It was dirty and the walls are dirty, it had a stale odor, I got a no -smoking room and blankets, sheets had cigarette holes, pillow covers look dirty and towels looked very old, light fixtures in bathroom had a hole like it was not placed correctly. We just slept on top of the beds because we were not able to get a refund- left as soon as we could. Just an FYI Room 116 picks on booking.con were not factual

Not a good place to bring your kids and family. there was lots of drug activity, the rooms were not clean, the towels and sheets were stained and dirty. The door locks were busted and broken. There is no breakfast available. It smelled really bad. One of the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I couldn’t pay with my credit card and they only accept cash.. oh and yo too it off you are responsible to return your tv remote and key card. If not you will be charged $15.00 extra… like WTH????

This property is not anything that is represented! It is rundown dirty the bedding is old and has holes in it patched walls in rooms dirty towels does not have a breakfast just snacks undisclosed fees until you check in!! We would never stay here again!! So disappointed for this to be a Wyndham location! Shame on you!!

Nothing The sheets on my room had all sorts of stain on them and they were as if cigarette ash had fell on it, the child lock on my door was broken and I wasn’t given a tv remote at check in, the booking also said breakfast was included and all I got was a granola bar and a mini muffin bites bag from them

Nothing There were people in towels in the alley of the hotel. There were girls coming in and out of the hotel. Something fishy was going in there. Drug deals were happening all around. And then a guy got out of his car and started approaching us. Looking at this, we quickly left but a black car started following us. The moment we called 911, it stopped following us. Check all the other reviews for this place and you will find the same reviews all throughout the internet.

I didn't like nothing about the place. Terrible service, rooms we nasty and way out dated. They said they serve breakfast;old coffee and tang. Nothing at all to eat, not even a piece of toast. I see why they have a nonrefundable policy, because as soon as I walked in and saw that room I wanted to leave.

I likes that they had a disable room available with shower chair They don’t give breakfast like they say.

There is coffee, juice, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. The parking lot is being redone so that will be nice for future guests. They have jacuzzi rooms which I'll try next time. The pool was closed for the winter. It was very quiet, (except for the soothing freeway hum) no parties or mèth heads. Another win for Bakersfield.

I actually did not feel safe soon as I parked. I was approached by 2 men who asked if I had hook ups? (Because I have scrubs on)? Idk. I said no and I was already getting major anxiety. The walls are greasy and full of holes as well as the bedding, and I was getting bit by something the entire stay. I had bite marks all over so bed bugs possible. I’ve stayed in motels that had friendlier service and much cleaner/safer spaces. Just wanted to let my experience be known.

When asked for towels we were told housekeeping worked today and only given one towel for 4 people!! Fridge was broken. Smelled and very dirty !! And I'm not a very picky person but the housekeepers DO NOT EVEN TRY to make it presentable cleaning wise ! Was going to extend our stay but checked out and went somewhere else because of the dirty room and the poor service we received instead of moving us rooms or accommodating our needs !!

Our TV wasnt working but we didn't really use it. The toilet was pretty loud and there was a moth when we entered the room initially. The "breakfast" is usually a packet of oatmeal and a granola bar. It wasnt the greatest but it wasnt the worst. I'll probably come back but bring my own breakfast.

Room was clean but not maintained to a high standard, looks like the Reno’s are at least 5 years old with no touch ups. The wi-fi didn’t work and the tv channels were affected as well. This is not the standard I expected from Super 8 chain.

The staff was rude and had zero clue of what they were doing. They had to switch me rooms twice because the first two rooms, nothing worked. Then tried double charge me for moving rooms and double my security deposit. Definitely don’t recommend staying h there

Then i had to go back to the office and request a new room and they tried to tell me thst they did not have any ... until they realized they gave me a filthy used room. Even the final room they gave me was very dirty. This hotel is gross with high price and careless staff members.

Lady at front was nice no issue there. Very uncomfortable just walking to room. Will never ever stay there pretty sure if health dept. Went there it would be shut down. Got full refund left 30 min after I got key.no thank you

The room was dates and dark, not horrible, not cheerful. They gave me 2 see-thru thin bath towels that had stains on them. the thinest bath towel I've ever seen in my long life. and no other towels. The bed was comfy, and I slept well. TV worked. Was not far to go out to dinner. Free breakfast was a joke. coffee, and if you ask, the dude at the counter with the full sheet of bullet-proof glass would hand you a dry single pack muffin of some sort. I would not go there again.

If i could give a negative amount of stars I would. To start w things that were not working: phone, refrigerator, hot water, and TV. Neighbor was a tweeker family up till 4am…then back up again at 7am. We asked to move rooms and were denied. Open air drug market it seemed also. We left and call the cups on the neighbors bc they had small children with them

I have never seen a hotel demand cash deposit. Aside from that, the carpet is dirty and the bathroom smells.

I had requested for a first floor room and a rollaway bed when I booked online in advance however wasn't provided with neither. The room didn't even have a coffee maker and when I requested for one it took the front desk guy eternity and couple of reminders to get me one. There was no trash bin in the room which was unexpected. Even though they advertise breakfast is included, it is simply a joke as you get a muffin and coffee at the front desk that's it. Overall a below average experience for me and family.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were terrible. Holes in the wall, dirty wall, missing screws in the bathroom door, tub and sink was stained, carpet needed replacing, some holes were Patti but not painted. The furniture was old and chipped. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am not super picky. We got in at 1a Friday night, left first thing in the morning, came back at midnight and left before checkout time. I don't need a lot from a hotel. With that said, towels and bedding were very stained. Main use areas were clean but definitely not the walls and carpet. We reserved for 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) but were not given a room with a couch. In their defense, I never asked to be moved because we were just too tired to deal with it. I did have a small argument with front desk when I asked for more towels. There were only 2 in the room, there were 5 of us, pretty common sense we would need more. They wanted me to wait until housekeeping came in at 930a (we needed to leave for our event at 10a so that wouldn't work) and wanted us to return the 2 dirty towels we had to get 2 more clean ones (still not 5). They were very good when I came in late Saturday night and had lost the room key. Got me a new one quickly.

Bed bugs.. peoples threatening me as i drove in... location is unsafe. I want my money back i did not stay. I went to another hotel.

Do not stay here. This use to be a nice place. The room I’m in has broken furniture, huge stains in the carpet and the bedspread. Plus the room stinks of smoke. Parking lot is noisy. Staff was horrible. This place is a complete dive. Avoid it and find somewhere else. My payment is non refundable and I’m leaving. Absolute waste of money.

It showed decent reviews. And rhe location looked ok. But the room smelled, the towels had dead bug carcasses on them, there were stains on everything, and cigaretteburns in the fitted sheet, there were cockroaches and beatles all around. The shower lever kept falling off. And when i mentioned this, they gave me a sticky pad, they woukldnt discount my room ir spray or move.

I checked in and left to the store left than an hour came back check the beds they had bed bugs the bathroom was filthy and the towels were dirty I went to tell the front desk and she said she couldn’t do anything about it because they give you 10 to 15 min to say something so I lost my money there , so I just check out , there was a whole leading to the next room which I stayed in room 225 the whole room was just filthy dirty the area wasn’t all that bad but u get what you paid for $87 bucks .. I wouldn’t recommend it at all

Honestly, I’d rather sleep in the bushes outside than stay here again. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
