Air conditioner was out, my room had some almonds in the corner I thought they were droppings at first. Also the hotel was a little funky due to air circulation. Construction happening right in front of the hotel too but I will say it is right off the main highway so thats great. Also staff was helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. The property was well-maintained, quiet, and offered excellent value. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own. 6/10 experience

The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only located on the bottom floor, adding to the hassle. The room cleanliness was just okay. It seemed standard at first, but I did notice some hairs here and there, which wasn’t great. The hot water was inconsistent and not very good. The staff also didn’t seem very engaged or welcoming. Overall, the stay was disappointing and could definitely be improved, especially with better communication about construction and maintenance issues.

The shower head was busted on my first night but they did get replaced for my 2nd night. Hotel was under construction which wasn’t too bad but the service road construction was a hassle to get around. Wish there would have been a back entrance/exit

This place was a little hidden due to construction but overall in a good spot. I would say it was clean and definitely smelled clean. There were some areas I think could’ve used a little more elbow grease throughout the room but overall I would come here again! Breakfast had a good variety and staff was super nice.

My hotel stay was great. The hotel was like new, and the room was immaculate. The staff was awesome.

Property feels remodeled, with a nice lobby area for breakfast and lots of natural light. Heavy constructuon in the surrounding Round Rock area made driving to/from Austin made the commute feel long, stressful, and dangerous—especially at night with 18-wheeler trucks speeding and driving aggressively. Location will be much better once the construction is finished and road barrier walls are removed.

There were multiple things wrong with our stay from broken irons and ironing boards (had to call for a new iron that took a while to be delivered), to paper thin walls, to tar smelling parking lots and lobbies at check-in (asked front desk about it and she just laughed), to being woken up at 3AM because the couple next door to us was blasting music and having aggressive and obnoxious sex. I tried calling the front desk for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration, look at the call log) before someone finally answered and said there were a lot of people checking in at that time…at 3AM? Ya right. One, that a large group checks in at 3AM and two, it takes less than 5 minutes to check into the hotel. Did you have a caravan of people checking in? No way it took so long. At some points, the noises coming from the room were concerning and freaked my pregnant wife out. Then it took another 10 minutes before someone finally knocked on their door to quiet down. Did it have an effect? No the couple went right back at it a couple minutes later and I had to call again. This time, it took a couple minutes before someone answered and another bit of time before they came upstairs (by that time the couple had settled down). After this experience, it was extremely difficult to get back to bed. Adrenaline surging thinking I may have to handle this myself not knowing what to expect. That’s how messed up the situation was. I don’t know the kind of establishment you run and the client

I feel bad to leave this review since it has nothing to do with the hotel; there is a dance club next-door that plays loud music until midnight. So anyone going to bed early will not be able to sleep. It was obnoxious. I hope they can work together to fix this problem.

They agreed to keep me in the same room but the next morning they ended up moving me. No big deal. I get into the room and there is no hot water to take a shower. I understood. I then see a cockroach come out from under the sink in the bathroom. I killed it and never mentioned a word. I looked down again and there were two more dead on the floor. I went and informed the receptionist about it and she switched his room, that water pressure wasn’t so great either so there was nothing else we could do. Everything was clean and beautiful, but the water pressure really kind of ruins it.

We needed a last minute place to stay off the highway and I'd 100% stop here again. Room was comfy and clean. Staff was nice. In-room coffee was good. Mattress was better than the nicer place we stayed at in San Antonio. Location was easy to other restaurants. I'd stay here again as I'm passing through.

Check in was horrendous. My reservation was confirmed through Booking.com, but didn't show up at the property. Best Western sold property to Wyndham 2 weeks earlier. The system hasn't been updated.

I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the shampoo, conditioner, face soap was amazing. I also liked that the tv had cable. We got to watch Happy Gilmore. I also like how friendly the front desk staff were. Most importantly, I felt safe here. I think the breakfast could be a little better.

The room was big. The layout was cozy and the bathroom had a nice mirror and lighting. The business center was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. When I arrived, they gave me a hard time checking in and I had to wait 1.5 hours in the lounge. The shower in my room had an empty body wash bottle and the conditioner and shampoo were not refilled. The bathroom was missing soap. The gym lacked most things needed to work out properly. I could hear the conversation of people in the room over and could hear their TV. The people in the hallway played loud music at 5am which woke me up.

This hotel was AMAZING, COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations!! It was so clean and smelled so fresh and well managed, not just in the actual room either, the whole property! The rooms were cleaning, bathrooms clean, sheets crispy, air conditioning PERFECT!

The rooms can be updated a little more with microwave, safe and tv including Netflix. The Netflix feature is there but it doesn’t work so didn’t get to wind down with my fav shows like usual

Staff was excellent! The rooms are run down. Busted tile floors, cracked walls, missing plumbing plate covers, paper thin walls (you can hear conversation next door, carpet wall base, no ice on our floor and no water bottles in the rooms.

Horrible mildew/mold smell, humid and unclean. Dead bedbugs under sheets with traces of their blood smeared. Staff was very helpful and kind, however we had to leave to another hotel and got a full refund through hotels.com. We used to love this hotel but it has gone downhill since then. Will never return.

I was greeted by the most amazing smile, OZ, had the best demeanor and made me feel so welcomed after my long trip. The room was great, but that shower was a 12 out of a 10! The breakfast was filling and the coffee was delicious.

Great place to stay at an affordable price. Not a luxury hotel but clean, with comfortable bed, nice shower and refridge. Room size was perfect for us. Pet fee was very reasonable. Staff were all very courteous and helpful.

And being told the owners won't spend the money to have it repaired for after hour services. Was supposed to come back in a few months but will probably stay somewhere where else if the owners really don't care about the residents staying there

They gave us the wrong room and said there was a "glitch in the system" someone else booked the same room at the same time. They said all of this without hesitation or looking at the computer. It was obvious they knew what was up.

Comfy bed and clean room. Our bathroom was fine. Breakfast: Soggy, scrambled egg whites with weird texture and no flavor -- adding salt and pepper did not help; paired with sad, hard sausage patties and stiff muffins that seemed old. Fresh whole fruit from the basket was good. I should have made a Belgian waffle.

We had a very nice stay. The room was comfortable. It had a microwave, mini fridge and stove top. The breakfast was nice and we also enjoyed a late check out. We will stay here again!

Stayed in a king suite for 2 nights. Room was large and clean with basic kitchen supplies available. Only complaint was that the room was very cold and the heat did not work in the bedroom. Was told by staff that the bedroom heating/air unit was not supposed to ‘put out heat’ so we had to turn the heat up to 72 degrees to get the bedroom temp to be 66 degrees. This made the living area too stuffy/warm to work in. Can’t imagine sleeping on the pull-out sofa. Also, living area furniture was quite worn. Breakfast bar was typical fairway but good. Staff professional and courteous.

This is a wonderful property. Very neat. Very clean. I enjoyed my 2 nights here. The location was not that good because of construction. It was hectic to get in and out of hotel because of this.

This hotel was spotlessly clean. No rubbish, or dust, all the floors were spotless. Everything looked very modern. The bathroom & shower were very nice. Having the body wash, shampoo, & conditioner in wall dispensers was a real treat. The soaps were very good quality, not cheap brands. The breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I’m sorry I did not get her name, but I believe she was the mgr. She seemed to be running the show. She is excellent! Professional, friendly, very efficient, and I saw her work tirelessly staying well after her shift was over. She helped her replacement with a large group of hispanic construction workers with check in. This group were straggling in a few at a time, so she ended up staying hours after her shift, while still with a great attitude and friendliness. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Austin. Thank you for having one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Rest of the staff was mostly Spanish speaking, they seemed nice, but I can’t assess due to limited interaction. There is so much construction going arround this hotel, it’s took circling arround it 3 times even with GPS, TO GET TO FRONT OF THE HOTEL. I will rate this as poorly kept and maintained property, very dirty. Will avoid it in the future if possible

Clean and check in was fast. Received 2 keys unfortunately the key I received didn’t work had to walk all the way to the front and person in the front didn’t even apologize for any inconvenience.

The shower door was a little crooked and didn’t close at the top, maybe a 1/2 inch open. The bottom was sealed however lots of water spilled on the floor. 2 or 3 cars had windows broken and were broken into. The breakfast was pretty decent, eggs were powered based with no flavor. Bacon was super, super thin.

Great place to stay. I go to round rock every couple of months and this hotel is one of the best it stayed in so far.

The appliances didnt work in the junior kitchen suite. They're was no point of calling maintenence since we only spent one night.

It was a nice clean room I enjoyed it here!

It was quiet and able to relax. Not many options for dine-in nearby. The traffic was heavy at all times of the day.

I wasn’t there long, but my stay was nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

I got bitten by bugs. And the property has microwave in room.

Bedroom was amazing but I mostly loved the location. It wasnt inside the city but around and there were a lot of restaurants near by.

It was a bit of a hassle because I got the fee twice. It was a little bad that the information was not automatically updated when I paid the fee first

this place did a great job at look modern, and its service from all the accociates were very kind :3

All I can say is the staff, the building, the place all together. Highly respect and I’m grateful to share time here

There were black mold in two of the rooms I was assigned. And the third room smelled like mold but I couldn’t find it.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helped with anything needed. The cooking utensils were a bit sparse in the room but we didn’t really need them. Room keeping service was amazing. And my daughter enjoyed breakfast every morning.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Hotel is nice, but customer service is HORRIBLE. They like to double charge here.

They allowed my dog to stay even had a area for him to use the bathroom with the doggie bags outside, they had a pool but no lay out chairs only ones u could sit at with tables so that part they should fix but otherwise the staff was very pleasant and respectful so no complaints the food could use a little more love when being made also I understand it's a free one but at least make it semi delicious

Front desk was nice check in was great and the over all stay was comfortable and peaceful room was clean and bed was great thanks so much this will be my go to when coming to Austin . God bless y’all

The staff is really great and they were very friendly! My only issue was on the weekends there is no cleaning staff, which means NO NEW TOWELS!!! It’s very frustrating to have to negotiate getting a hand towel to dry your body. Other than that it was a good stay!
