Staff was nice. Location is just perfect, walking distance to the seaside Boulevard. Room size was also satisfying. This place has good potential to be so much better, if managed properly. Nothing to say, I got what I pay for.

Good location. Used the water every day. The cleaning service on request was good. Room service failed to deliver when ordered, wifi was spotty and weak in the room, bed didn't have a sheet, pillows were weak, shower constantly got the floor wet, AC hardly worked (hotter inside than outside), ran out of toilet paper.

The only good thing is it's location, relatively close to the Heydar Aliyev center. Cleanliness and hygienic standards. Horrible.

I arrived early in the morning and the staff was kind enough to give me a room immediately with no additional cost. The room smelled of smoke. I had no bed sheet nor room service for the whole staying (4 nights). In general, hygienic conditions were comparable or lower to same-class hotels in this nation.

The room was nice. There was no heater in the room. The room and the washroom were smelly. The hot water in the washroom was dirty. Their blanket was very small.
