The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The on-site restaurant, Solu, was fantastic—both for breakfast and room service. On my last day, I was able to book a last-minute body scrub, which was such a treat before heading home. The team went above and beyond by holding my bag after checkout and even letting me take a last-minute shower before leaving for the airport after I got sweaty walking around. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. None
