Location was good, staff was very helpful specially Sardar and Rughaya. Property is old, old furniture and bit faulty items as well.

My wife and I stayed here last Feb. 11-14, 2026 and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a very beautiful exterior and interior. It's close to a lot of shops and everything is walkable. Just across the street, there's a supermarket. Every morning, we walked from our hotel to Nizami Street. There were times that even after our tour, we'll be dropped off at Nizami Street, then we'll walk back to our hotel. It depends if you'd like to walk or book a taxi. It was easy to book a taxi as well. The breakfast has good options too! We liked all the staff of Sapphire Inn Hotel and Restaurant, mentioning Ms. Rugayya, Mr. Fariz, Mr. Rashad, Mr. Shahin, and Mr. Ruslan. Apologies if we weren't able to get all their names. All in all we were welcomed and treated with warmth and smiles. Thank you so much! We also received a welcome snack on our first day! We highly recommend this hotel and hopefully we could go back to Baku and book this hotel again. :) N/A

Large room, quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Just a great feeling place. Great location in the beautiful city of Baku.

The Executive room and bathroom were spacious (~45m2) and comfortable. The room included a convenient work desk and chair. Breakfast was very good, and complimentary beverages at the bar were a nice touch. The staff were kind and friendly, and the hotel is well located, not far from the Old City. The Wi-Fi was not reliable enough for remote work, with limited coverage in some areas of the room and hotel, an unsecured network, and unstable VPN connections. There was construction work in the building, which caused significant noise. While this was not the hotel’s fault, the staff did not properly inform us about it during check-in. Additionally, the hotel and room flooring (carpets) are quite worn and would benefit from renovation.

I stayed at the hotel for two days, and overall my experience was very good. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant manager. He did not communicate politely and came across as rude. I also noticed him speaking in an inappropriate manner to other guests. I believe this is not the standard of service expected from a professional hotel, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration.

The decor and design was beautiful. I requested a king bed but got two singles pushed together. Making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent management and staff. They were so kind specially Rugayya, she helped us a lot in getting best room and services, very professional. Stayed here 4 nights and definitely would recommend everyone to try this hotel. Breakfast was good so as management. Bellboy “Rashad” was excellent. All good
