The staff was very helpful and kind especially the front desk staff Meena and Kamran And the guys that helped with our luggage. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. And the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Welcoming of workers, especially receptionist woman. The room was clean, warm, and the TV was on; in other words, everything was perfectly prepared. I was very pleased to see the improvements made by taking my feedback from my previous stay.

Air conditioning didn’t work they offered to change room but I didn’t have time. Expect that everything was okay

It was a nice stay and they were very kind with us.

Pleasant and courteous staff. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, the interior is interesting, and the pool area is also very well maintained. The cost of accommodation is attractive. The view from the balcony was amazing! There is also a restaurant with delicious local dishes on site. There is a Bibi Eybet mosque nearby, you can walk and see it, you can also climb the mountain opposite the mosque, from there you can enjoy a beautiful view. The village where the hotel is located is also quite pleasant and colorful, friendly locals live there. Our room had a rather noisy air conditioner, and for some reason it sometimes had a strange smell. That's why we turned it off at night and opened the balcony doors. I also didn't like the hard and uncomfortable pillows. After we complained, the staff brought a replacement (new pillows), but they also felt like they were made of rubber. So we just decided to use small decorative pillows instead of the usual ones, as they were the most convenient :) We also thought that the music from the pool was very loud, and it was played from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. every day, with the same playlist playing over and over again, which eventually made our heads and ears tired.

I recommend the Sapphire Marine Hotel to my friends and family, and I look forward to returning. The breakfast menu needs improvement and more diversity. One idea is to change it every two days. This way, guests can look forward to new options and flavors more frequently, keeping the meals exciting and catering to different tastes. Incorporating seasonal ingredients and regional specialties could enhance the overall variety and appeal.
