I liked about the lication Staffs were so friendly but when I was leaving I asked a staff to help me with my suitcase from stairs he confidently refused I felt bad but I had to call my driver to assist me.

The hotel is located within the old city and close to all the tourist attractions in Azerbaijan. The bed was not comfortable Cash payment only, no KNET accepted Language: No English or Arabic spoken, only Azerbaijani

Property need some renovation, old mattress, bathroom shower is very slow and water gets stagnant. Others are ok.

Location was okay Working AC Awful bed, you could feel every single spring in the mattress Constant noise and employees yelling all the time until midnight Breakfast was very simple, not bad, just without any variety The breakfast photo is very deceiving :) Probably alright for a short stay but can't really recommend it

The staff were amazing and tried their best to accommodate your requests, the location is number one, I was planning to stay only for 4 days and I had to extend for another 3 more days because I was well taken care of. I really suggest the old city inn hotel. I didn't like the fact that I had to leave because my vacation was finished.

Only the location was good - Rooms were too small - Attitude of staff was rude. Time of breakfast was till 10:00 and we were told breakfast finished at 9:50. Moreover there was no continental buffet as mentioned on website. Was just no fresh bread and cheese and eggs. - the toilet seat was all broken and taps not working. Shampoo was just water.. - We were given single beds inspite of selecting double and the mattress were so bad that it hurt our back - they did not accept card payment too - no room cleaning was done in 5 days - some windows had no curtains. Duvet provided was without cover, towel’s were torn off. I would have expected AtleAst a decent stay with this money…Except the location nothing was good here

The hotel is a little “worse for the wear” but my room was comfortable and clean and had a spectacular terrace view. This view and the location in the old city is why I booked the Old City Inn. Before pressing “book” I did read some reviews which complained about no credit card and unclean and breakfast not looking like the pictures. So I came with cash and low expectations but was really pleased with my room and the whole experience…. until breakfast came. Sadly some people have no business being in the hospitality industry and if you would like to meet them, book this hotel and go check out the breakfast. The food pictured below was the best part.

I like the working stuff more than the hotel itself they was very very very friendly to me and my family they were like Azerbaijani family to us. Nothing to mention here

Great location in the Old City area, excellent personal service, beautifully decorated room with a good view, comfortable room with everything we need, very clean and excellent value for money. Nothing special.
