Prime location with views over town, use the underground pathways to reach the town as you can’t cross rhe street The room is very comfortable for 2 people The hotel is clean and quiet

The comfort ability of the rooms was amazing, the rooms were cleaned daily and housekeeping was especially thoughtful. The front of house made it easy for me to check out late in my last day which was so appreciated and if more hotels had the kindness of the staff here the world would be a better place! Breakfast was so good. Location is a 10-15 min walk across the park to Nizami street where you have everything I only had one breakfast booked after 9pm which was so chaotic, if you left to get some food someone would have eaten and left at your table also noted that other people had their tables taken. This was not the fault of the hotel merely the rudeness of guests. Overall breakfast was amazing

Friendly staff, the central location, and the delicious breakfast. The key cards kept getting demagnetized, the cleaning could have been better, and the bathroom was not very convenient.

Stay was very comfortable and location was great. Cleanliness was not upto the mark and asking for anything from room service was asked to be paid by cash instead of adding it to the room bill.

Exterior and location Room was not equipped with a coffee table and only 1 chair was available. 2nd chair had to be requested multiple times. It was getting uncomfortable to sit because you cant always sit on the bed.

What began as a short visit turned into a full 7-night stay, and I even extended one more night (April 28–29) because I simply couldn’t bring myself to leave. That alone speaks volumes. From the very first moment, I was welcomed with warmth, elegance, and impeccable hospitality. The staff are exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They made me feel valued every single day. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and offering a refined, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, creating the ideal place to unwind. The dining experience was equally impressive—the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and of excellent quality. Every meal added to the overall experience. This was not just a stay—it was a true luxury experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service. I will absolutely be returning. ?? Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like—everything exceeded my expectations.

Rooms were large and clean Staff was entering our room without permission and they have used our things . Dirty plates were on the collidors for a long hours and it was not a good looking at all
