Staff was helpful and friendly. Location excellent. We stayed for just over 2 weeks for business. Room was as expected and clean with great layout with kitchen for extended stay..The pool was great and quiet but not enough seating. We had a tough time getting housekeeping in every 2 days and had to remind them to refresh our room. Fantastic light breakfast. Parking is gated and needs room key to access parking lot.

I’ve stayed here multiple times while traveling for work and this hotel consistently hits the mark. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is in the top 10% of hotel breakfasts.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great linens. Breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I have experienced. The staff was very accommodating.

Great Hotel, will stay there again!! I did not receive my points or stay credit on my Bonvoy account. That’s the only thing I would need addressed.

A little pricey but a great stay, comfortable and clean

Awesome stay! Hotel is so convenient to Aventura Mall. Easy walk. Breakfast had so much variety, I mean just amazing. Staff was great. When I had an issue with our bedding (some staining on sheets) they had no problem changing the sheets and doing a room cleaning even though it was not our day to have it done. We will be back!

Could have been clearer and we seen a cockroach! The bathroom sink had hardware build up that should have been cleaned off

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Additionally, all the staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I tried to cancel my booking as I had a death in the family. And this hotel did not cooperate AT ALL. Avoid at all costs. There are many other options in the area.

The room was larger than expected. The breakfast had quite a variety of items and was incredible. Pool area was calm, clean and very relaxing. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful as well.

Property charged me for water bottles and extra fees that they shouldn’t have as I didn’t drink any bottled water. Had to go through customer support only to not be refunded full amount. Charged me for parking for days I wasn’t even at the hotel. I had to check out early due to emergency and they charged me for 4 days when I only stayed one .

Great hotel works incredibly big room, comfortable bed, pillows and delicious breakfast. Personal is nice. They have paid parking. They have a beautiful running path nearby and a huge shopping mall in the area. A great hotel to come back to.

First of all I loved the hotel and the staff, and the breakfast had many choices because I don't eat a lot of things, but I could have fruit, they had the best yogurt and I had waffles a few times. The kitchen area or eating area is kept spic and span!!! And the staff there were wonderful. They also would even let you in a little bit past the deadline with I really appreciated as some hotels will just shut it down. I checked in and didn't like the smell or state of the pull out couch in room one, so they changed me right away. The second room was indeed very clean. The issued I had was a strange one though with housekeeping. I only had my room cleaned one other time because I got it done after 3 days and I always take my things out of the bathroom etc. and put them together on a table like my toothbrush and personal items... Um when I came back to my room, the things i gathered together on the table not to touch were redistributed in my bathroom on little shelves, on my bedside table... I was like huh? This has never happened. I also had my own food and things bundled together on the kitchen counter, this usually means do not touch, but the house keeping also re arranged my food items, my own cup she moved the fruit... that was very weird to me. She did do my bed and change the sheets after 3 days I needed that. But she did not clean the shower at all or the floors... So I just never got my room cleaned again and used my own lysol wipes to clean the shower and the floors.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel—the room was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. The staff were friendly, though I do wish they had more knowledge on how to handle situations involving service dogs. With a bit more training in that area, this place would be perfect. The aircon is quite noisy but it's fine

I loved the stay because there was no difference and I really enjoyed the swim in their pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will come back again definitely.

The location is great for the mall and Brightline although you will need to get a cab there. Breakfast options were also great. Room was spacious with all amenities and the pool area was suitable for a quick swim and relaxation. Overall a great place to stay north of Miami

They need to fix the locks on doors in room 116. The shower in the pool works with a button that always has to be pressed in order for water to come out. Not practical! Also the jacuzzi is broken and when pressing the jets the whole area gets wet. They need to fix it!! Otherwise all was wonderful!!

Room size was good especially for 3 of us, breakfast was good and the location was ideal for what we wanted. Pool was warm and plenty of pool towels. Staff were very friendly. Despite the hotel saying they offered veterans discount they would not put this onto my account saying this had to be done at the time of booking but there was no option to add the veterans details.

The staff was Brilliant!! The way she made our stay - Brilliant after a super long journey - I couldn’t say thank you enough to our night rep Dawntavia! She made us want to stay longer! Also - the rooms were incredible. Spotless, fresh clean scent, spacious, well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay. I will definitely be looking out for Residence Inns when I travel! When it comes to hotels, Marriot properties are the best if you ask me! That we arrived so late and couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the property more. But that’s definitely a personal problem ?. Residence Inn did their ENTIRE thing! ❤️

breakfast was standard .. kids like waffels but nothing special breakfast staff was good TERRIBLE WIFI.. had business calls that were jeopardized because of this !! the staff does not communicate well in english make jokes all day and 0 care given about anything don't understand what youre asking the only thing selling this hotel is its location ... nothing else.. literally Nothing..

Bathroom fixtures in particular seem low end with blinking florescent light and basic fixtures. Not what I would have expected for a $400 room.

Nice big room with kitchen, almost felt like we were in our own private apartment. We felt very comfortable during our stay and our small children were also comfortable. In fact, the staff were kind enough to provide us with a play-pen for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen area and full size fridge were also very clean.

I like Residence Inn Aventura for so many reasons. Last year I went to another hotel in the area and I was disappointed. The studio stile rooms are well equipped and spacious, makes you feel at home, always clean and quiet. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options in its menu. I'm glad to see you keep it up over the years. Congratulations.

The size of the room, the quietness, the breakfast are were excellent. We would have preferred a king size bed instead of the queen. The a.c. works very well but is a little noisy.

Was pleasantly surprised! Modern and upscale for a Residence Inn property, felt more like a luxury hotel. As quoted my 9 yr old great nephew, "Auntie this hotel looks expensive" (LOL). Kids enjoyed the pool and the spacious room!! Area located to mall and plenty of dining options. CVS, Chilis, and even a waterpark nearby. Lastly, plenty of no hassle parking was also bonus! Definitely a gem so book and enjoy!

The communication was problematic. They never advised that housekeeping would only be every other day and then completely ignored a subsequent request. More difficult was the fact that the AC unit was so loud (it would click on loudly and then rattle) that it woke us up several times in the night. We were twice told it was fixed when that was simply not the case.

Attended an event at Turnberry hotel across the street. I always stay here instead because it’s calmer, more space as a suite, a quick 5 min walk across the street, a 5 min walk to the mall, friendly staff, not as crowded, comfortable beds, room to spread about, always clean and so much more!

The hotel is very close to Aventura Mall, rooms are comfy and the beds were wondeful. Quiet at night even with a floor full of guests.

This is my third time seeing at this property. And every time it gets better. I had a great time.

Attended a tech conference and had lots of virtual meetings and the wifi was perfect.

Because the rooms are more like tiny apartments, they are ideal for both quick stays or longer ones. This location is a bit dated, but excellent nonetheless. Would stay again.

2. Upon my arrival to the room on the first night, as you opened the door, you were greeted with scent like stale cantaloupe. I reported it to guest services the following morning and they addressed it while I left for the day. I don’t know what it was but it was gone until this morning (departure date). Further an assessment is needed to see if food was thrown behind the sofas or refrigerator. :( 3. More lighting is needed in the hall of room 624. There are only light over the room doors. I would suggest a light over the area where there is no lighting.

Nice hotel and well kept

One of the best residence inn’s I have been. The lady at the reception on Jun 29 late night was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service possible, very late through the night after missing our connecting flight home.

We loved everything

Wonderful. Clean, beautiful, and safe. My go to on vacation for here. Suites were like actual apartments.

It was a very nice hotel

Pleasantly located close to Aventura mall. Room was very tight and the shower handle kept falling from it's slot in the shower head. Rooms need some maintenance. Lobby was okay. Parking was convenient. Probably would stay again if passing through Miami.
