Only the location - FACITIES: Facilities are not working most of the time, like water, room heater/warmer (portable provided but not enough), bulb/lights are busted need to ask them to replace and the worst is the electricity out of service during early morning with a very cold weather with no heater/warmer. - CLEANLINESS: Beddings are not new, hair is all over the bed covered by the blanket as if it is being cleaned. - STAFF: During electricity outage one duty lady in the reception (with eye glasses) that does not know what to do during that time. I am asking for help to resolved the issue and escalate but she just keep on sending message in whatsup to their technical and hotel has no power at all. I am asking some emergency light because we are leaving and packing but no help. When insisting my requests, she ask me to call police to resolved the issue. ?♂️.

The hotel was unique it was old style but very clean staff was very friendly they gave us a complementary fruit basket and the location was ideal inside the Nisami street. The only thing i was not expecting that they don’t have shower with the commode

Excellent location and friendly staff working at the hotel The shower and the toilets are so old needing renovation for sure. I had to carry a huge key for my room with me all the time! Time to change to electric ones operating with a card.

The location of the hotel was very good. The building is old but built beautifully. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was average. The cleaning lady was "rude". She would use our bath towels to mop bathroom floors, which was sick to see. She used one dirty mop washed in our basin and cleaned the floors , the tub was never washed or cleaned . She created a fuss on everything. The bedsheets were not changed on our stay as we extended our stay for 3 more days total 6 days. The hotel needs to supervise cleaning staff. Also, the bathroom needs renovation. ALSO, PLEASE INSTALL " MUSLIM SHOWERS" IN THE BATHROOM FOR HYGEIN.
