Amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was a nice and tasty variety that included crispy bacon or turkey sausage. I took my breakfast up to my room and was offered a tray to help me carry it! I enjoyed everything about my stay including the room, staff, location and attractive lobby. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean, friendly, and good breakfast. The train early in the am hpurs.

It was perfect for a quick one night stay. Also was very comfortable.. Nothing to complain about.

The windows outside were very dirty, but the room was very clean and smelled good.

When we called, they sent a replacement tight away. Nice variety of breakfast foods, hot and cold.

The entrance of the property was pretty clean, the area where they serve breakfast. The following morning was nice. I need as well. Employees in the dining room area were very kind. I did not like the customer service they treat you like you’re bothering them like they don’t really want to be working there; the part of my stay that made it even worse I my stay was the room carpet being super dirty it was just disgusting some areas look like it was dog poop. The We asked for a housekeeping assistance and they never got there. The following day our room did not get clean, at the time they wanted to come in we were getting ready for the event that we were there for. I am really not a picky customer but I honestly have stayed at your other locations and this has been the worst experience.

Bed was comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Hotel easy to locate.. very close to freeway exits/on ramps. 2 a,m, sound of a train horn passing by outside of window. Just would have liked to been forewarned.

I was turned away because they demanded a security deposit that I didn’t know about that was higher than the cost of the room! Completely unacceptable! Will NEVER book with them again!

Breakfast was excellent, nice spread. The only drawback was the lobby smelled very strong of disinfectant.

The room and property were very clean! All of the staff was great! They offer s great breakfast with many choices! Best chicalate chip cookies ever! I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend I'd! Great job you guys!

The rooms were very modern and clean, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was definitely a nice added bonus. Will stay here again.

My child woke up with itchy red bumps all over after sleeping in the bed; they look like dust mite. The hot water in the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

I slept in and never ate. My wife enjoyed breakfast and I later had good coffee, which was available, all day long.

Hotel is located in a great area. Just right off the freeway, close to shopping and dining areas. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff nice and polite. Free parking and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again when we're in town.

The TV in our room did not work. Because it was very late when we got in, we did not notify the front desk. When I reported it the next morning, the morning clerk was rude and snippy. I wasn't asking for anything....just informing. The clerk on duty when we arrived was terrific. We had 3 rooms and overall enjoyed our stay. Sadly, the snippy clerk cast a dark cloud over what was a good stay.

Only 1 elevator working, was told by an employee gym was open 24 hours, got up early went do to gym and it was closed and had been for days and no one knew why or for how long.

Clean updated room. Soap smelled great. Comfortable beds with firm and soft labels on the pillows!! Great breakfast in the morning. It was a packed house as it seems there were people there for some sort of cheer competition and concert goers, like myself, for a show at the dignity health area, but it was still quiet. Parking lot was very well lit around the entire property. It took us only 15 minutes to get to the dignity sports arena. All staff was very friendly as well. I definitely would stay here again.

Lots of DUST due to tile and grout work being done all around the lobby. Train tracks adjacent to this hotel which was not noted on hotel description & yes the train operated through a few times. No safe box in the room. Jacuzzi was intermittently working.

Cosmetic repairs have been done to what appears to have been a run down hotel. Bed was new and comfortable. Breakfast was fair.

Lobby was undergoing construction, so temp entrance was in rear of hotel. Very limited parking at hotel. Dark and broken down cars on outskirts of hotel parking lot. Efficient check in, breakfast was OK. Clean room, staff were friendly.

A little bit noisy on the third floor

The breakfast was GREAT. Check in and out was fast. Room was clean. Water in showers was warm. The building itself was kinda noisy. Squeaks from the wood frame. Noise from occupants in adjacent rooms could be heard.

Shower was great, awesome water pressure and nice and hot! Would recommend.

Average property but lovely staff

Check in was a bit frustrating as the helpdesk staff was not able to initially find our reservation. Reservation was found 30 min or so after arrival time.

Very noisy. Our room was in the back near railroad tracks. Sure enough a train came by at 330 am blowing its horn then again about 430 am.

The AC wasn’t working, the staff didn’t care hear us out. They dismissed our situation. I mean if you suggest for your customers to sleep with their window open then put screens on your windows! No refrigerators in room. The whole experience was horrible!

I found the bugs by placing a warm iron on the mattress - the bed bugs come right out of the mattress. It was disgusting.

They were able to accommodate an early check-in and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub with family :) the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The only issue was that there is a slight odor in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Really liked the pool for the kids.

They had entrances blocked off for easy drop offs for disabled people. Long walks from parking garage. Had disabled parking lot closed and barricaded off. Staff and security had no idea why things were blocked and barricaded

The staff is very nice and it is very clean, what I didn’t like was the shower curtain; it’s small and the water spills out of the tub when you’re taking a shower.

Great healthy breakfast for the entire family! Thankful to the person in charge of cooking breakfast and the person setting up breakfast.

The staff was ready and responsive to assist with my check-in. The credit card reader was causing a delay so we moved to a different device and everything went smoothly. Very friendly and courteous staff. The lobby and elevators were clean and tidy. Only complaint was the stained bed linens and pillow cases. Also, material from the bottom of the bed mattress was coming out. Since my room had two beds, I used the other. A slight minor convenience but I would return.

It was not mentioned anywhere that at 1:15am and then again at 4:15am the horn of a train would blast through the city. There’s nothing quite like it! Great for the heart.

Staff checken was great. Breakfast was very good. Property was being renovated with a lot of construction on floors that had guests. Pool needed to be cleaned. Hot tub jets barely worked.

The room needed counter tops cleaned but the big thing was we found the door didn't latch so when we left you couls push the door opened. Found this in the morning but Tisha, the acting manager, took care of us so all is good

When I checked in the Lady at the front desk was not friendly. She didn’t tell me what time breakfast was or anything. I asked her name she said V only to find out her name was Vanessa I observed her with another guest .. she asked them how was there day going .. very polite to them but not me . I needed a bath tub stopper she was suppose to call me back and did not . I called front desk … she hung up on me and then didn’t answer and finally she answered . Maintenance brought me towels as requested but never the tub stopper . Finally after hearing nothing from front desk … I called and said I will stop up the tub with a rag .. V said ok .. instead of saying let me check with maintenance and see if he found one . Very nonchalant and unprofessional… I stay here every 2 weeks.. I never had a problem. Keshia at the front desk is always pleasant . V or Vanessa needs more training.. especially giving me a Nickname her own Co Workers didn’t know who V was .. terrible stay

Clean hotel, under remodel, room lacked some basic furniture. Breakfast as expected at a Holiday Inn Express with great service. Right next to the train tracks, train horns woke me multiple times. Good price though.

I was placed in an old room with water damage and it had ants all over the room. The room had a horrible smell and the ventilation was not great. I was placed in a new room.

This was a very nice place to stay and close to the people we came down to visit in Bakersfield. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the facilities because they were simple and parking was easy.

Tub wasn't the cleanest. Trash can in room had not been emptied and had trash already in it when I arrived. Half the plugs/sockets in the room didn't work. Stairwell was under construction. Breakfast was good though and staff was nice.
