Very friendly staff. Willing to help . I asked for extra towels for the spa and also slippers and they were kind enough and offered me some . Also breakfast and dinner were very good with a buffet at a good price . Big swimming pool if you want to swim. The only problem is that the spa and the restaurant are closing too early . the wellness area closes at 18:30 and the restaurant for dinner at 20:00. Very small warm pool with lots of people.

The food was really excellent, everything was sooo good! The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and looked good (too bad that the bathroom is so small) I expected more from the spa area. Very small and crowded, only 3 saunas and not enough deckchairs for visitors. Also the opening hours for the spa aren't guest friendly.

Food-no flavor, poor selection of dinner Room- dead flies on the walls Customer service- we requested a crib to be put in our room. When we arrived we had to requested again and the hotel staff put the crib in front of the door so we should place it and get it together by ourselves.

Great location, beautiful view from the wellness and from the room's terrace (room with lake view). We were in a family room and we were surprised that in both of the rooms were television and a separated terrace with table and chairs, our kids really loved it. The room was quite big, the beds were comfortable. Bu The pools and the wellness were almost empty in the morning, we could relax and enjoy the fabolous view of lake Balaton. The price and the value is great, the breakfast is very good with a lot of option to choose. Some staff was really kind and helpful, but I was not satisfied with the reception for example. A lot of times it was empty for minutes. When I called the hotel before our arriving for an information, the receptionist seemed to be bored. We always had to say hello in advance when we passed the reception, it was kind of interesting and astonishing. On Friday the dinner was not very varied (maybe because low occupation), the fruits were never replaced and the amount was not enough for that number of people. Just an advice to give an opportunity for hot drinks too for dinner (only cold water is available for free), hot water and tea filter would be enough. My kids were coughting at the first night so next day I asked for tea and that was 700 HUF which is interesting, not because of its price but I did not asked it to be rude just to avoid the illness and the waiter looked and talked with me like I am asking for something stupid. The pools surrounding was dirty a little bit (especially in the corners and under the stairs). Small things, I was satisfied with the hotel and the staff in overall.
