The location is slightly disadvantaged, as it is far from the city center and booking a taxi can be challenging. There are also a few areas for improvement, such as a defective doorknob on the balcony door, the absence of a lampshade, and the lack of a conveniently accessible switch near the bedside.

Good size for one person, close to markets and other small stores. I liked that it wasn’t so close to touristy areas. Breakfast was good with lots of variety The only thing I would add is the shower head has low pressure but it gets the job done

We are staying in this hotel second time and I can say only that it is one of the best hotels in Baku. The stuff who work there are very very respectful, kind, and welcoming you warmly. The location is also in a nice place. Rooms are clean, they offer a great breakfast and nice service during your stay. Everything is okay

The Wi-Fi disconnects frequently, which is quite inconvenient. Also, the breakfast portion is very small with limited variety. Additionally, the staff at breakfast seem to watch guests closely, which makes the experience uncomfortable.

Our stay at the hotel in Baku was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. I would like to especially thank Rafael for his kindness and excellent service he was very helpful, and attentive. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to the chef—each meal was a delightful experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and every bite reflected the chef’s skill and attention to detail. Nothing .... "While my stay at the Safran Hotel was overall pleasant, there's always room for improvement. I appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms, but perhaps a few updates or enhancements in e.g., amenities, dining options etc. would make the experience even better. Looking forward to seeing how the hotel evolves!"
