nice waiter and chef adem and dima Adam took great care of me during my stay at your hotel, and the communication was excellent. “However, I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially the night reception team. I had a small problem and needed assistance, but they were not helpful. My bank card from my country had a minor issue, and when I asked if they could charge my card and give me cash so I could take a taxi to the airport, they were unable to help me resolve the situation. In the end, I trusted the taxi driver, and when I returned to my country, I sent him his payment along with a good tip to his account. While I was in Baku, he treated me very well and was very welcoming

The proximity is good and the staff is really friendly especially the guy who was always on morning shift forgot his name very friendly and knowledgeable The rooms were not very clean especially the bathroom the showers were dirty and so was the bedding dirty with stains also the kettles for boiling water were not working , we booked with airport transfer but when we got there we were stranded they told us they don’t have that service which was bad for us

In Breakfast, Please the Pakistani Food for Pakistani Guest, All where perfect, Room was too much clean and great experience with me. Lighting was very low in the Room. should be high.

Location was good and the view was good Bed and mattress was so uncomfortable we stayed there 2 days and both days we couldn’t sleep because of the bed, mattress and the noise because the rooms are not sound proof

The best thing about this hotel is the location especially with a room with the sea view. The staff are also polite and helpful. The bathroom requires maintenance, specifically addressing the shower spray and mixer for necessary repairs. Furthermore, the existing towels and bedding are outdated and necessitate replacement with new items.

The manger is very good man . The reception Mr Elkin is very polite and has good knowledge of everything. And very helpful.

Location. - Very unfriendly staff. Not only one. All of them. Day and night shift. Very lazy and when talking to them, it feels like we are burdening them, not that we are hotel guests. -Terrible service. -There’s no regard to privacy. Cleaning lady would open the room door immediately only few seconds after knocking couple of times aggressively scaring us inside the room. -Cleaning ladies were VERY loud in the hall with disregard to guests comfort. Almost everyday we woke up from our deep sleep just because they were noisy. They don’t care. -When asking for extra towels mid-day, they cannot provide it until next day. Reason according to them is: “all towels at laundry now, and they will only arrive next day”. -Shower water was leaking into the floor outside the bathroom tub. Every time we took a shower it felt like a tsunami had hit the bathroom.

Washroom was really bad, the smell in the rooms was very bad

The only great thing about the stay was the view. The breakfast and specially cleanliness need to improve big time. Flies were all around on breakfast and the breakfast was very limited. If you talk about value for money I wouldn’t say so.

Very nice view from our room , manager in this hotel is very friendly nice helpful guy and front desk guy I think he’s name was Ilker he knows everything you need and very very friendly guy

The towels were very old and so discouraging.

The view was stunning and the room was very clean, the location is good too, special thanks to Ilkin and Ramin, they were very helpful and so friendly and had great conversations with them

The hotel is situated in excellent location in front off the corniche and a wonderful park. The staff were very nice especially Manager Mr. Hikmat who warmly welcomed us and showed a very professional attitude - in my opinion Hikmat deserves to be manager of a better hotel of 5 stars as he has outstanding skills in customer service. I also Thank receptionist ilkin for his support and i hope hotel owner develops the furnitures and add some soundproofs to rooms to avoid noise so it can be in line with 4* accommodation standards.
