Staff was very helpful and hotel rooms were clean and spacious . Staff accommodated late checkout request happily. Nothing specific… the rooms have kitchen counters , it will good to have some plates and glasses.

The welcoming staff upon arrival after midnight from a long international travel from the USA ??. The restaurant staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great! The location to the park was great! And the rooms are very clean! Thank you I have no dislikes for this hotel!

The hotel staff and facilities were great. The staff made the main difference. The GM Gurshad was came to meet us during our stay and was helpful and Valek & Jahid from the front desk were super helpful and kind with requests and explaining properly. Nothing at all’s everything was great!

I had a wonderful experience at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which had a beautiful city view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short walk to Nizami Street, the Old City, and the Boulevard. If you enjoy walking, you can easily reach all the main attractions on foot. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Everything about my stay was great, and I will definitely book again for my next visit. Many thanks to the manager (sorry I lost his name), Mr. Subhi, and all the other wonderful staff for their kindness and hospitality. You truly made my stay special!

Had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were available 24/7 and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The spa facilities were a lovely added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Gurshad, the manager, who was always there, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service. Nothing at all, everything was excellent.
