    Fantastic stay from start to finish! Beautiful property and great location. We traveled for the Miami Open but also for a romantic weekend and we were not disappointed. The suite had amazing views, the room service was excellent and all the staff was helpful with what ever we needed. We did not even have time to take advantage of the spa or some of the restaurants but we really enjoyed riding the bikes along the ocean path. It was also a short drive to the Bal Harbour shops which were amazing. We would definitely stay here again! This oceanfront property is perfect for couples or families.

    Have stayed at Ritz Carltons all over the world and this is worst managed property. Made us wait for room until 5 minutes before 4 pm check in. Said hotel was fully booked which was a lie. Website showed 6 room categories immediately available gor our entire stat. Awakened at 7 am my maintenance workers talking outside our room. Gangsta rap videos playing loudly at pool bar. Just a poorly managed oroperty at every level.

    Were no better than any 4 star hotel. Zero Perks no chairs available at the pool or beach Ridiculous 4pm checkin, dont you dare ask For a late check out. Remove the sign and this Is an average 3.5 to 4 star property. Zero reason To ever come back much better quality elsewhere

    Expect the answer to everything here to be “No!”- The bathtub in our room did not turn off or drain properly and maintenance joined us right before my 4 year old and 2 year olds bed time to fix it, housekeeping took hours to show up, I was reprimanded for taking “too many beach towels”- we had a party of 4, not 2. The beach shuts down at 4:30, along with the pool bar which is less than ideal. If you want to take a swim past 4:30, there won’t be a towel in site to dry off with. Late checkout? Dont even think about it. The staff at this hotel needs a lesson in hospitality- when my husband first brought some of our issues to the Manager who should get out of the office and get on the floor- the Manager told me husband he had only called about housekeeping coming 3 hours ago- laughable. No, I am so sorry, how can I make your stay better. We were offered a measly 30K Bonvoy points for our troubles. For the nightly price- stay as bar away as possible!

    I booked a room with ocean view balcony ( which I paid extra for) but was given a different a different room with a view of the building next to the hotel and that they don’t have “ocean view rooms” when their website literally says that and that is what I booked and when I told the front desk they gave “another room”. Car parking is $55 per day for those who want to rent a car. I wouldn’t go back because the price you pay for isn’t worth what you get. I normally don’t like to give bad reviews but we didn’t enjoy it even though we paid $2600+ for a day and two night stay.

    Restaurant and beach facility is phenomenal, albeit a little difficult to find. Service was OK overall and gym equipment needs to be cleaned much more often (also not sure why kept so warm). Overall amazing facility though so would be back!

    Hotel triggered fraud protection on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card. Instead of contacting me they just locked me out of my prepaid room. I felt like a criminal. Their beach is useless and covered with seaweed. They are happy to charge $300 for a day bed but cant be bothered to rake the seaweed and trash out of the beach sand like real luxury hotels do. Also they had the audacity to add a "gratuity" charge of 74$ to my minibar. Its like paying a tip to a vending machine. I think im going to avoid all marriot properties from now on. They are all acting in a consistently anti customer way.

    For the price point, every staff member should be going above and beyond. Some did: Daniel at the beach, the young lady at check in, the bellman at check in. But many acted as if we were bothering them if we had a request or a question. Again, for price point, service should be above and beyond, and many times it was avg or below avg. Beach service was very slow and infrequent, “starts” at 11:30 (too late) and in reality never had a server before 12ish, then took 30-45 min to get food. Restaurants were both 7/10. Nothing to write home about. For the money spent, we won’t be returning. We’ve stayed at comparable properties within a mile or so, with 10/10 restaurants and 10/10 service.

    Ritz are simply not what they used to be. I keep trying and constant dissatisfaction. House keeping justbwalks in...then came right into my "locked" bathroom. Did not speak English, no apolgy. Garbage cans around property overflowing. Front desk ,bell men and in room dining excellent(except the food that did come did not match what was on the menu)

    The food was good with a decent variety to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The highlight, though, was the incredible ocean view from my room. It was breathtaking and unbelievably relaxing perfect for a peaceful getaway. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. One thing to note: the hotel does show a bit of its age, so if you’re looking for something ultra-modern and cutting edge in terms of design, you might notice some wear. However, this was by no means a deal breaker. The exceptional service and stunning views more than make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!

    The hotel is very old for the price, there was smell in the room and it was too late to go down, next day we told them, and they didnt adjust price or something, we stayed just one night and payed 2.5 days cause we arrived early and left 4 pm, we thought they would at least have the gesture to discount the .5 day

    the room was spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. they upgraded me to a suite, and it was phenomenal. the view is breathtaking. they had only one restaurant at the property. one small spa. staff weren't available when needed. I don't know where the conciarge was, it was always empty. late check-out was at 12, and regularly at 11.

    We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year.

    The in-room dining food and restaurant can definitely use an upgrade. We were very disappointed that the food served at The Ritz was very poor. Modernizing the hotel amenities and adding more restaurants and bars to give guests other options would certainly help the hotel be competitive. If asked, “Would I stay here again?”….unfortunately, will have to say no because there are much better options.

    The front desk was very sarcastic and condescending. The manager was rude and spoke with so much aggression that I couldn’t even speak. I was charged for things I didn’t even use and the hotel not once made me feel good about it being my birthday. Because of how I was treated, I will never come back to that hotel and none of my friends or family will never as well.

    This property is amazing I wish I had more time there. There was a slight issue with my room but the stay was extremely nice in accommodating me with a beautiful room. Much appreciated.     I loved my room – it was so beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaking tub with a stunning view of the Haulover inlet – that was my favorite way to relax. The balcony view was fantastic for catching the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was my favorite activity besides swimming. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Location is obviously beautiful. Hard to get that wrong in Miami nevertheless. Staff was horrible. Smoke detector in my room went off on 4 different occasions, 2 of the times were minutesd apart. You have to wait for someone to come manually shut them down as they tell you it won't happen again lol. It was me and my wife's anniversary. Planned to only stay a night. 1st day went so bad we stayed an extra night to see if it got better. Food quality wasnt up to parr with other Ritz Carltons.

    Stay away. This hotel is understaffed, and twice staff did not clean the room by 2 pm, but a person did come to account for the minibar every day. The single restaurant has a limited menu, and terrible breakfast. Go to the nearby St Regis hotel a few building down for an amazing buffet for the same price. Some of the concierge were new to Miami and knew little about the area. The area is far from any restaurants and room service closes at 10pm. The only redeeming value is the view and location to the beach. Skip this hotel.

    This is not your normal Ritz Carlton Hotel and I wish it wasn’t advertised as such. It is a residential place with basically no lobby, one restaurant and a very small pool area. We were there on a holiday and service to get drinks or food was nonexistent. There is not a Club Level and no real bar. Our one bedroom suite was nice and roomy so we spent most of our time there.

    The positive: the staff were generally nice, and the hotel had the familiar Ritz Carlton quiet feel and smell. The showers are amazing and the view into the bay gorgeous. It ends there. The breakfast was boring (go to another hotel nearby for an awesome buffet - just not here). Dining (room and restaurant) ends at 10 pm. My bed wasn’t made twice in a row by 2 pm because they are under staffed, but did have staff to knock on door mid-day to check on minibar. The staff is new on rotating basis and don’t know Miami. One staff member was incredibly rude when we had a question about the pool. The hotel gives a voucher for a happy hour drink for coffee or wine but staff didn’t want to honor it for coffee except once as a favor. The morning coffee was watered down.

    Paid in advance and when I checked in they said I didn’t pay, when checking out they try to charge for breakfast and I paid the room with breakfast included, they try to convinced me that the 100 dollars that was offered when I booked it can be used towards breakfast which was included in room charge. 2 nights for honeymoon with so much aggravation. I still have more to say about checking in, I expect a manager contact me so I can explain

    Fantastic quality in the service from all employees. Each individual who attended us from the main lobby attendants, valet, beach/pool staff the care and attention could not have been better and it made the trip so much better to see such helpful staff. The bathrooms in community areas such as the pool are places that can get nasty quickly but not here. There was never once any mess or dirty areas in any bathroom or elevator I’m talking noticeably clean. Amazing room and bath tub to top it all off.

The staff are doing the best they can, however the service has gone downhill. The Ritz Carlton should be providing top notch service, as their reputation is based on top-notch service, the service has fallen short dramatically. When you’re paying over $500/night plus an additional resort fee for a room you expect better service.

    The staff was incredible. We had just come from Cayman Islands after the huge earthquake, and once the staff heard this they went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about how gracious they were -- from upgrading our room, to getting toys for our daughter, complimentary champagne. It was not necessary for them to do this, but greatly appreciated.

    One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Rooms are amazing, modern and big. Location and the beach is perfect. Quiet, sophisticated and we will be the only place we stay on Miami Beach in the future.

    I have stayed at many Ritz and this property was beyond excellent. The staff was amazing and kind. I was upgraded upon check in and my room was outstanding! The spa and pool are perfection! I loved my oceanfront view. I absolutely will be coming back to this location.
