The location was right in the old town The door to the hotel was kept locked and you had to knock to get in. The tea , coffee and water was not replaced until I asked and the glasses were not cleaned. On one occasion the owners went out and locked the door which meant you couldn't get out. They provided a single duvet for a double bed saying this was normal for one person.

The man at the reception has been very helpful, from the time of check in, to accommodate our request for a twin room and to arrange a taxi to the airport.

Home-made breakfast was amazing. Pancakes are just the best :) Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quite. AC and wi-fi worked well. Hotel is definitely not new. There is smell in the bathroom.

The name Communication. Expect zero communication from the hotel. They did not answer my questions on Booking.com. The photos of different rooms are mixed up.

The location in the middle of the old town is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good beds and breakfast. The building from outside and the stairs to the rooms.

After an issue concerning my reservation, I had a really good and comfortable room: the hotel nestles in the old town, which means a quiet place to sleep and being just behind the Shirvanshah Palace. Good quality for money and a decent breakfast make this place a good choice.

Comfortable bed Room was basically in reception and you could hear every word including the doorbell going through the night and the receptionists WhatsApp messages going until 2am. Shower drain was blocked. Staff were unhelpful and would not allow a room change despite the hotel being almost empty (and showing available room on booking sites). Room had no working lamps, had too much furniture, could not use the seat at the desk because furniture was in the way, no bottled water available, tv didn’t work, WiFi was okay but dropping, absolutely no privacy. Also charged us 35 manats for a 11 manat taxi ride. Would not recommend.

Location was Good (Old Town) Very Quite at night, Breakfast was good, Room was serviced every day and the Bed was very Comfortable, Staff very Helpful. The Hotel organised a taxi from the airport to the Hotel and the Taxi driver waited for our flight to arrive which was over one hour late.

Limpieza y comodidad. Great Hotel, nice people, very clean place, excellent service, communication. Varied, fresh breakfast with tea, coffee and juices. toast, omelettes, fried eggs, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives and more... It's not a negative point, it's just a opinion. Breakfast time at 9 am. I would like it to be at 8am. if you are someone who usually gets up early.

Location being in the very center of the city. The hotel did cancel the first nights of our stay on last minute (while we were traveling). Booking.com also didn't bother to help us successfully and on time. We were on the night flight with children knowing we have no place to sleep. After two days when the room was ready for us it turned out it hasnt got sufficient space and beds to fit us (even though it was stated clearly on the reservation). The stay was very uncomfortable, the rooms were tight. Don't recommend. It's also difficult to get to the hotel by taxi, all the taxi drivers had a hard time to find the place.

-Great location within the old town -easily walkable to all sights -very quite neighbourhood -comfortable beds and hot showers -breakfast is super boring buffet -very inflexible staff not answering to clients needs -only one room in traditional decoration (as displayed on their profile pic). Rest ist boring standard
