Friendly staff.

Clean room, friendly staff, morning breakfast always full. Rooms were roomy and quiet. Would stay again on next trip.

Very clean. Nice big tv with netflix, etc. and the included breakfast is surprisingly good. Room even has dishwasher+microwave. Safe area with McDonalds right next door and a drive-thru only In-n-out close by, but best of all it is very affordable. Will consider staying here again.

I’ve stated other properties just like this one and this one needs renovations. The room walls are like cardboard, you can hear every noise from your neighbor all night long we heard the kids jumping on the floor. It sounded like a herd of animals. The bedding is horrible. The mattresses should not be called mattresses. they are so worn out the springs are all you feel so no we didn’t get any rest. this hotel I would give it a two star rating maybe 2 1/2 the front desk and cleaning crew are very kind. It’s not their fault. The ownership on the other hand needs to not be so stingy when you go to a hotel you’re paying to sleep there so it should be comfortable. One more thing when we were leaving to go to Azusa university there was a couple in the car doing drugs.

Check in was fairly typical. Downhill from there. No television (cable was out). Spent 15 minutes trying every possible adjustment to get hot water for a shower. Ended up settling for a cold shower. Overall, pretty unimpressive. Oh yeah! Cold, very watery oatmeal for the "free" breakfast.

The room was clean and the staff gave me info There were noisy neighbors who checked in after me and they were loud. I called the front desk twice, but they ignored her request to keep it down. They started playing music almost at midnight. I had to call two more times and I think the front desk clerk asked them to move. It got real quiet. But I ended up going to bed late.

Great breakfast and kid friendly. Nice place to unwind with the family. In n out and McDonald’s nearby with plenty of other options within driving distance. Grocery stores nearby were good for convenience with the option to buy some items on site. The pool was heated which was a plus. Very pleasant staff made check in, the stay, and check out a breeze. Definitely recommending this hotel to future guests of the wonderful city of Azusa. Thank you all so much.

We visited for my birthday and Mother's day weekend. It was just one night stay but they welcomed us so warmly and surprised us with a birthday card and a basket. Seems like the room was upgraded as well, and spacious and very clean. Kitchen was filled with syuff ready to relax. Martin was the front agent gave us great option of restaurant near us and we had an amazing time at Max's as he recommended. Everything was great, breakfast was also wonderful. Fresh Eggs to waffle, cereal to yogurt on top of the fresh fruits. We LOVE to come back here and this place will be our to go place when we visit daughter in law's family. THANK YOU very much!!!

Property was conveniently located, however rooms were a bit noisy from traffic. Did not use free breakfast but coffee was palatable.

Horrible experience with uncaring staff! Our flight from Hong Kong was delayed 24 hours, so we messaged the hotel on the hotels.com app to let them know we'd be arriving a day late. But the hotel staff didn't read the message, so when I arrived a day late at 11pm with very tired children who'd been travelling for almost 48hrs, they told us they had cancelled the booking as a no show and we'd have to pay for the whole stay a second time. Even though we'd already prepaid 3 nights! I told them we'd messaged via the app the day before, but they said we should have phoned instead and they "don't know how to read messages from hotels.com"! They said that because we messaged "a third party", they were in their rights to cancel our booking, despite us having paid for 3 nights. What followed was a completely shocking conversation where I was pleading with the staff to find a way to help us since we'd paid for 3 nights, but they utterly refused, showing no concern for us at all. They even refused to let us talk a manager because "it's too late". Finally I said I'd agree to pay for the room again as long as they let me talk to the manager. Then they called him. In the end hotels.com refunded our booking but we had to pay the hotel a MUCH HIGHER price, all because they had not read the messages on the app. The hotel is nice, but not worth the pain and the check-in team are greatly in need of training!

There were shady looking people outside the hotel at night

Everything was great. Room had everything we needed and pillows an mattress were comfortable. We ended up having a couple of special requests and the staff was super accommodating. Great puff pastry in the breakfast as well as plenty of choices.

This is the absolute noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The first night, the people above us had the loudest party that lasted until 4:00 in the morning. I complained to guest services to no avail. The following days, the noise continued and they said it was housekeeping moving carts around. It was a complete inconvenience and ruined our entire stay.

Home2 Suites is my go to hotel to stay in in every place I travel. Always clean, spacey and comfortable.

The property doesn't have a designated area with grass to walk your fur baby, but the parking lot is a nice size to walk. The property is clean. My only concern is that sometimes people park in guess parking and go to McDonald's and guest will invite others over and take parking from paying guest. There's security at night, which makes me feel a bit safer. It appears that the fourth floor is often rented to families with children. So if you are on the third floor on you may consider requesting not to be in the middle units on the third floor. The stomping, and running can be quiet disturbing. I had to request to be moved to the fourth floor. Security had to go to the unit multiple times to address the issue. I have experienced this issue several times. Staff is very attentive and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok, average hotel food, but is great the offer Breakfast.

Feedback: How about a couple of wine glasses in the room instead of six cereal bowls? How about offering real cream for breakfast instead of processed CoffeeMate? Our mattress in room 321 is too soft! The pillow was lumpy.

Great stay, breakfast was plentiful and the front desk staff is very responsive. I appreciated being able to text them in real time.

This has been my go-to place since 2024, when I visited the Azuza area. The staff is always pleasant, rooms are a nice size, and it's usually quiet. The lobby is always clean, and the hotel provides breakfast. The breakfast is standard, but it's available. Parking can be challenging in front of the hotel. There's overflow parking in the back. The good thing is you can use your key to get in the back entrance to the hotel, and they have security. Overall, I give the hotel an 8.5 rating and would recommend it to family and friends. Oh, they are dog-friendly.

There were loud guests at 1 am that were running the floor above us for over an hour. Was a horrible experience and very disappointing for a Hilton hotel

Staff at the hotel was superb. The breakfast was good, especially the spinach biscuits (my homie ate like 5). Also, there's a 24hr McDonalds literally 10 steps away from the hotel, and it's a 10/10 (they gave us extra food). So overall great experience, if your gonna book a hotel in the area, this is a solid choice no question asked.

This is our go-to hotel when we visit our grandsons, and we love it. We've tried other hotels in the area, and this is our favorite. I am an early riser, and my husband is not. I can get up and walk across the parking lot to McDonalds or 2 blocks away to Starbucks for my espresso fix. Breakfast is good, with waffles, eggs, and all sorts of bread options.

Tho space is honestly my favorite place to stay. It’s always clean, friendly staff, easy multiple accesses via tap card. Most importantly the breakfast buffet is 10/10. Yes, it’s small but they have everything you want, juice, coffee, milk, tea, apple juice, pancakes, waffle making stay in, biscuits, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, has browns, cereal Nutella, cereal fruit, 😍😍

Room for improvement. . . for the second time in a row the USB port(s) did not work - when asked, staff simply shrugged their shoulders, smiled & said 'sorry'. . .poor service there. Also. . .girls (& some boys) do not plan to thouroghly wash your haie at this facility cuz the shower is WEAK☹️

It was Amazing but a few inclusions would be nice. A human assistance to help with luggage to room when we arrive and 24:7 House keeping. We had a spill situation in the room and had no assistance.

The only problem guests were so loud around 2:00 am and they didn’t stop , we couldn’t sleep well

My daughter left her AirPods in the room and we called to see if they had found them. They went and looked for us and kept them at the desk until we could come back and pick them up. The problem is that the landscapers started using the gas powered leaf blower at 6am which was extremely disruptive, it went on for over an hour. I had a conference that day and I paid over $200 for a hotel room, thinking I would be rested and ready. But not being able to sleep after 6am was not expected.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The rooms are not sound proof. Very noisy. I didn’t feel safe when I parked my car. It was not well lit and found other people sleeping in their cars.

We stayed a week and everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day. Room was clean and spacious with a full refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, microwave and an induction stove top and pots if needed. Front desk help was very, very nice and helpful. We will stay here again if in the area but will definitely choose Home2 Suites again wherever we travel.

The room has everything you would need especially if it’s an extended stay. Full kitchen with dining plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, full size refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. They have the standards as well like ironing board, iron, & hairdryer. The room also has a rollout table for dining, a large TV. Lastly, the front desk was very helpful & accommodating to my request!

Clean!. What I didn’t like was the the toilet was too low for me!

Terrible soundproofing. The people below us lodged a complaint because we dared to walk around our room at 10pm! Also, there was no corkscrew in our suite and the front desk couldn’t provide us with one either. What kind of hotel doesn’t have at least one corkscrew available?

You can hear very clearly the neighbors’ TV sound. Not quiet environment.

Nothing really special, Hilton suites are normally nice as expected. We were given the wrong room and breakfast was way below what I’ve experienced at any Hilton location, selection was limited to 2-3 types of muffins, bananas, school milk, sandwiches that seemed to be made the day prior, a omelet that didn’t look or taste right, some few other small things, and wheat waffles.

I travel a lot for business and I mostly always stay in home 2 suites because I've had such great experience in the past I've stayed in the corona location, Vegas location, and I've always had great experience with our stay, but not this time. This location we walked in and there was a gummy bear on the floor, the couch looked dirty so I had to put a towel in order to sit down one of the washcloths had black stains like it must of been mascara. The bed was spring coils so it was noisy every time we tossed;which I was very surprised about because the other locations we've stayed at the beds were so soft and comfortable. The staff in the morning was not very friendly. Our checkout wasn't until 12pm and even though we had a no disturb sign on our door there was a knock at our door at 9am to ask if we were almost out because they had to clean😒 overall I would not recommend to stay here it isn't worth it for the $200 that we had to pay to stay here. And if youre asking why we didnt switch rooms? We couldnt becasue we were told that it was sold out and every room was occupied. we will definetly not be staying in this location again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. Save your time and go elsewhere if you'd like to have a comfortable better experience.

I was put in the room closest to the lobby and pantry. The door opened and slammed starting at 5am each morning making it extremely difficult to sleep.

Exactly the same as the one I stayed at in Yucaipa California. Everyone is very friendly. It was very clean and I even got the same exact room.

The room wasn’t very clean, filthy sofa and upon arrival the entire room smelled like marijuana.

Upon arriving to the front desk to check in the front receptionist did not greet my family and I due to being on her phone. Had a rude face on did even go through the amenities the hotel had to offer. We had booked the biggest room available & upon entering the room had a musty smoke like smell. The room was outdated and beds were very uncomfortable i hate leaving these types of reviews but this hotel is definitely not worth the price they ask for.

Great place to stay.

Very good hotel. There is an In-n-out across the street and a McDonald’s next to it. You can only enter the hotel, unless you are guest and have access with your key. Be very aware if you surroundings. We saw a woman walking around the property with a stick in her hand, but she kept walking.
