The staff was friendly and kind. Bought food and snacks elsewhere because the snacks there are over priced, for example a lean couisine was $14 and a bottle of chocolate milk $7.

Overall the property was great. My family and I stayed at HGI for over a month. The staff was awesome. Thank you Meaghan, Karla, Kevin, Tre, Angel and many more for being so helpful during our stay. Our rooms were very clean, the food and drinks were great! Thank you!

Our room bathroom wasn’t working. So we call the front desk and they said. The maintenance guy. Will be there until 12 pm. So. I have to go downs stairs to used the bathroom and we could flush the toilet. Because this one took an eternity to full the tank. We went to visit a family. So we did. Notice this until the morning. But is very frustrating that you can’t used the bathroom toilet and also shower. Because if the smell of poop because we cou flash the toilet. The front guys desk. Give me the. Bref breakfast that I get in the morning and also the one that I told you was free with our package in, but they didn’t explain that if I order from the little list they have it would be charged that she pick it up from Bill, but still like you know it’s not OK. You need to go to the bathroom if you need it because you can’t flash your toilet.

We have being staying on the property for almost a month. The staff have been very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast and dinner have been very good.

Grounds had some trash and the rocks were scattered on all over. . My shower water took extra long to get hot, there was nothing offered for breakfast other than paying for a meal made. There were a group of bikers parked outside the outdoor courtyard/seating area and I was getting sick smelling their pot smoking before their ride. I had to go inside.

Parking felt safe. Staff friendly. I didn't partake in the breakfast. Room was clean enough, however, there was a slight lingering smell of urine. Also, the toilet suction pressure didn't allow the bowl to evacuate. Lastly, the cleaning schedule was every other day which meant if I checked in on Friday and checked out Monday; Sunday would've been the only day for the beds to be made, garbage emptied and complimentaries replaced. I elected not to have them in the room but I atill left a (guilt)tip.

We did not do the breakfast, but I imagine it was good. Everything was lovely. My only complaint was the bed was a little high, and the pillows were very thick and hard.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived and check in time. I was told that the hotel will prioritize others who book directly with the hotel. I felt the staff treated me very poorly compared to my other friends that also booked rooms. Almost to the point at being racist towards me as I am Mexican and my friends were white.

Hotel, hotel staff was good and helpful. Air in the room kept going on and off disrupting sleep and making it warm. The room we recieved was close to the elevators, so we kept hearing people, which also kept us up.

Checked in on the 23rd and asked for a water, I was told “water was only for Hilton honors members and I am a member however since I didn’t make my reservation directly I guess it didn’t qualify, he still gave me the water. The room was 328, I didn’t have a dog however the front desk agent asked me several times before giving me what I believe to be a pet friendly room 328 - I took picture of how nasty the room was. I used Lysol to wipe down everything and was appalled at the rest room, the bedding was torn up all

They were a travel ball team of teen boys who talked loudly until 3 am. Our room was a little stuffy so we turned on the A/C which had an obnoxious rattling & whistling sound so we didn’t get any sleep which was frustrating because we drove 4 hours to get there for our kids track meet the next morning. We didn’t arrive until after 10 pm and were too exhausted to complain so we suffered through it but this was definitely one our worse hotel experiences. Also, there were no bath towels in the room at all. We called to request them and were told that only one person was working so we had to come down to get them.

They had a substandard shower with virtually no pressure whatsoever, and the restaurant was closed. Most people would just say jump in your car I get it however I'm on the road with an RV and unhooking my toad vehicle is not all that easy since I'm handicapped and my handicap also kept me from walking to a restaurant

One thing to beware of, the breakfast buffet is not free, but I didn't realize that until after I took the food. That said, the quality was also much better than the typical motel free breakfast.

Staff was friendly & very accommodating with my check-in time. Also my father went to the hospital hours away & they let me cancel the extra day of my reservation so I could head home Saturday afternoon. Bed was comfy & cool. Room was clean & the shower had excellent warm/hot water temperature & strong water pressure.

Loved the hotel but the indoor pool, an traction for me, was freezing, even when they said it was heated. It is not heated

Good shower, nice bed and close to airport. Only complaint was the lack of the “tray” for the coffee maker.

I did not like the sheets condition ( hair all over the bed!- I asked for a fresh ones and changed them myself) nor the pillows. If not for the wonderful breakfast experience I would have need dissatisfied with this hotel.

The interior & exterior was well kept up. The walls were thin, could hear the guest above me walking & running across the floor as well as the TV from one of the rooms. Also, when checking in I was advised of the time that breakfast was served but it was not until I went to get breakfast I learned that the cost was not included in my reservation.

The hot water wasn’t working, so cold showers for everyone.

Our unit had two large cockroaches, we left the grounds after seeing them around 5am.

Bathroom has a terribly designed layout. Nowhere even remotely close to the shower to hang a towel. No countertops whatsoever. No hot water in the sink. Looks like this bathroom was recently renovated, but nobody thought about these things?

This hotel is good. We visit family in Bakersfield and stay here. Pool hasn’t been open both times we’ve visited. Which was this year and last. Which was a bummer and no one told us about it. This last time we stayed the toilet set wasn’t even fastened to the bowl. I called the front desk and they fixed it right away.

Additional deposit was required on checkin… not just run a card. We were charged 35.00 per night, up front and were told it would be refunded after check out. Hotel was under remodel but everything was clean and staff were friendly

It was ok. Our room barely had shampoo and conditioner was completely out. I try to travel as light as possible so this is something I don't want to worry about. The additional fee for breakfast is also why I will not be returning.

The Inn was located in a quiet area with other Inns/Hotels nearby. Reception was very nice, friendly and was quick to check us in. Room was clean and a good size. I was overall happy with our stay.

Shower head was not stable, it slides all the way down on the holder, so the shower head fell twice on me. I was a little surprised, I expected a little better from a Hilton Stay.

Only negative was the maids knocking on doors at 7:30 am to see about cleaning the room(s).

It was really great! It was clean and comfortable. The bistro downstairs was tasty and the service was great! The only drawback was the indoor pool was closed and ice machines, on both floors I checked, were not operating.

We had a pleasant stay except for Saturday. After winning our auto race we were looking forward to celebrating with a glass of wine or 2 of Chardonnay. For some reason the bar was closed on a Saturday night??? We were even willing to buy a bottle from the snack bar area, but it was completely out of Chardonnay.

No Spanish channel in the TV

Hotel staff was great. My only issue was their dining. I ordered a $35 ribye for dine in. Told me it comes only with mashed potatoes and steam vegetables. And it would take about 45 minutes. I said that's fine. I came back, and steak was served in a Styrofoam box, with rice. I said what happened to the mashed potatoes? They said they ran out? They didn't asked if I wanted rice or fries instead? I wouldn't complain, but, I paid $35 for the steak.

The cleanliness of the faculty was great. All the staff was very polite. When I called for extra towels they dropped them of in less than two minutes. I would recommend this stay if you are traveling with a family.

Asked about discounts was told because I wasn’t booked two days prior nothing they could do . Asked for two queen size bed got a kind and sofa bed that was a twin .. didn’t get what I paid for . I have stayed there many times in past. This will be my last
