Well first off of your an Expedia member they seem not to like Expedia. I am a platinum member and a Bonvoy member and asked for a room with two beds they told me they could but not for Expedia members (shocking). If you have a room facing the road and parking lot expect noise. Room was very nice and clean with the exception of the bathroom floor that had some u known stains I had to wipe up with a towel . The resort is new and is nice other than the above

It was clean The staff was rude, and the internet did not work. They need to hire different personnel at the front desk—the people currently there were extremely unhelpful and would not even bring tea when requested. I also asked for a room with two beds; they had availability but refused to accommodate the request without charging a ridiculous additional fee. The location is not good and the hotel charges you for the parking.
