The property is bang on the Nizami Street which is the most happening are in Baku. Old town is just a 2-3 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious and since it’s a heritage building, they have huge balconies. The staff is very cooperative and the rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. Rooms, lobby and bathroom everything was clean. We stayed here for four days and didn't had any complaints. It's right next to Nizami St so it was very convenient. The guys at the reception were very helpful. Especially Anaar, he helped me with my car parking payments. They were able to clearly communicate in English, a big plus for me compared to my previous hotel stay in Baku. In short, clean hotel and exceptionally helpful staff.

The staff was cooperative and responsive and location is right next to nizami street. The hotel has no lifts and has multiple steps to go up. If you are traveling with a baby or with stroller I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel says 4 star on booking.com but in reality it’s a good 3 star boutique style small hotel.

Perfect location with good vibes around the neighborhood. Old city is 5 min walk distance away .Safe and clean. I compared other property with this one. I found out that Zimmer boutique Hotel is extremely quiet. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable or even a quiet place, Zimmer boutique Hotel should be the best option! Nothing

The location was great. Anar, the receptionist, was very professional and kind, making my stay much more pleasant. He was great, very helpful. The hotel could improve in some areas of the building The bathroom was not very clean.
