the front desk was met with these embarrassing complaints and I know it wasn’t his fault, he was pleasant , tried to have them clean the areas I pointed out and quickly changed my room, it was better than the first but , honestly it could be better if properly managed and cleaned up.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, with stains on the bed and dressers. The shower was disgusting, old and parts of the ceiling were coming off. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
The staff has no knowledge of customer service the hotel lobby is always dirty . We were there for two nights our room was never cleaned the second day, we told the receptionist to at least have our towels change when we returned later that day room was not touches at all not even our bed, when we went downstairs to complain the receptionist words were(“Icome in after 3 pm I don’t know what goes on during the day” ) not even an apology. Of all the hotels we been in our lives this far the worst . Iam very disappointed with Expedia recomendó NV this terrible place
- 1/5
Disgusting, dirty, old. Holes in walls. When we got into our room, the TV was on, windows were open. Decor very dated. Didn't think elevator was gonna get us to our floor. Staff not helpful. Too busy on their personal phones to assist. Not personable at all.
- 1/5
I will never stay in this hotel again. The pictures are definitely photoshopped to make it look updated and new. It’s old and needs an update badly.
- 4/5
The staff was great and very helpful. Although it looked they put effort into updating the rooms the workmanship fell a little short along with the furnishings. Overall we did have a nice stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the hot spots!
- 2/5
This is my 2nd time staying while I hate to pay $60 for parking over night I understand they don’t have it . It’s the fact my bathroom was outdated and not clean and after spending the day out doors at a baseball game coming back to a broken ac unit wasn’t great . Unable to sleep so to no ac made things worse . The bed needs to be replaced also or at least flipped as it sinks in the middle even the bathroom art is questionable
- 1/5
This hotel doesn't care about customers, did not have parking had to pay over 30$. Did not brief about anything that the hotel offered, which wad nothing. Bathroom was a total mess. Faucet not working tub now stopper and wholes in the wall. Toilet paper holder broken and a lot more. This hotel should not be in business.
- 1/5
Slow check-in in ugly lobby with old, worn-out furniture. Elevator hardly worked, room was not quite as horrible, but furniture old, wallpaper was coming off and short on amenities. Loud from street all night, and although only one block from inner harbor, dirty and unsafe location.
- 1/5
Property looked nothing like the website, holes in back of the toilet, bathtub was dirty when we arrived. Never again!!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
- 2/5
First room placed in bed broken. Second room placed in batgroom dirty and used shower items left in shower aling with second tv not working at all. Customer service was great. But cindition of room very poor and never received call from property manager like i was told i would receive
- 5/5
Room is excellent, clean, well maintained, all amenities in it, customer service excellent and knowledged too, building cosmetics not so great, needs improvement from the doors to the elevator to the front of building.
- 3/5
Small beds, bathroom not clean
