They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early like 10 am We got to the hotel very early and didn't want to wait , so that was a big plus , The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to help make our stay Pleasant ,Service was also exceptional ,I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku .
