Citadel Boutique Hotel

My group of friends and I arrived late in the evening. The hotel staff was kind and very pleasant. I reccoment this hitel to anyone. Perfect location, kind staff, excelent room.

I had an excelent 1 night stay. Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get into the room a little early and they also gave us a late checkout. Breakfast was excelent in a calm atmospher

CITADEL felt more like a cozy guesthouse than a traditional hotel; whether at breakfast, leaving the keys when going out, or ringing the doorbell upon returning, there were constant friendly interactions with the staff. Quietness became an unspoken courtesy that everyone respected throughout our 2-day stay. The staff were extremely kind. A heartfelt thank you to YUSIF, FARIDA, ELVIN, and NABI for always making us feel welcome. The surroundings were also quite magnificent. The room was spacious and airy. Once again, thank you to NABI, ELVIN, FARIDA, and YUSIF for making our stay enjoyable

A hotel near restaurants in a historic area. Good location.

The location was perfect for us as tourists, beyond expectations. Breakfast was also good. Rentng a room at ths price in the heart of Baku was very good. It was close to all entertainment and party spots; we almost didn’t even need to walk. Everything felt lke it was jst one step away

Nothing other than location. I stayed here last year ago and had a pleasant experience. So, I decided to book two rooms again because it was conveniently located near Nizami Street. However, the current state of the hotel is quite concerning. It’s not properly maintained, and there’s an unpleasant smell that permeates the entire room. I’m certain that the mold in the plumbing is the source of this odor. The smell from the bathroom even reaches the entire room. The previous staff members were friendly and helpful, but the current staff is not as accommodating. When we requested a bed sheet because it smelled bad, they refused and even pointed to my accent, despite the fact that they don’t speak English very well. I was so frustrated that I stormed out in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel. I only returned to return the keys because I had already paid for my stay.

It is a really great place. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from Nizami street. The room was really nice, spacious and had everything i needed. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very delicious and they bring it to your room. My recommendations.

The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the city on Nizami Street, with shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. We would definitely love to come back!

Citadel Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were cozy, modern, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s a perfect choice if you want to stay close to the city center but still enjoy peace and comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at Citadel Boutique Hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location — right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and shops. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku!
