The Inn at Pleasant Beach

Few things: 1. The cleaning staff was not aware we had extended check out time and came back twice with aggressive knocking. 2. Room could use black out curtains as the sun rises very early.

Check in was a breeze especially with the friendly staff. Our room was beautiful with a fireplace and huge bathroom and coffee bar. The bed was so comfortable and room was very quiet. We just stepped out our room and down the stairs to next street level and found many amenities. The Marketplace was a wonderful find for wine and brekky the next morning. Just a short drive away was the cute town of Winslow and where we caught the ferry to Seattle. The property has a dedicated area for families/children as well. Looking forward to returning! Say hello to Mr B-the cat greeter!

This is a cute property. I arrived late and loved that I could pull in and park right next to my room. My problem was the parking lot was very dark and once I got in my room, I could not lock it with a deadbolt. The same code on the door that was convenient made it feel unsafe. Anybody with a cop could’ve walked right in. Granted it’s a supposedly safe area but there’s no guarantee. The room was not soundproof at all. The person next to me got up and was just getting ready and it literally sounded like they were getting ready in my bathroom. The early checkout is frustrating, but I was up anyway at six thanks to them. I would potentially go back because it is very cute, but I would have to see if there was a quieter room.

Parking was great. We requested a view room but it didn’t happen. We would recommend it because the area is cute.

Kind of disappointed The site stated a restaurant available- I found it was closed . The site said my room as ocean view but assigned to street view the rep. Was nice to move me up a room with ocean view but I didn’t see any ocean . 😕

Room was very clean and spacious. Location is near shops and restaurants. Will definitely be returning whenever we are in the Seattle area.

Everything was up to my expectations. Clean room, friendly staff and easy parking.

The property, location, people, local businesses, and room view were excellent. We would have given our overall experience a 5 star plus but they must have done some recent painting. Every time we opened our door to the hallway we were hit with a very powerful smell of paint. That was the only down spot for us though.

Very chill, very nicely appointed, modern and clean with totally walkable amenities

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.

The Inn at Pleasant Beach did not disappoint. We stayed in the 1-bedroom luxury suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was firm, a little too firm for me but comfortable enough for a two-night stay. I fell in love with the pillows they have on hand - they were so amazing that I am trying to find some to purchase for our own house. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and welcoming. There is a Keurig in the room that is actually well stocked with creamer and plenty of options for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We didn't get visit the pool or gym but plan to next time. There are restaurants just a quick walk away and downtown is 10 minutes away. We loved our stay here and plan to come back again.

They have a huge pool that would be fun in summer.

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Felt right at home. If this had been a pleasure trip it would be exactly the kind of place I would have chosen.

Clean; perfect location for us.

Not sure I can say enough about this sweet little gem of a hotel. 2nd time staying here and we love it. Clean, spacious, lovely touches. Used fireplace every night. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on island.

Buyer beware. We were in #3 and could hear all the steps of the upstairs occupant - waking us up an hour earlier than planned. They refused to extend checkout (from 10am to 11am on a wet Tuesday in November when only a few rooms were occupied) without charging an additional $50 per hour. This was a splurge of a night for us (almost $500 all in). I’ve never had a hotel decline such a request and certainly never had one that suggested I pay extra.

Enjoyed everything, pet friendly, very beautiful room was like a little cottage.

Our assigned room didn’t have the water view that was in the booking description. When we called the office, the friendly staff pivoted quickly for us and we were moved to a space that more than fit the bill! Amazing!

The property is beautiful! Only suggestion I have and it’s so minor may not be worth a mention, maybe one additional mirror for us women. 😊

We loved our stay and plan to come again. Unique property and the perfect escape from the busy city. The property has gorgeous plants and gardenscapes (We stay in the Garden units) throughout and is very well maintained by the staff. We were a little bummed to see their main restaurant was no longer operating but we easily had other plans lined up. Great shops to walk to, visit the Barkery for morning bites and coffee at the Market, less than and 3 min walk. We look forward to our next visit!

Very nice property and surroundings. Room was beautiful and comfy.

The location was in a quiet nook but within a short distance from shopping and restaurants.

What is missing is a place to acquire an evening meal or a breakfast near the hotel. They have coffee in the rooms, but that’s it. For our hotel of this caliber and price I expect more amenities.

Pleasantly surprised at the Inn at Pleasant Beach. Quaint rooms and easy code access in and out, and a nice pool with a bar to boot!

The room was clean but it wasn't a big room. I didn't like that checkout was at 10am (although we left earlier) and that it was additional $50 per extra hour that we were there. Hotels don't do that, so that was a surprise. No microwave either. Overall, it was acceptable, but it wasn't worth the price charged (over $300 per night). I was expecting considerably more for that price. I won't be staying there again.

Very nice and pretty room. Clean, with a large bathroom. Area around the property includes several good dining options. Seems a bit overpriced. Staff were polite but not well-informed about several things and not good at listening to concerns.

There was no one at the front desk to check us into our room; the Inn seems very understaffed

Our second check in was terrible. We had to move rooms and were told we had to check out at 10 and the other room was not ready ! It was pouring with rain and were expected to wait out in the rain . We were told there was nowhere to leave our cases ! It was suggested that we went for a cup of coffee - we are in our 70s and not capable of carrying ourcases down 50 steps . Very bad !

Great location, nicely decorated, spacious room, nice pool area, beautiful and nicely maintained landscape areas. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay on Bainbridge Island!

We came to Bainbridge to find your troll. The island is lovely with ‘art’ scattered around. Its clean, friendly and a perfectky sunny day. The Inn is clean, easy to find, great location with food and entertainnent nearby.

I would rent this place again in a second. It was centrally located in an artistic part of the island.

It’s always very clean at the inn. All the toiletries you need are provided and there’s easy access to the pool which is fabulous.

This is a great property. Staff could be friendlier and more welcoming.

This Inn is quiet, clean, with beautiful grounds and location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre. Their service was great, the office is well designed and welcoming. The rooms are well equipped for comfort and beautifully decorated. We have stayed numerous times and loved every minute.

Somewhat difficult to maintain Temp. control. Bathroom lighting less than optimal.

The room was amazing and large, decorated perfectly, and quiet. It is a slice of heaven and I highly recommend staying there. We will be back.

The property was beautiful. They were welcoming and made our dogs feel at home with a couple of doggy gift bags. Lovely location. Beautiful room. Wish the pull out sofa bed was more comfortable. And they should have alerted us that the sleeping arrangement is not ideal for four people. But will go back to this place for sure.

Advertised a pool and hot tub - not open

The room was cozy and comfortable, easy access to the village shopping.

my partner and I were staying overnight for our handfasting. we had such a lovely time with the fireplace and cozy, soft bedding. only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough! we will absolutely be back, for a weekend this time.

Check out is at 10am. We were leaving at 10:15 and the girl at the front threatened us with a late fee charge. Give me a break! She was rude about it as well. Which wasn’t a great way to end the trip.

Nice tiny little area with a few restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Appears to have plenty of street parking. Public transport runs through area , although we didn’t use nor did we actually see it circulate in area. About a 10-12 minute drive to ferry terminal

It’s a nice place but it’s not real hotel with real hotel services. I’ve had more amenities and better service at a 2 star motel. Given this fact, the asking price point is outrageous.

Awesome property on Bainbridge

Pools are fabulous and pool staff . Office staff goes home 2 hours early. Decor of suite is gorgeous but the walls are thin. Could hear overhead unit and outdoor noise

The Young Lady at the check in area was amazlingly friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

We had a lovely stay for my daughters birthday. The room was so beautiful and very unique. Love access to the pool and walkable to shops, coffee, ice cream, and more.

Ugh Loud guests out on the sidewalk, basically in our bedroom, very late. No charm or personality.

Inn at Pleasant Beach is pleasant. Room #10 is on the small side. Overlooks pool area which is very nice. Busy with lots of kids. The Inn’s pool is utilized by local residents as a summertime swim club. Lap swim in the early morning and later in the evening are welcome and much quieter. The village area is well done and in season offers most anything you might need.

We stay here every year for a week and got married here once. It’s a lovely inn with beautiful surroundings. 💕

Located in the middle of such cute town. The staff was also super friendly even though our stay was short. Will definitely return!

Very nice experience. It felt like a great out of town experience at a great resort!

#1 - $25 resort fee was unexpectedly charged to my invoice. Apart from the fact that Resort Fees are a very sharp practice, I was not informed either on my confirmation email nor at check-in. This should be illegal. #2 - The windows would not open leaving the room stuffy unless I used aircon. Not ideal in such a beautiful rural location.

The property is nice, but they have added charges to my bill each time I've stayed there. First a mini-bar charge that I never used. Now a resort fee that wasn't previously disclosed. Very frustrating.

Quite, clean and lovely place

Its a an amazing place we have stayed 4 times now and will continue to do so. Staff are amazing and willingness to help or make things right is a (A ).

Beautiful property and room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Modern fun decor. Love all of the landscaping on the property. My dog got a "check in bag". It had doggy treats, blankets for him and a sweet welcome note. I love how close and convenient all the restaurants and shops are. We will definitely come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool here.

Great room, romantic and cozy. Loved the fireplace, location was wonderful! Only issue - wish that checkout was 11:00 or 12:00 noon. 10:00 am, especially on Sunday, is a bit early.

Very nice place in a cute location. It would have been nice if there had been 2 chairs to sit in instead of 1 and the bed was really soft. Otherwise it was nice and clean.

Customer service was amazing , we got there early and they accommodated us, also the rooms are very clean and roomy and we were close to the beach, hiking trails, shopping and food places. I will definitely come back.

My wife and i go atlest 3 times a year if not more. Its a perfect place for peace and quiet. Staff are always welcoming and ready to help. We attempt to try a new room each time and never disappoint. We did the garden view and holy crap amazing. Just wish the fire in the room wasnt so small.

I loved the property!!! Check in was easy, check out was even easier. The rooms had robes and snacks, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & hand soap

I would suggest they fix locks on the balcony door in room 4- it doesn't lock from the inside.

We stayed here six years ago on our wedding night and it is just as lovely as it was then. Extremely comfortable and convenient for our Seattle trips. We loved our experience and always look forward to coming back.

Stayed at this property on a Monday/Tuesday, was in town for a golf tournament, room was very clean, beautiful locale, very quiet, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved the room and furnishings. The surroundings were a complete surprise. Would have loved to open the windows to enjoy the sea breeze but the latches were defeated :-/. Hammy’s #1 rating is well deserved.

My stay was great. It is a beautiful Inn. My only issue is that I was not able to utilize the fitness room, based on the code that I was provided did not work. I wanted to work out early in the morning and there was no staff available.

Our room exceeded our expectations. Very spacious with gorgeous pine floors, beautiful white shelving filled with unique books and art, beautiful bath and beachy vibe. Vsurrounding gardens were gorgeous and a short walk to restaurants and beach. Located about 10 minutes away by car to downtown.

Worth the travel time. Wherever you are in Washington or any other state, I recommend The Inn. Great location and beautiful setting. Plenty to see and dine within walking distance.

I didnt get a chance to use the amenities since the weather was too cold for the pool. The grounds and rooms are really well taken care of and inviting. Will definitely be back.
