The location is amazing you just go outside the hotel door step to great old city features The staff are very kind and helpful especially the receptionist Abbas and the other lady in addition to the room service staff I loved the grape trees on the room balcony as well Thank you all

Everything exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well equipped, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was abundant and delicious. I'd go back any time. Thank you for everything! I absolutely liked everything.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, accommodating an early check-in, arranging a very early airport transfer, and preparing a wonderful breakfast upon request. A truly pleasant stay, and we would gladly return.

It’s just in the city center, it’s nostalgic. The breakfast was efficient. The room was okey. In my opinion the windows should be cleaned every 15 days. The rooms and the restaurants windows.

Location is good They game me wrong room I booked for king size bed with balcony view. Instead they gave me twin bed. Whcih was not comfortable and not what i booked for.

Only location was great, close to Nizami street and great restaurants Place need renovation, walls wet, towels very old, bath need upgrades, food ready bad with no one to service you

location is amazing. Rooms are well decorated, with nice furniture. Getting a Taxi drop within old town is difficult, better to take hotel shuttle. Bathrooms get smell and shower is clumsy. Breakfast was average, missing a bit international foods, no egg station.
