    The rooms were nice however there was issue with the plumbing on the floor we stayed on. The drain was clogged which caused the drain to back up while taking a shower,unsanitary to say the least. The room was pretty decent, but could have used some dusting and more care in the cleaning department. I will say the Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel did take some money off the stay due to the plumbing issue. The view was decent.

    The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly. The set up for getting breakfast was difficult so we went out for breakfast. The bar closes at 9:30 so no after dinner drinks. This was a little disappointing since I was celebrating my birthday. Other than that my stay was good.

    Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic. We had a great meal and very good service. We booked two view rooms but only one had a great view. We accepted that so we could check in a couple of hours earlier. When they found the second room, the view was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only getting both view rooms. But other than that, there is nothing negative to stay. It was an excellent experience all the way around.

    Stayed here with my sisters while visiting family in Baltimore. The Canopy was a great choice. Guest services were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was spotless & we loved the harbor view from our room. The area was peaceful and quiet and walkable to shops & restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Power went out at the hotel more then a hour and had to walk up 12 flights because the front desk refuse to have housekeeping call the elevator up to my floor. When I expressed my concerns I was told there’s nothing they can do.

    I requested a balcony room for my boyfriend‘s birthday and they wait to tell me the day of that I can’t get the balcony because some other party made reservations a year ago. It would be nice if they would let people know ahead of time so I can go find a room with a balcony somewhere else. I was so pressed for time to decorate my boyfriend‘s room that I just accepted a regular king size room. The manager was cool, he gave me some of the money back, free valet parking and free breakfast for our frustration. Also, I don’t know what’s up with their AC the next morning, but it was hot and I was ready to get out of there quick. For some reason, I think that’s on purpose to get guest out so housekeeping can clean. We will not be coming back. Eff that place!

    Upon check in , I was given no information about hotel restaurant, breakfast or guest amenities. The night I stayed someone attempted to enter my room from the balcony well after midnight. I reported this issue to the front desk, who allowed me to check out and advised I call the manager. The check out was difficult as there was a crane blocking the street and I could not get my car to the valet area. I had to walk 2 blocks because the front of the hotel was inaccessible.

    I loved the location of this property with its location in walking distance of Fells Point and Little Italy. The room has great water views. The lobby was spacious and the bar/restaurant also had water views. The staff was friendly. The only negative for me was the shampoo/conditioner and soap. I did not like the charcoal scent. We had a great time!

    It was a great stay for me all the way up until when I left my room and I came back to my glasses being stolen. I’ve reached out to the hotel I constantly get redirected to a line that doesn’t return any of my phonecalls. I reached out to the front desk they said they would get back to me in a day and it’s been a little over 2 weeks from now. Overall the hotel is nice but be careful with your belongings because you will have little to no help on retrieving them.

    Anyway, the room was decent, but all of the amenities were charcoal scented. I didn’t enjoy smelling like a fire pit. And oddly, neither I nor my husband could figure out the coffee machine… it can’t be that complicated right? Guess again. Last complaint - the parking was insanely expensive. Roughly double nearby all-day rates in Inner Harbor .. we paid near $100 for overnight parking. We didn’t see any security, and had no issues, but we did see a guy peeling in the corner of the basement parking. Could happen anywhere I suppose but…

    I love this hotel! The staff that greets you are friendly and helpful. The rooms (especially the river-facing) are gorgeous and well-kept. The restaurant is great--we love the breakfast selection and the wait staff is so great. A special shout out to Shatia, who upgraded our room and provided exceptional service, always with a smile. We will be back!

    This hotel was pretty decent. The room was clean, including the bathroom. My only issue was the smell in the hallway and upon first entering the room. It smelled like old wet carpet or musty old food. Thankfully I carry my own room spray to negate the smell. Other than that my stay was good!

    Resuarant food was delicious. I had a very nicely prepared salmon. These are expected at hotels but some places fall short. I will gladly stay here again. Really can't say enough good things about the staff throughout housekeeper, restaurant, front desk all contibuted to a very pleasant solo stay.

    This hotel is brand new as are all the building in this part of Baltimore. Parking is expensive, so factor that in. Still, it is a good part of town and an easy walk to the aquarium and all those attractions.
