The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and friendly, and the overall service was excellent. We especially liked the beautiful view from the hotel. Everything was generally good, but the stay was short, so we didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities fully.

What I appreciated most about this hotel was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reception team was welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were especially attentive and helpful. For example, when I couldn’t open the window because the handle was broken, they reacted immediately and helped open it so I could get fresh air. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which I really value. The technical and service staff overall were excellent. The same can be said about the team at Sunflower Restaurant where breakfast was served — they were very warm and polite. The breakfast itself was very good, rich, and varied. Considering the price we paid (around 90 manats per night), the stay offered very good value for money. Another big advantage is the hotel’s location — it is truly excellent and very convenient. There were several issues that disappointed me, especially considering that the hotel positions itself as a four-star property (although the sign at the entrance mentions “four-star according to national scale” this could be the trick for an excuse that it actually is not a 4-star one according to international standards ). In my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet a four-star standard and would benefit from significant renovation. The building and rooms feel outdated. Some furniture showed visible wear, including burn marks that looked like cigarette damage. The bathroom was also very small, and the space between the toilet and shower cabin was extremely limited and uncomfortable. When I checked in, I noticed that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly and there were a couple of pieces long hairs on the floor. The bed linen was generally clean, but I noticed a blood stain on the edge of the sheet, which suggests that the linen is worn and may need replacing. The windows in my room on the 12th floor were quite dirty, which was disappointing because it made it difficult to enjoy the view. Also, the window handle in my room was broken and appeared to have been damaged for a long time. Although the technical staff helped quickly when I asked to open it, this should have been repaired earlier. Another important issue was the smell of food entering the room every morning, apparently from a kitchen located on a higher floor. The smell filled the room and even affected clothes, which was unpleasant. This suggests that ventilation or odor extraction systems may not be working properly.

The staff was so helpful and cheerful The location is nice The breakfast has nice variety and was fresh and delicious The suite was stunning I asked for a high floor to enjoy the sea view which was more expensive but unfortunately the windows (glass) was so dirty from outside and we can’t see anything.

It was extremely excellent! And staff was very clean and helpful!

The staff is young and doesn't speak either Russian or English well. The hotel recently changed hands, leaving it in less-than-perfect condition, particularly in the bathrooms.
-
The reception was very helpful and kind The hotel is nice and affordable price The food also perfectly good The place of the hotel is close to the city We enjoy staying at Sahil Hotel and next visit we will book again in the same hotel
