I never met place where you have all in one, best location, best services, best comfortable and clean / good smell rooms, tasty food and amazing people who work in Four Seasons Baku. Thank you that I feel home when I stay in your hotel your team is amazing. They treat people with heart and professionalism. A gem on the Caspian Sea! Just steps away from the beautiful Old City, this hotel blends elegance with warm hospitality. From check-in (special thanks to Lala who was very helpful throughout our stay) to restaurant dining, room service, housekeeping and private tour planning; every detail was perfect. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel building is simply stunning, with interiors that radiate luxury. Our room overlooking the Caspian Sea was spacious, serene, and unforgettable. The Italian restaurant Zafferano deserves special mention—the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and paired with excellent service. The outdoor seating at night was beautiful.

All of the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect so we walked everywhere. The room was spacious and bright, the bed is worth staying in all day for!

The best location in town — Old city is just around the corner, everything you want to see is in walkable distance. Lovely stuff, helping with everything — from your guide to buying eye-lenses. Would love to come back soon! Such things doesn’t exist

Perfect location and incredible service Jaleh spa experience was not perfect for my husband. After massage the specialist did not offer any tea and to stay in relaxing zone. Also the massage itself was not something extraordinary you expect from FS level.
