Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, particularly for those attending events at Camden Yards or the Inner Harbor. Staff friendliness and helpfulness are consistently mentioned as positives. However, guests frequently complain about the outdated rooms, lack of amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves, and issues with parking and elevators. Noise and cleanliness are also recurring concerns.

Love this hotel. Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site . Easy parking

During my most recent stay I spent far too much time attempting to find a working ice machine. First day there wasn't a single functioning machine on the floors so I had to traipse down to the lobby bar to obtain ice. Long and short of it ...I'll never book your hotel again.

When they returned to the hotel, they were told the king room with a sofa bed wasn't available, so they gave them a room with a single king bed. When they went to the room, the ac was off and the air filters were out laying on the floor (we have photos) The ac wouldn't turn on. It appeared the maintance had been working on the room and had left. The room was too hot to sleep in so they went downstairs to the front desk. They didn't offer them another room.

Guests roaming hallways and noisy after midnight. I would not stay at this location again.

The gentlemen working the front desk were incredibly helpful and moved the line along quickly. The rooms were clean and the staff on the floors were helpful and kind.
- 3/5
The hotel feels very outdated, with old furniture that had noticeable cuts and scratches. The carpet was stained and did not seem very clean. The restaurant area also needs better cleaning, as the floors were sticky. While the staff were not particularly welcoming, they were polite and helpful when needed.

They were in the middle of renovations, however they do not tell you this before checking in. You would think with the amount of money you spend per night you could have working ice machines and air conditioners. We had to wait for an engineer to fix our AC and stay for an hour while he worked on it. We went to grab lunch and by the time we got back our room was filled with dust and had to be aired out. Asked house keeping twice to refill the body wash, never was filled. Construction started below us at 8am on a Saturday, just be prepared for the banging and drilling. All in all the staff was patient, and accommodating. The front desk and bellhop were very helpful and deserve a raise! None of which were their faults, they all handled all the issues with our room and the families we traveled with grace and kindness.
- 5/5
I did not ustake advantage if the bar in premises as I had multiple events wirh family and friends in the area however my brother enjoyed sitting at the bar for whatever was on tap. Having lived in MD for 20 years, I've never had to stay at a hotel in the city but as a visitor, the location is perfect for getting to/from 95, 83 and 695. The floor I stayed on was a renovated floor and I'm looking forward to staying again, hopefully when the entire hotel has had its overall upgrades completed. The staff was absolutely, 100% top notch! I recommend staying here for the price and location.

Was not given correct room
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Some renovations were underway but didn't affect our stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel with friendly staff and top-notch amenities. Walking distance to Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Very comfortable rooms and bedding. Parking onsite ($39 a day). Would stay there again for sure.

NOTHING Do Not Stay Here... Was woken up at 7am to loud banging beating coming from the room above us that carried on for almost 2 hours. Called front desk to complain because I have been up because of this loud evasive and repetitive loud banging slamming. The front desk even could hear it over phone and said was sending security. 6mins later knock at door explaing there doing construction on the floor above me but had the nerve to put us in a room knowing this would happen at 7am on Saturday moring but offered no reimbursement nor ask them to start at a reasonable time or in another area where guests are not sleeping. I've contacted Marriott also with a complaint.

Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. They rechecked us in to the original room (after arguing that OUR STUFF WAS IN THE ROOM) and our keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and the gentleman tried to active our keys. Still didn’t work, had to get security to let us in, still no working room key.
- 5/5
We stayed here while in town for a concert and the updated room was extremely nice. The bedding has been updated and the carpet has been taken out and vinyl flooring put in its place. The tub has been replaced with a very nice shower. The wallpaper is very Baltimore themed. The furniture is updated and very nice as well. Overall a great trip. The updated room transformation looks great Marriott. We will definitely be back soon!
- 5/5
The room was very nice. It was on the 3rd floor and it was said to be renovated. Which I appreciated Because the pictures online looked dated. Pleasant surprise. Very close to cfg bank arena. We walked about 3 minutes. Convenient location! Affordable price. I would recommend absolutely
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was great, restaurants were fun! Remodeling is taking place so some signs of construction. No noise that we noticed, just signs of a hopefully siccessful remodel. Stay here every time we come to Orioles games.
- 4/5
The location was great! We were going to a game at Camden yards and it was walkable which was perfect for us. The hotel itself was just OK, our room wasn’t completely clean when we got there because the trash cans hadn’t been emptied which was annoying but we were able to flag down housekeeping to clean them. They were doing work on some of the rooms so there was increased dust and the hallway smelled like paint which was unfortunate since we didn’t know until we got there that work was being done. Overall we would stay again if going to a game but nothing special as a hotel

You cannot beat the walk to Camden Yards. The hotel has a family feel to it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating...everything and anything I asked for was taken care of in a matter of minutes. The renovations and upgrades to the rooms is going to make it even better.
- 3/5
In the room after a 3 hour drive just wanted to nap and watch something. Couldn't without scanning for channels then when we got something to come on the fuzz was so bad. But the elevators weren't workings well. Pushed 5 stopped on 6 pushed 5 took us to 4. No one told us to use the room key. Staff we came in contact with were nice and kind. Breakfast bar had a variety of things. But French toast was extremely hard around the crust. To the point it hurt my teeth.

I was been charged twice, at a different rate. The sheet weren’t clear. Over all I didn’t have good experience and this would be my last stay at this place.
- 5/5
Didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. I came for one night with my children. They have restaurants available on site but no free breakfast options.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
My room wasn’t clean it didn’t have a fridge or microwave the ice machine was broken , the staff was rude
- 2/5
We were not aware of construction going on. Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a new remodeled room- but Room 1 had no hot water and we did have a mini fridge. Room 2 had hot water and no fridge. Saturday morning at 8am construction started and it was so loud we couldnt hear our TV or make any calls. Sunday morning, easter morning, construction started again around 9am. I understand they are remodeling, but on the weekends?? The staff was super nice and the bar/restaurant was delicious, but ask for a room not near construction! It was so loud you could hear it outside. We would definitely stay again, but after construction is completed.

The location My room phone never worked! We had to tell them on two different occasions b4 they sent someone to look at it, but still never fixed it! I can’t believe you don’t have microwaves in the Marriott!!!!!! Parking garage was entirely too expensive! Ordered food to be delivered to our room, they left our food downstairs, nobody informed us! Our food sat down in the reception area for almost an hr! Our food WAS cold!

- 5/5
Best Service ever
- 5/5
Good customer service and GREAT drinks at the bar in the lobby!
- 3/5
My only drawback was that the room decor was outdated, the bed though comfortable was very low and the shower-head appeared to have algae or something green.
- 5/5
Overall, the room was very nice and seemed very clean. We did have one hiccup when we did try to leave the Parkade with The exit ticket they gave wasn’t working so we had to go back in. Sounded like it was an issue from the night before that everyone was having. The person at the desk did resolve this issue. Also, I had sent a message for a hopeful early check-in. Unfortunately, the message was not answered and we did not get a very early check-in as requested however, still sooner than the listed 4 PM. Overall, however, this did not ruin our trip and we would definitely stay there again.

- 5/5
The room, the service the staff were outstanding ... We wanted for NOTHING
- 3/5
Needs upgrade bathroom and beds need upgraded exspecially being down town area
- 3/5
Amenities were lacking. No microwave, cups or travel size hygiene items. It did provide the large pump bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner - something about the travel size seem more personal. Ice machines were only on the even floors. Did not work on the 8th or 6th floor. I finally found ice on the 4th floor. Parking at $39 just for a few hours overnight is very expensive. Would think the hotel would provide a discount to hotel guest. The shower had low water pressure. It was warm but pressure was not good. Glad I didn't have to wash my hair - it would have been a very long shower. I was there to visit a family member in the hospital. I made sure to tell everyone, stay at a different hotel.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room, smooth checkin, staff all very hospitable.
- 2/5
No hot water. Had to change rooms. No compensation.
- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is very well run. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
Location great for games
- 5/5
This is my second time staying on this property and although the area surrounding the property is quite noisy from traffic, as expected, being in downtown Baltimore, the rooms were quiet and very clean. I really like staying here.
- 2/5
Out dated furniture, out dated tv.
- 3/5
There was a hot water issue that was going on 3 days before we arrived. We were not contacted or expressed this fact upon arrival. We learn this information from other customers. I was told by a female concierge that someone would be coming to my room to take a look. I fell asleep no one came. The next morning I went to the front desk and was told they were working on it. They were checking in a crowd of people. And not once informing them about the hot water situation. This hotel made no accommodations, food voucher, a free stay, or even a discount. The cleaning staff and security were courteous and professional. This was our first time staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was great
- 5/5
Location is amazing, and is especially close to the stadiums for Orioles or Ravens games. Parking available right adjacent to hotel lobby. Restaurant options and bar right in the lobby are very convenient as well. Comfortable room and beds. Great stay
- 5/5
Easy check in and out. Very convenient parking. Lovely staff.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Restaurant was delicious
- 3/5
The bar is so tiny that we were never able to find seats. And the restaurant menu is pretty limited, which means room service was extremely limited. Overall the employees were friendly and well-meaning, but not super effective in addressing the one thing we needed - the room we paid for.
- 5/5
Always top tier service! Restaurants and staff. Convenience to stadium.
- 5/5
Not much to share, the staff was very friendly and helpful keep that up and I’ll stay again
- 2/5
Cockroach seen in the hallway near the front check in counter. Also was told hot water wouldn’t be available from 10 pm 12/10 to 6 am 12/11 and tried to take a shower and had the water running hoping for hot water, didn’t even get to shower. I won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room and a convenient location.

- 3/5
Didn't have breakfast
- 3/5
Communication that is from the front desk to the client me my food went cold waiting on them to call me to tell me my food was ready a restaurant and they didn’t have enough help so I needed to come and pick it up. No one did that until I called an hour later to find out why I didn’t receive my food and then when I went downstairs to check on it, I was informed that the food been ready and the front desk was supposed to inform me and they did not.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
A bit older, but close to the stadiums. Food nearby.
- 5/5
The hotel itself is nice. I picked it due to location away from the Hippodrome
- 1/5
No hot water one of the days.
- 3/5
Beds a little soft. Rooms and linens very clean. Centrally located and nice staff.
- 5/5
My husband and I were in town for the weekend to see Phantom of the Opera at the Hippodrome. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and spacious, and close to everything. Every single member of the staff was kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Baltimore and will stay here again if we come back.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy, staff was wonderful!
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 1/5
The front desk staff was great. Biy the room was terrible and i feel disgusted by the stay. Number 1 was i woke up to my bathroom flooded by a pipe leak couldnt use bathroom at night or morning. Slept on one sidr of the bed and before i checked out decided to pull the otherside of sheets that i didnt sleep on yo check if i left anything behind. And found mint wrappers from a restaurant that didn't go to
- 3/5
Room was comfortable but there was no hot water the entirety of my stay.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was outstanding but we did not have any hot water for showers and check out was a bit chaotic. No staff helping people on Sunday to get their things out and keep elevator traffic controlled had to wait a very long time to get an elevator many opted to lug their heavy luggage down the stairs not sure what the issue was
- 5/5
Super convenient location for shows at CFG Bank arena. Room was quiet and clean. Overnight parking is reasonably priced in garage onsite. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
- 3/5
A lot to pay for a room with no hot water!
- 4/5
Everything was fine. My only complaint was that we had to pay twice for parking because the tag they gave us at check-in (and put on our bill) didn't let us out of the garage, so we had to pay again at the exit.
- 4/5
Winston was a stand out for us. Without him our stay would have been poor. He took very good care of us and is appreciated.
- 3/5
The room was dated. Service was very sweet. Paying $35 to park your car on top of the fee to stay was heavy. Was not told there was breakfast.
- 4/5
I’d definitely stay again.
- 1/5
It is shameful that they have thr Marriott name attached to this place. If you want the feel of a sleezy truck stop stay this is the place for you. Hot water wasn't working, stains on linens, shower head was disgusting, ceiling peeling, wall paper peeling off walls, analog TV, no fridge in the room, homeless people roaming the property begging for money. The list goes on. The only decent part of this trash hotel was leaving it!
- 5/5
I didn’t eat breakfast but the stay was perfect
- 5/5
Awesome room, walkable to my convention, friendly employees, will stay here again
- 4/5
It was a good stay. The water in the showers was luke warm at best. That's my only issue.
- 5/5
Yes, we did not have breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean comfy room, friendly and helpful staff. Safe and walkable area. Overall fantastic stay and would stay again.
- 1/5
When I arrived at the Marriott, there was broken furniture in the room, rooms were outdated, water damage, and no hot water in the hotel. Guests were at the front desk complaining about spending the night with no hot water. I did not stay and canceled my reservation Marriott charged me anyway.
- 5/5
Felt safe
- 1/5
The hotel had no hot water during my 2 night stay
- 3/5
Everything about and in the hotel was good except for the room! The staff was accommodating and friendly, especially at the bar and restaurant, as were the front desk staff. That’s where the good ended as the room was dated and unpleasant. The bed was so uncomfortable and the mattress was about 6 inches of poor quality as it was super soft. The bathroom was dated with tub stains that made it look dirty. One stain on the inner corner of the tub was a horrible dark blue. The sink wouldn’t drain unless the stopper was completely removed when in use. No hot water! The two of us had no hot water at 9:00 on Sunday morning! We let the water run and got nothing more than lukewarm one day and cold the next. The television had the offerings of a roof antenna, and the quality was not good. We were on the third floor, and while from the outside the room looked good, the room was dated and uncomfortable. Do better, Marriott, especially for the inflated weekend price.
- 4/5
Nice location! Great people!
- 2/5
The hotel is very dated. Rooms are old. There was no hot water the entire weekend
- 5/5
We had a clean room but the breakfast experience was not good. too long to get our food.
- 1/5
extremely dated room but bed was comfortable. What was most uncomfortable was we didnt have hot water, like at all! We had to shower in ice cold water! I called front desk but they were swamped with calls for complaints. Next morning the line to check out was long because people were complaining about the water issue.
- 1/5
There was no hot water available both nights I stayed. Also, the bathtub drain was clogged causing the dirty shower water to fill as I showered.
- 4/5
not enough varity for breakfast
- 5/5
Overnight check in availability
- 4/5
Room needs upgrading. Some peeling wall paper. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to convention center.
- 5/5
The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. I was slightly disappointed that our room did have a microwave.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff.
- 5/5
The room was ready then expected. Also valet work that 11am shift was helpful grabbing my bag and bring it to front desk and front desk gentleman all I remember he had glasses on. He was patient and respectful he made the checking process a lot easier and understanding on how everything is going to be processed. Also, the bartending staff were respectful and down to earth. Overall, my experience was great and very welcoming coming all the way from houston to baltimore, visiting for the first time.
- 4/5
loved it
- 3/5
Parking was confusing when I first got there. Rooms are outdated. AC barely worked. No HDTV which I haven’t seen in a hotel since 2014.
- 3/5
Staff was fantastic. The room furnishings are older and not in great shape. We were given a two queen room when reserved a king. Not a big deal.
- 5/5
I loved that the hotel is right next to the baseball stadium and it's also very clean and safe.
- 3/5
Convenient to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
- 2/5
Close to Camden Yard
- 5/5
Front main door blocked off, couldn’t figure out how to enter hotel during front door reconstruction, but staff finally helped
- 5/5
Needed a late checkout for a cruise
- 5/5
Great stay for a Ravens game! You still need a short uber to M&T
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and perfect for a walk to the baseball stadium
- 3/5
The breakfast server, our first day was wonderful, the second day it was terrible. Coffee she brought me was stale and bitter, my grandson and I waited over 20 minutes and all we ordered were two pancakes for him. We did not get waters and once I was finally able to get a fresh cup of coffee, the waitress never bothered to refill it. When someone else finally brought my grandson‘s pancakes out, the plate was so hot, he was holding a towel so he could hold the plate and I couldn’t touch it yet. He wanted to sit it in front of a six-year-old. It was very disappointing, but even more disappointing was the fact that our waitress wanted to move us to a corner booth. There was no reason to move us. I firmly believe she wanted to move us because I had a child with me… Who by the way it was not acting out of sorts… Because they were all adults around us. I was highly disappointed. With that being said the front desk, staff was wonderful.!
- 5/5
Clean room, walking distance to Orioles Stadium.
- 1/5
It was very old looking. I reserved a king room but they ran out and we had to have double beds. We only had one towel for the entire room.
- 5/5
Hotel, room, and staff were great. Neighborhood so so. But close to stadium.
- 5/5
We were in town to attend a wedding and the location was perfect for where we had to go. Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Parking garage tight and at $34.00 a day a bit expensive on top of the room charges.
- 1/5
They gave some hotel 15 miles away, but I have other staff at hotel, we were there for Ravens game that night and Board meeting at hotel the next morning. I had to take a Uber back home and return the next morning for the Board meeting. The Ubers cost me over $250.
- 5/5
The room was clean and in order. The bedding was comfortable. I found my bed to perfect for watching tv but it was too soft to sleep on. However, my brother said his bed was perfect. The available restaurants was adequate for our length of stay. The check-in process was not the best, but it all worked out in the end.
- 1/5
Marriot canceled my reservation as I was on the drive to the hotel. I had prepaid . What poor customer service. At least cancel the night before so I can make other plans. No one from here has actually reached out about me refund
- 5/5
perfect walking distance to Camden Yard
- 3/5
I was disappointed in my stay at the Marriott for a few reasons. I had booked a king size bed and got a room with two queen. There was no refrigerator in the room as stated. The TV was not hooked up and I had no water bottles in the room to use the coffee maker. When asked they send they would look into these requests but I never heard back.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the Oriels games. So convenient.
- 4/5
Could not get fresh coffee outside of the room early.
- 3/5
That said, the experience was nothing special. The décor is dated, and the in-room TV is very small. While the bed was comfortable, the room was loud due to constant street noise, and the window made random creaking sounds throughout the night. These issues made it difficult to really relax. Also, while the hotel’s location is convenient, within less than a mile the surrounding area gets noticeably shady. Overall, this is a serviceable place to stay if you need convenience, but it doesn’t offer much beyond the basics.
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 2/5
Temperature on the day I stayed was just under 90. A/c in our room was damaged and horribly out of balance. Sounded like fan blades were hitting something inside the unit 75 - 80 decibels all night! I told the staff and it was just pacify me and get me out the door!
- 5/5
The room is very comfortable and the beds are great. The bathroom could use an update as the basin is cracked and looks like it's had a hard life. Otherwise, it's a great hotel with a great location
- 5/5
Very nice hotel.
- 3/5
Overall the staff was excellent. However, they seemed to be "short staffed". I had to wait to check in and during my check in, I felt like I was being rushed. When I asked question, I received very limited responses. Also, although the food was good, I was brought my appetizer along with my meal resulting in cold food.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The staff was very nice
- 4/5
The hotel room was dated and the AC leaked water into the carpet. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the stay there very welcoming.
- 4/5
Great location to walk to events and restaurants
- 5/5
Convenient to Oriole Park and to the arena.
- 3/5
Shops nearby, beds were horrible to sleep on.
- 1/5
They had a single person checking in patrons. The line was over 100 people long. We were put into a room that had not cleaned
- 4/5
Easy access to tourist attractions
- 2/5
had water bugs in room, big water bugs!!!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay would definitely recommend this hotel. #1thing bed is very comfortable.
- 4/5
The downstairs lobby was very nice and put together. But the rooms themselves are very aged. Rooms do not have microwaves; not convenient at all. (One microwave in the lobby is not helpful) Doors on dressers were not aligned. Shower drain got backed up with my second shower! Tissues and toilet paper were basically a negative “ply”. We were told they are renovating at some point. It’s a great location and overall a decent hotel.
- 1/5
Didnt get our room until after the baseball game at 10:30 at night. Will NEVER STAY AT A MARRIOTT AGAIN.
- 2/5
Understaffed at front desk and room not ready as promised.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and nice place to stay in the heart of town
- 5/5
Being walking distance from Camden yards and Ravens Stadium right next is ideal location for sports fans like myself!
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
The staff was friendly. The yard service was very slow! But the food was good.
- 4/5
It is a very convenient hotel which is close to the baseball diamond and the arena. We stayed for a concert and ate at the restaurant which was very good. The staff were always helpful and the parkade was convenient and felt safe.
- 5/5
It was a pleasant stay just a short walk to Camden Yards
- 3/5
Good place to stay for the ballpark, easy to get to from the airport. Older hotel that needs to get renovated in areas. Rooms were clean, staff were nice.
- 5/5
La amabilidad, seguridad y la limpieza
- 4/5
I love all Marriott’s! Nice comfy beds and pillows
- 5/5
Excellent customer service from staff.
- 5/5
Always professional, friendly and informative staff. Great location to Camden Yards Stadium, onsite restaurants and others, close to Inner Harbor.
- 5/5
Was a great stay
- 5/5
I have stayed in a lot of hotels of all sorts. This was one of the best all around. The room and bed were very comfortable and it was good nights sleep each night. My daughter was a surgical patient at the nearby hospital. It was a short walk to the hospital and to where we parked on Redwood Street. We had a mini fridge. The microwave was down the hall in the ice room. TV was not great but acceptable. I would stay there again and I recommend it.
- 5/5
I stayed in 2 other hotels recently at Virginia Beach and both were disappointing. This hotel was not.Very pleased.

I liked that we were walking distance to Camden Yard. Would come back again forsure.

Hotel was good but I just stayed for one night

Nice hotel, nice room, convenient parking, and an easy walk to Camden Yards. But we asked for a feather-free room beforehand and twice when we got here. Never happened. We went through the pillows ourselves to separate out the feather pillows from the foam. It was a matter of health (allergies), and the hotel apparently didn't take us seriously. Disappointed in the lack of responsiveness, but we didn't let it spoil our stay in Baltimore!

Close to ball field and great parking

We came down for the weekend to enjoy the Red Sox v. Orioles. We liked the location in proximity to the field.

Good location and lovely staff but property needs an update
- 4/5
Property needs an upgrade. One side of the property has weeds growing out. Looks dirty. The carpet is dingy throughout the hotel, and hotel just looks dated.

We booked this hotel solely for the location, we did a 24 hour trip to Baltimore for the O's game and to take the train to DC for a few hours. Location was awesome, 3 minute walk to the stadium. 5 min walk to the public transit system, which took us in from the airport and up to Penn Station & back. They had a bag storage so that was awesome when we got there and couldnt check in. We only had 24 hours, we had to hit the ground running. Hours later at check in time, it was very slow. There was a line through the lobby. They made you use the the same card that you booked the room with for the deposit which seemed to put off the customers around me. Have stayed at other Marriott's they are never this "hardcore" about it. A Plus - They were handing out Free Beer & Wine in the lobby while you waited in the line to check in. That was a perk for sure. Now for the elevators, there were four there but only two were operational and with a stroller and a bag, we actually missed it the first time because it closed so fast. In the room, the A/C was the game changer, it worked SOOO well. Leaving at 4am the next day, there were cops outside of the hotel dealing with someone who got kicked out of the club, I could only imagine if the rooms right above it could hear it. Overall 4/5 its what we needed for the amount of time there. If I stayed longer I probably would had a hard time with those elevators.

Close to Camden Yards. Friendly staff.

Great location for Orioles game!! Walkable to harbor to see the sights also. Food options on site were also great. Hotel is dated but would definitely stay again if in Baltimore.

Only complaint is that the air conditioner was very noisy at night ,

It was very close to camden yards.

There were often long waits to use the elevator. Otherwise, everything was great!

Excellent service, everyone we spoke with was friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a great stay!!

Location was just perfect! It was easy to check in, get parking and get up to our room. Made our trip to Baltimore great!

Location was great! The room was just ok. The plumbing was something to be desired in the bathroom above the toilet area and a few other places. Nothing that hindered our stay, but yikes. Also, if you are a TV enthusiast, sorry to say they had maybe 10 channels and the TV was as outdated as the decor in the room….

Everything is Great as always. Great Staff, location and onsite amenities

This is clearly a hotel in need of an upgrade. The furnishings are all a bit weathered and don’t always function well. I had a toilet issue and heard two others complain about showers. There is a reason it’s $100 less a night than the Hilton across the street. The staff were all excellent though - friendly and helpful my whole stay.

Great

The rooms where being re programmed so we had to wait for someone to take us to our room for almosg 45 min after a baseball game because the keys only worked once, we didnt know until we arrived

The stay was rather disappointing. We get to the hotel, staff was friendly. But they stated that they were updating the key system and gave us a “temporary “ key for our room, which would be a one time use. They stated to come back later and they would give us our normal keys. We excepted that and went to our room. Once we got to our room the room was very dated and dilapidated. The tv was beyond small and all the furniture was very worn and dingy. We then looked at the bathroom which was very small and dilapidated as well. The toilet felt like you were sitting on the ground and the shower was so small you couldn’t turn around in it. Well we put that aside and decided to go down to the lobby bar. Once there I attempted to order a draft beer, to which the bartender replied that all the taps were not working. Then I peered over to an adjacent room and saw a beer and wine wall, to which the bartender replied to my dismay that those are also not functioning. We then decided to cut our losses and go to the baseball game. Once returning from the game at around midnight we inquired about the room keys and hotel staff stated that the system is still down and we are only able to get another onetime use key. Overall staff was friendly but for the price we paid for our stay, the accommodations were less than desirable.

My stay was great!! Just one issue, the television selection is not good! Need to update that at this hotel!!

It was good. Just as I expected from Marriott

We were in the hotel to see the Baltimore Orioles. The location was spectacular to get to a game - you can do no better. Having said that, the hotel was dated and ok. The A/C wasn’t working in our first room and so we were moved. The restaurant in the lobby was overpriced and unhelpful. There were very large displays promoting happy hour, but when we arrived, the server seemed unprepared for this. There is a pizza joint in the lobby, too, and it was very well subscribed (we ordered there, too) and it was great. Parking is mostly convenient.

Great location. Rooms were not as promised. Small. Pizza place is great!

Bed was very soft and had a dip in the center. The food options were great and the proximity to restaurants and the Orioles stadium was perfect. Would be nice to have a small microwave in the room. The furniture that holds the TV could be replaced as the door won’t stay closed. The TV needs replaced (lines running through it) and it would be nice to have a few more channels to watch. Would be nice for linen amount to match number of guests staying in the room versus having to ask.

Housekeeping staff active at all hours in the hall. No microwave in room. No business center. Got trapped in elevator at some point by housekeeper…

Very nice hotel very close to Camden Yards. We stay here every year for our annual Baltimore Baseball weekend. The hotel never disappoints.

So closed to the stadium . Easy parking checking was easy checked in early. Rooms are outdated.

The service at Front desk was slow. The Bar was nice.

Location and breakfast were great. I didnt like the nes or how the whole bed kit was done. Not convenient for plugs.
- 5/5
Great location to Camen Yards and Inner Harbor. Close to interstate highway to easy to get in and out of town. We were given an handicapped accessible room because it was available at our time of check in which was okay with us and they gave us access to the 10th floor lounge as a thank you. Saved us some $$ on food! All employees very nice - reception, bar, 10th floor lounge.
- 3/5
Lobby area is nice but bedroom was just so-so, a little tired. Fine for a one night stay when visiting Camden yards. Surprised at lack of any decent tv service.
