Loved the location. It’s the longest most beautiful beach. Soft sand and right there in front of the resort. We had an amazing view. The pool is truly an infinity pool. And there’s so much seating available. Even the gazebos were free n available. Great b/f in a big spacious restaurant. Very good service. All staff were very pleasant n caring. Walking distance to Finn club. Needs more entertainment. The one Saturday night there were 2 singers and it made the evening so beautiful. Many people went to Finn but that’s not for everyone. Plus leaving the resort doesn’t seem safe late at night. Also the ocean view rooms can be quite a hike for older people, or people w health issues. Some assistance there would be nice. The adjacent empty space is an awful sight. It should be cleaned up. There’s construction on the other side so that’s okay.

It was really bad… I could hear the tv from the room next to mine on the whole night. The water at times was spotty and it just felt really dirty. One of the lights didn’t even work

The bed was nice and staff were nice and very accommodating. They addressed any concerns immediately. Pool was very nice and relaxing. The Hot Shower was not working. The door to the terrace did not any lock. i did not get the free ice cream. Place is a little outdated but doable. This is a family resort, so expect a lot of children around the area.

Great location, good facilities, nice staff. The areas surrounding it were being built, thus some of the pedestrian access was closed, it wasn’t as convenient to walk to the places around there as it used to be

Breakfast exceptional. No TV content. Free to Air or subscription. Bring your own YouTube Netflix, etc or there is nothing.

The pool and the service of the staff, room size The room and the whole building is really old, just remodeled and named to a 5 star for making the price off it, Construction work right outside our balcony, what horrid noises whole day all through on our 4 nights stay. Beach was dirty with dog poops, while checking out they charged 57000 idr for A drop of stain that was completely washable, Don't care about the 57k idr but its just a washable stain folks, just not polite calling us up at lobby and showing us something flimsy like this for the sake of a 57k idr on a 5* hotel u like to call it. Also did not receive a receipt nor any confirmation regarding the payment made. Enter the Lobby and u will feel that its not even a 3*. For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it

The staff was courteous and helpful The property did not meet the expectations of a 4-star standard — service was inconsistent and amenities were below par. Disappointed by the overall experience despite the premium pricing.

Facility was great, luxury in its day, shower could use some maintenance, but all in all , very happy. Location was a bit out of the way and extremely busy.

Nice relaxed vibe. Staff friendly and accomodating. Good buffet breakfast. Room cleaned daily. Pool needs a deep clean.Grime on view.Slimy feel underneath feet. Restaurant and pool furniture needs an upgrade as torn or worn out from weather.

The pool when clean, and location The pool water was filthy for the first few days then it got cleaned, breakfast food was always cold

Room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. Got Bali belly. Other guests were not friendly, even when we tried to communicate. Perhaps their culture? Room phone didn’t work.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Any issues they attempted to fix quickly. It’s a bit dated, pictures are probably pretty old as it doesnt look like them now. Probably needs a lot of modernisation

We loved our room with private pool. The facilities were amazing. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

The one bedroom we stayed in was very large and clean. The staff were very nice. it definately needs some maintenance it is quite run down in some areas around the pool area. The smell when walking out back paddock to the street was overwhelming.
